Convenient location & products but the Pharmacist is so terrible I quit using this location. It's brutally obvious he hates his job and dealing with people. He is so rude and nasty. He speaks so rudely and if you ask him to repeat himself because his thick accent, he becomes even less helpful. He has hung up on me multiple times calling in on the phone. My sister-in-law is in retail pharmacy so I understand the industry is short handed & overworked, but the fact that this gentleman is still employed with CVS is astounding.

I'd like to just shout out the pharmacy tech who took the dual lanes at the drive thru to her full advantage and started taking peoples orders while fulfilling others orders. It was a lot faster than the way most of the techs usually do it with fulfilling everyone's order one at a time. Alexis you deserve a raise!!

Staff went over and beyond then what I expected! Kenya, was super friendly, & Bertha, the Pharmacist was "on top" of EVERYTHING! My husband's script was over $300 on discount card, wasn't covered by insurance, and Bertha quickly contacted my Dr, & got another medication, at no cost to me! These two lady's at the Stateline CVS made my day! We need more KIND people like them! Thanks a million!

Please designate the drive thru for drop off and pick up only. Several times I've sat still for over 30 minutes. A lady wanted to argue, she should have been told to come inside and not hold the line up. People should never sit without moving more than 10 minutes and that is being liberal. It should be less than that. Also update your pharmacy hours online. You're not a 24 hour pharmacy. Probably should remove the sign too.

I rate this pharmacy a big ZERO. After waiting 3 hours for a notification that my RX was ready, I drive up with a backed up drive thru, so I go into the store. I'm the only person waiting at the window and I stand there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. They knew I was waiting but totally ignored me, never said we will be with you soon. Finally after a line of customers formed I was asked if I had been helped. Terrible customer service , will definitely change pharmacies.

I take care of my in laws that are 86 years old. They drive 30 minutes to receive their pillpack and I was trying to confirm they have her medication and I called 5 times over 10 minute wait with no answer. I'm sure your busy but on a professional level have someone answer calls. This place is a mess in the works and unprofessional. Even the manager thinks not answering is ok because their busy. SMH

Today a Young lady named Jared was very unprofessional and rude!! First off she was on her phone not paying attention till I ask her a question about pay near me which is the app for cvs she was very disrespectful stated I couldn’t use my debit card?I stated I just use it last month and she went on to say well that was last month.I asked her to call her manager so I could discuss the matter with the manager because she was very rude and very disrespectful her manager name is Mr. Freddie Taylor . While I was explaining to her manager what was going on the young lady blurt out we were trying to tell her how to do her job? Her manager requested her to calm down and to go to his office she refused for time continuously trying to argue with me the customer?Clearly this young lady need to be retrained or she needs to have a job that she could deal with no customers at all her customer service skills were terrible very unprofessional .CVS on The Arkansas side need better workers who can respect customers not yell or curse at themshe had lack remorse she showed no symptoms city and even after I let her manager know that she needs to be retrained she stayed and nobody cannot make her do anything clearly that young lady has no communication skill .educational training CVS needs to hire those who are truly customer service

I want to know why you only have non English speaking pharmacies is it because you get a kick back for hiring the you operating In USA then you should employee america that can talk to the people NOT LIKE THE NIGERIAN THAT GAVE MY MOTHER A MED. I want to say am so happy about the pharmacy department ! Monica the pharmacy technician went above and beyond !! my husband had surgey today and i needed to get his meds and i didnt have his worker comp information with me but the claim number. she check and double check called and she made efforts after efforts than finally got the right information.she was able to get everything done. Thank you for being patience and kind!! am glad to see her customer service

This CVS is awful. They never fill my prescriptions on time and most of the time they try to say they never received the prescriptions in the first place when I know that my doctor sent them in multiple times. I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I had to wait over two and a half hours in the parking lot while I had a high fever. I think the only way to fix it would be to hire brand new pharmacists and pharmacy techs. It’s is unacceptable. I would give it zero stars if I could.

It's always a hassle dealing with this pharmacy. It's genuinely like they give zero cares to make their customers happy. Most of the time I feel like I am inconveniencing them by getting a prescription filled there. And don't even think about calling them. You'll be on hold AT LEAST 10 minutes and usually longer. I've had MUCH better experiences at walgreens across the street.

I am awarding this pharmacy service a one because I cannot give a zero...or more deserving a negative one (-1). DURING the height of rush hour a pharm tech had the pick up window backed up to the street. I waited in line 45 mins while the tech litterally filled several scripts for her friend. At least eight customers left in disgust. When I finally arrived for service I was met with an underwhelming experience. My order was not ready after being called in 3 hours before. Now , sick with pneumonia I have to kill time in the wal mart parking lot to get my meds for my drive out to my country home.My first and last visit.

DO NOT get any prescriptions filled here. If you would like your life filled with aggravation an never get your prescriptions filled then by all means this is the pharmacy for you. Every occasion that i have had to deal with this pharmacy has been a nightmare. First off they always want to tell me how the doctor has not filled out the correct information and look at me like I intentionally can up there to waste their time. That is right i have nothing better to do then to come harass you because it makes me feel better. Then after what usually takes two days of jumping through hoops and numerous calls to the doctor. Finally the prescription is to their satisfactory you will be informed that it will take at least a hour to prepare (which is reasonable). After about a hour and a half, when you reproach them and think there is a light at the end of the tunnel. They then decide to inform you that they are out of the medicine to fulfill the prescription, not are they out but they have been out for several months. I live about 30 min away for town. So at this point i have driven to this pharmacy at least 3 times. Not to mention that every trip had me standing in their pharmacy for at least a hour each time. So save yourself a huge waste of time and aggravation DO NOT use this pharmacy. Also this has happened on almost every occasion that i have had to deal with them.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The pharmacist Patrick may be the most rude human being I have ever met. He not only treated me with disrespect but an Army veteran in front of me and two other ladies in line. Plus I hade to wait nearly 2 hours for Tamiflu with my fever ridden sick son in the truck. We love an hour away!!

If i could give this place zero stars, i would. They need 2 hours to do your medications, and im talking about in the middle of the night when there is noone there waiting in line. They dont care if you need your medication urgent, if you are sick or in pain, they will still take their sweet time. Last time the guy said come after 1 hours to pick ur prescriltion at around 3 am, and when i did go, he still hadnt done it. He was sittingg down and doing something on his phone, knowing thay i would be back to pick up. Terrible place and terrible service

Huge shout out for Monique!!!!!I’m a two stroke patient that has a blood pressure that screams at you. I take five different blood pressure pills daily. My medicine bag was either stolen or lost right after having my meds filled through my insurance and had to be replaced. She was able to get insurance to pay for a couple of them and the ones left for me to pay in full she worked and got me some discounts on and got everything well below 100.00 . I was so afraid I was going to have to leave something out but she took time and made sure I got them all and at an affordable cost. Without my meds I would surely have another stroke so yeah she saved me literally!! Thank you Monique for caring and making sure I got my meds. You are truly a life saver !Rebecca

I stopped in at 10am this morning to pick up my prescription to be told they was just now starting to work on it. I told them I would come back in 2 hours to pick it up. Here it is 2pm and it's still not ready. I had to stand at the register what seemed to be like a very long time before any employee would come over to help me. I understand each employee has their own job duty so why not schedule someone to work just the register. None of the pharmacy employees seem to acknowledge you when you walk in.

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever attended. They have withheld my epilepsy medicine for 4 days since the refill date, and won’t acknowledge the correct dates for my prescription. They have had meCome in 3 different times just to be told it’s not ready and they won’t transfer it.

CVS Texarkana stands for “Can’t Validate Scripts.” Honestly, they won’t even check the fax machine to see if prescriptions were received. It’s been 2 hours and my fiancĂ© has not received her prescriptions. Not only that, but her prescriptions do not need to be counted - one is liquid and the other two are in boxes. They also did not receive the two faxes sent from her Doctor. In a mostly empty lobby with very little traffic coming to the window, there is no understandable reason for the pharmacy to take this long.I wish and wish my fiancé’s health insurance was different. She is stuck with CVS’s dog water service for now. Hopefully, she can one day use a local pharmacy that doesn’t take half a day to fill a prescription.
