My daughter and I went to this store today and before I could get in the store the manager I believe loudly asked me how she could help me they were remodeling I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to one of the items and then said you’re on your own finding the next items. Cool, I didn’t trip although I’m a 40 year old woman and I’m intelligent enough to know how to find things.(by looking) no help required unless asked for. Very unprofessional if you asked me but on to the next thing. There’s a young man by the name of PAT that works there and some of the women were calling him derogatory names in front of me and my children how disgusting and the kicker part is the manager was in on it as well.I will never step foot in that store again.

Everytime I come to spend my hard earned money the old short blend hair lady named Pam I had tried to called the mangar that's over her it seems they not doing noith about it she doesn't have no people skills at all she Rude and not friendly imature Corporate needs to fire her she give this store a bad reputation and a bad name so I go to another location with better service

Store #03790 at 1213 E 9th St Texarkana, ARIf I could give a higher rating I would! This is the cleanest most organized store I have ever been in!!!! Most stores you are having to maneuver your way in-between carts/boxes/aisles but everything and I mean EVERYTHING is in place here. I don't know how the staff accomplishes this with customers in and out all day but great job keep it up!

A great place to save n extremely nice employees. Alot better than dollar General at least there nice n friendly at family dollar n they care about there customers. There not rude because your having sizure ill never go back to dollar General erver again.

Everytime I go to this location I have a problem . Just like today it’s 1:30 I stood in line for 15 mins go to pay for my stuff by debit and click the cash back button and of course the lady says no cash back cause she is on shift change at 1:30 . I just canceled trasaction and drove across town 12 mins like I will continue to do . Do not shop at this location

They are very friendly every time i walk through the door. I walk with a cane and if the do not have customers they open the door for me coming and going. The store is always well stocked and neat.
