I asked for help with receiving something from the top shelf they just looked at each other until one of the ladies helped me the other ones had an attitude. The manager I guess is the gay man with the loud music coming from a phone or portable radio followed me around the store staring in my face . I do not steal . I felt very disgusted and disrespected.

I love this store but I forgot to leave my review an employee yelled through the store another employee was taking a bowel movement not in those words pretty lady unprofessional attitudes yelled it multiple times like it was funni it's dispicable and just tacky to me

Self check outs mostly… and they are very slow! It froze and I had to go to regular register to have my stuff rang up a second time! Don’t go if you are in a hurry!

This store is the rudest and it says they close at nine but at 853 the lady meet me at the door and said they were closed pretty sure the lady must not know the store hours and she was pushing another woman out of the door as well. Very sad when it says 9 but the employee takes it upon herself to close early

I've died and gone to Dollar Tree Heaven!!! Love it!! Even though it is new and it is to be expected to be neat and clean so I will keep you updated. This store has it all and it seems it is well organized and it also has a $5 isle which had some really great items. Living just about a mile from the store this is my go to now....did I mention there is a family dollar next door? #winning

The old lady who works in here must be retired from the DMV with her “because I can be unhelpful I will” attitude. I had 2 $5 items brand new never opened and the credit card I paid for it with yet she snarkily tells me she can’t return and it’s MY option not to get a receipt so I can’t exchange them. This was AFTER I made certain she saw me walk inside with my items. What has happened to attempting to offer decent customer service to polite customers in need?

Always enjoy shopping at the Dollar Tree. Workers are so nice and helpful. And some of the patrons sure are nice and courteous. A lady held the door open for me as I was struggling with my oxygen tank.All in all, I love the service, the merchandise, and of course, the dollar price!!👍👍👍

18 people in line waiting to check out. The night manager said " well this was what you get with only having 1 cashier" laughs and rolls her eyes as she walks away.Very poor customer service and no acknowledge as customers enter their store. Store was in a disarray and dirty as well.This will probably be my last trip to this store! I will use the ASHDOWN AR store from now on!

This store is in need of a complete overhaul! So cluttered you can't get down the aisle! 3 employees with only one register open. Response from one employee who came out of the office "they (the customers) can get over it, there's lines everywhere!" And back to the office she went. Lazy and rude!

I dont normally go to this store but I found the supervisor was very disrespectful. When questioned about the location of and item, she spoke in a rude tone while on her cell phone. She told me "it's in your face" after I had been looking on the opposite side of the store. It angered me, like, I was the one whom she was holding conversation with on the cell by bluetooth. I didnt appreciate the service.

Love $🌳 but this time check out rushed me thru and did not use enough sack for big stuff sticking out of bag. Like she was paying for each sack. When I got to car to unload a major amount it was spilling out of the bags and going everywhere. Grrrr other than that all help was busy but friendly and answered any questions I had.

I love this store. The workers are the nicest store employees that out of any store I got to. The let mr put my other bags from the store that I got to first in the corner while I shop in the your store because they know I always have walk from the other store across the street to the Doller Tree so I can shop there before I call my ride to come get me. I also find new stuff every time I shop in thereIts my favorite story. All my friends would tell you that if I say ill only be a few minutes that it really means at least 30inuyes and that's rushing me. Lol so yea The Follower Tree is the best store with the best prices name brand cleaner,dryer sheets,shampoo,soap,candy, food, ets,plus great stuff for each holiday and stuff for craft projects, frames. Kids toys, and much more. Go visit this store. Its great.

This store has more variety and often items the other stores don't have. I was looking for extra and they went in the back for me and looked. Very friendly and helpful staff

Love these bargain prices.This store will carry items that others in the area have, in some cases, but it will offer some products that other stores do not have.It's a smaller store than the Richmond Road location.

This store has to be the most nastiest store i have ever been too the prices are great but you cant shop with confidence that youll find The things you came for i am goin to contact corporate and see if i can help this community get a clean neat store and get a whole new staff this is very unacceptable on all levels

Always out of something. Maybe they need to hire s night stacker to fill the shelves friday night for Saturday. Otherwise good. Watch out for your car. You end up with ding on door or fender.
