Just had the worst customer service experience of my life! Normally I like coming here because people are nice but I don’t know who y’all have working here now but Jesus! I came in to use the coin star and as I began to put my coins in the machine, it told me it couldn’t continue. To contact a store employee. At this point some of my coins have already fallen down into the machine. So I got the attention of an older woman at the cash register, I told her what was going on and she honestly looked like a zombie and quietly walked away to speak to someone. Then another employee, a younger guy came up behind me and said “yeah it’s not working today” so I asked well what about the money that already fell down there and he said “I don’t know” and walked away. I waited a little bit to see if the older woman would come back. She did, eventually and calmly and slowly looked at me… I had to ask “well… what did they say?” And she, again was very calm and very nonchalant said “oh she’s calling someone”. That was the last I heard about that. Then the younger guy came up… leaned over me to put an “out of order” sign on the machine. Didn’t say excuse me or nothing. He is much taller than me and that was very inappropriate. He stuck that sign on the machine and I asked again “what about the money that fell down?” And shrugged and said “I don’t know” I then asked “why is everyone so quiet and not caring at all?” And then walked away. There was no apology. There was nothing. Like do y’all hire zombies there? Or were they just high on something? The worst customer service I have ever had. So I lost some money today but what’s worse is I lost my faith in customer service. And people for that matter. Nobody cares to do their jobs anymore.

Got what almost ordered , most sales items they were out of. If they have to substitute for an item, they will charge you the difference if only have higher price items. Wal mart never has.!!!

Haven't Been In Albertsons In Year's. The Store Was Very Clean. I Was Greeted Upon Entering. The Shelves We're Full And Stocked. And They Had Employees Fronting The Shelves. There Was An Item I Needed, And The Employee, No Hesitation, Stopped And Walked Me To The Product. Very Welcoming Employees, Great Customer Service. Excellent Experience At Albertsons. Great Prices On Various Products.

This store is like family I even tip my favorite cashier. But everyone has a bad apple 🍎 the front end black manager with the very distasteful contacts is childish and a very horrible person but well hid I want be back been going this very store since I was a child never again so long 🙄 it's a shame people like her get away with the things they do for whatever reason maybe going through something still not a reason to mistreat someone

The drugstore was closed because of internet problems! Came back twice and still no internet. When you call to check on prescriptions nobody will answer the phone! Super annoying!

Never buy any milk products from here. They are either spoiled or just plain taste bad. What happened to this store? Its got a unclean vibe about it. Besides the creepy parking lot area. The inside is never that clean like. Its old and run down looking. Be safe in the parking lot. This part of town is just unsafe anymore. All this hype of new and trendy on the web. Lol. The buildings and houses in this neighborhood are all over 80 years old. Imagine that.

The employees were 2nd to none. ALL of them were knowledgeable, friendly from the pharmacy to the floor & the checkout. The store was clean & tidy. I didn't have to wait in a large line. They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

The store is rather old and a bit dated. Could definitely use some updating. Prices and availability are typical for the current times. The bad thing is the smell. Both the produce section and the fish area have an odor. Produce has the smell that something has gone bad. The fish section positively reeks and makes you question the freshness of the product and the stores cleaning/sanitation practices. Most fish sections have some odor, it’s nearly unavoidable with raw product. However this is really bad. It’s hard to even walk near it and spreads throughout the store.

BAKERY: Absolutely amazing! Last minute order and not only did they help me out but they went above and beyond! Tastes AMAZING! Looks OUTSTANDING! Customer Service was the BEST! Highly recommend this particular Albertsons in Texarkana (rather than the other, which we will NOT get into here)! ✌️

If you can stand the smell some of their discounts are worth it. Avoid the meat it's shelf life once brought home is a day at the least, their veggies fresh are pretty darn good. I haven't had a bread problem with this store(mold issues). They do have a great spice selection. Prices on juice, cereal and dairy are at the high end.

Nice grocery store. For a smallish place they had everything we needed and more. The produce was fresh and meat department was well stocked. Pricing was actually very good as well. No complaints. They did a good job for us. Also it was sort of cool to shop for groceries in Arkansas, then cross State Line road and have lunch in Texas!!

I have been shopping at this location a number of years, I always find this store to be well stocked and the people are very friendly.I read some of the recent reviews about poor service, and I just can't agree. Staff there is always very nice, and tries to be as helpful as they can. Somebody must have caught somebody on a bad day.I will continue to shop at this location, for the reasons mentioned above. I highly recommend this location. And yes, they are taking all the covid 19 precautions seriously.

The Texas side Albertsons is a good store with good food. The pharmacy is excellent! They usually have everything I need. I prefer this store over most.

As I doing this I'm talking to my Mother who lives there came in for a sale you guys were having where you buy two things get two free the experience was great till check out. My Mother is in her mid seventies can't pick up heavy objects, your sweetcashier called a boy up to help her get her groceries in her car the boy was asked twice he ignored her and she ended up doing it herself.the waters she got were really too heavy for her what ever happened to taking care of our Elderly if it had been his Mother how would he feel

Albertsons on State Line Ave has the best staff around. Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Selection is great. The pharmacy is second to none. They are extremely fast, polite, and helpful. I won't go anywhere else.

I have been here a few times since moving to TK, and there is always someone asking if you need help. Prices aren't to bad, and the meats and veggies look good. I don't mind coming here 5o shop. Diverse group working here which is a plus

They have the best bakery, deli, and floral department around. The florist is amazing. The cake designer is amazing. The hot foods are amazing. The staff are always genuine and sweet.

There 90% very nice yesterday I was checking out and a customer was complaining guess to a s worker she felt comfortable with so I was observing the conversation my cashier was to so she stepped up a seasoned associate a older Beautiful African American woman tryed to comfort the customer. She tell the person your speaking on she said I don't know her but the problem has happened before she said your right tell us so we can fix it I said go back there the associate she felt comfortable with took her. I was glad to see the concern the seasoned associate cared .

Albertsons always has products that I can't find anywhere else. The staff are helpful and they try to tell you about specials they are having that week. Since this store is in Texarkana, there are Dallas Cowboy specials and games they have, and I could have gotten game tickets if I was going to be around and willing to enter the contest. Fun times.

The staff is amazing... extremely polite and very helpful. The cashier's are very nice and don't make you feel rushed. They interact with you. Making sure any questions you have are answered. The gentleman I had went over and beyond just being a cashier. He took the time to explain their promotion they are are having about the pots and pans. It was a very nice shopping experience. This Albertsons is on State Line and I can say much better service than the one on 7th Street. I will make the extra drive to go to this Albertsons. Great Job guys!!!
