Let me just say im a new client ive only been using them about 2mths maybe. Rude ,slow , the worse attitudes over their people need manners. From the techs right down to the pharmacist. They are slow it takes hours to get your meds. They told me meds would be ready in 2 hrs I went 5 hrs later They weren't ready told me to come bk. I waited 2 more hours still weren't ready.This has happened multiple times. I requested delivery not only did the delivery guy not show up.They didn't bother to call me back called the the next day waited all day for the driver to come only to find out I had a copay when someone could have told me that prior. I called and asked why on the phone the pharmacy tech caught a whole attitude told me I should keep up with my stuff and that it wasn't there responsibility to tell me. I told her I spoke to them 2x the day before and once that day someone could have at least mentioned it because I never have a copay. She stated my insurance had changed and that was why and she wasnt going to argue with me and hung up in my face. Then I called bk to schedule delivery for the next day I spoke to the pharmacist himself and what do u know me and him gets into a argument he hands up in my face and of course they never delivered my meds the next day. I called the next day and asked why he claimed he had no knowledge of eme even asking for a redelivery smdh. These people 🙄 😒

Let me just save you time , don't come here! It's always so difficult to get stuff done here not to mention the attitudes. Especially the man thats usually there all the time.I call to refill prescriptions and they have the worst attitudes when all I'm doing is trying to figure out my husband's medication. They are so confused when you ask them simple questions. Just save your time and go the CVS 100%

As busy this place is phone always ringing people at the drive threw & inside not just for prescriptions but for mail delivery & many other task going on . I witnessed & my own experience there more than once how professional & polite everyone was there in person & on the phone . I'm glad I transferred my business to them & would recommend them to anyone. There not a big chain store they give the true meaning to small business owner. It's the attention to the customer & to the service they provide . I'm glad there part of my community & I am of there's . Thank U for reading this.

Very nice and friendly staff. Always willing to help. I see a lot of negative reviews about wait times, but when I went in to get my COVID shot, the phone was always ringing and the lobby was full and I was able to get mine with no trouble!! I don’t know how they handle it, but I was very impressed. Everyone had a smile on their face!!

Always a pleasant visit, the staff is so delightful and always eager to help. The pharmacist, Jason C., is extremely helpful and knowledgeable any time my family and I have questions about an over the counter medication or a prescription I am having filled. The kids love when he gives them a piece of candy. Thank you again for great service.

I get all my medicine here! I switched to them about 6 months ago because no one else ever had 2 of my meds! They always have it and the staff is great and friendly! I highly recomend this pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy!! I've been doing business with them for over 30+ years, and there is no where else I want to go!They work with you to get u the best cost of your prescription. The staff is always courteous. Sometimes, on super busy days, u may have a bit of a wait to get your prescription filled, but they do have a delivery service, and an automated way to call your refills in.Love this pharmacy!!!💕💕💕👍👍👍

Reasonable prices with prompt and caring service. The Pharmacists are HONEST and HARD-WORKING people that pay close attention to the details that matter - such as conflicts between prescriptions that would cause interactions, follow-up with prescription renewals, and the BEST interest of the customer / patient. Those complaining that they follow the rules about early refills forget that the Pharmacist can lose their license for doing that dis-service! The State has rules for a reason, people!! If you can't get a refill it is because your prescription has dates that by law are REQUIRED TO BE FOLLOWED!!! Your complaint is not with the pharmacy, and the law is there to protect you - even if you think you know better.

If I could give this place a zero minus I would. I've been going there for 3 years and they treated me like a 3rd rate citizen. If you take any type of prescription pain medication be prepared to be treated this way. Instead of helping their customers who depend on these medications they try to push you away.First everything was okay when I first moved to Texas three years ago and had to get my prescriptions filled in Arkansas which is where I go to the doctor. Then they started telling me that I'd have to bring ALL my prescriptions there if I wanted them to fill my pain meds. This isn't a problem accept I live 40 miles away. I could have my other prescriptions filled at a local drug story and not have to waist the gas and time. But I did what they told me to do and had my other two prescriptions transferred, but the next month I was told they weren't good enough. They said I'd have to fill blood pressure medicine, heart medicine, or something that had to do with an illness other than what I was taking pain medicine for! I told them I didn't have any other issues. I have terrible arthritis in my spine and in my joints and I have Lupus. I'm 60 years old and I've taken these same prescriptions for pain for the past 15 years.As it turned out my feet started to swell and my doctor prescribed a blood pressure medicine so that satisfied the criteria. But then the pharmacy changed from this to making me wait ridiculous times to get my prescriptions filled. I couldn't drop my prescriptions off, go do some grocery shopping, then come back 2 hours later and expect them to be ready. No, they waited until I CAME BACK to even start working on them. And I'd sit and watch as people who came in after me would walk out with their orders long before mine were filled.Then they started in with their next trick of not having the supply on hand of the prescriptions I needed. Last month they told me that it would be a MONTH before they got one in. I called a week later and found out it was already on hand. It was probably there all along or at least came in the next day. They act like you are stupid and don't know what they are doing. They are the RUDEST bunch of people I've come across in a long time. I would try to smile and be nice to them, but yesterday was it. I will never go back to that pharmacy and obviously many of their old customers have the same sentiment. They don't care they will just keep calling you "honey" while they bury the knife in your back. Maybe they should try kindness and compassion and help those people who suffer enough every day.

College Hill Drug is a great hometown pharmacy. I drive past 15 other pharmacies and across town in order to use them. The staff is friendly, helpful and caring. They don't just treat you like a number. We also love Mr. Charles and all the pharmacy staff. I highly recommend this local business.

Went in to pay my bill Tuesday, there we're 6 people waiting with one machine running, they we're doing more talking than working so I decided to leave. Came back Wednesday morning made sure I checked the time they opened so I could be early. I get there at 8:40, there we're 8 people standing outside the door and the black man that works the register was standing outside talking to everyone. The sign said they open at 8:30 but they we're clearly closed, the longer i waited more and more people pulled up. I was very unsatisified with this location and there always slow.

I went to change my prescriptions over to them at College Hill and they were very nice to me, and I loved the experience. Reminded me of my childhood pharmacies. Walgreens and CVS are very rude to you. I love College Hill.

Oh my gosh, where do I begin. First off, if I could give this place negative stars I would. I ALWAYS had issues with this pharmacy. I only stayed with it for so long bc it was the only place that carried the right brand of medicine I needed, but after I found out another pharmacy had the same brand, I was out of there so fast. They ALWAYS got something wrong with my order, whether it not being ordered or being the wrong amount, it was always wrong. What threw me over the edge was them not returning my money, and telling my insurance that they did, WHEN I WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM, and refusing to fill my prescription after I told my insurance they didn’t fill it AND HANDING MY INSURANCE LADY OVER TO THE HEAD PHARMACIST. They gave me a partial order of my medicine and told me to come back the next day, I came back the next day and they told me that they didn’t remember only giving me a partial order, that it looked like I got all of it. Then after they figured out they were wrong, they gave me another partial order and told me to come back the next day. This happened 6 days in a row, and I had finally had enough and left, WITHOUT MY MONEY OR MY PRESCRIPTION. If you have a choice in what pharmacy you use, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS PHARMACY!!!!! Horrible service and HORRIBLE PHARMACISTS

They have the most terrible service I’ve ever seen! Never been so disrespected! Waited in the drive through for 15 mins and never once got help and had to leave to go inside and as soon as the person be hind me pulled up to the window they got help. This that fair service? I think not! Everybody there needs to be fired and they all just act as dumb as a sack of rocks!

Clean profesional Rx thou a little slow going through drive thru check out.I know that's a bit knit picky but to get that 5th star when the order was called in and I was told I can pick it up in 10 minutes I was impressed only to show up 7 hours later and having to wait almost 20 minutes to complete the purchase. Oh well nice small home town feel only to be ashamed from being from that small town it is 2018 come on flip the script and catch up just a bit.😊
