Ordered with the app at 7:15pm. I arrived and checked in at 7:20. Order was for 7:25. I asked where my order was at 7:48. It arrived at 7:51. Both sundaes were liquid and the shake was also melted. The slushes were water. I like ordering on the app because of the discounts but this is not acceptable.

Absolutely the worst take out I have had in 44 years, all three meals were cold, my wife's hotdog in her Coney was like plastic, my burgers were hard and tasted like someone spilled a cup of salt into the meat, tots were cold and doughy, even the sweet tea was bad. I learned my lesson today and will no longer do business with Stuttgart Sonic. UPDATE: Even my wife's Cherry Limeade had a rotten cherry in it.

I did online ordering and it took 26 minutes to get three drinks. I had to stop a server to ask about the order. First, they didn't see the order. Next they forgot the drink carrier, which had been requested. Then they only brought two drinks and a cup of ice (which I had not ordered). They had to go back and get the third drink. It would have been much quicker to order at the window. The first two people I spoke to, and I was polite, acted like they could not have cared less.

Moved to 2 stalls and waited 10 min. Finally went thru drive thru (slow). Gave us wrong order, tweeked out older lady seemed confused and said she was by herself. This happened on 2 different occasions. We will NOT do business here again.

The line in the drive thru was wrapped around the restaurant. That wasn't much of an issue. But the time it took to get out the orders was not good. We waited for at least 15 minutes!!! So I finally received my order....I ordered hot coffee and I got cold coffee! I ordered a sandwich and I got stale bread! But the staff was nice about issuing a refund. I wouldn't recommend this location, especially if you're not a local. Save yourself some time and go to the next town!

SONIC NANCY NEEDS TO BE FIRED! SHE IS A HORRIBLE, MEAN, RUDE, NASTY OLD WOMEN. THE TIMES I HAVE BEEN SHE'S ALWAYS ACTING SO UGLY, I DON'T KNOW HOW SHE'S STILL WORKING THERE. IF SHE DOSEN'T LIKE HER JOB SHE NEEDS TO QUITE AND NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACES , I UNDERSTAND HAVING A BAD DAY BUT ITS LIKE SHES HAVING A BAD DAY EVERYDAY! STUTTGART SONIC IF YOU'RE LOSING BUISNESS ITS BECAUSE OF THAT LADY AND IS GIVING SONIC A BAD IMAGE. I ordered 2 milkshakes that took 20 minutes to get to me and they were both spoiled rotten i asked for a refund and that also took 10 minutes. the other times ive ordered ive gotten raw chicken, bad ocean water, cold tater tots and fries, and much more but theres been a few times they have been good

I ordered 2 drinks and cheese sticks. When I got my Ocean Water it did not taste good at all, as it was just carbonated water and blue coconut flavoring. I asked for a replacement drink and after 15 minutes it had still not come out. We buzzed in again and it seemed like they had forgotten about us. They then brought me out another drink, but this was one was still as equally gross. Not a great experience.

This is a complaint about store 2860 Stuttgart Arkansas. I ordered ahead for two large drinks. A few minutes after ordering we arrived and I checked in. Although we ordered ahead it took several minutes to receive our drinks. When they finally arrived one was wrong. We paged the kitchen. After several several minutes of no answer I finally had to get out of my vehicle to find a car hop and let them know our order was wrong. When the car hop finally arrived with our corrected order we had still not been answered on the pager. This was a terrible experience.

Service was trash. Took over 30 mins to get an order of cold fries, a poorly prepared burger and a large vanilla ice cream that was supposed to be a Reese's blast. Worst sonic drive thru I have ever been to.

Was very disappointed when I received both and part of the was missing. And when said anything about it to the female became rude and hung up then a man took over and neither wanted to tell us the union ring was missing the part of our meals and try accommodate/with something else. All both the man and woman could say is that they were out of union ring, ok first it should have been told and then asked we wanted something to replace the union ring...😤the only part of the deal was the young female that brought our food out to us was extremely nice and courteous..

Went Sunday5/23 around 7pm. No one working the stalls had a order ahead had to wait over 30 minutes in drive thru. Got to the window and they attempted to charge me for my order again. I explained to them it was an app order they seemed confused. Finally after having to repeat my order multiple times I received my food. Horrible experience

Went for breakfast took them 10 minutes for them to take my order and another 10 min for them to give me my food. And Tater tots were cold and grease logged, and they got the Breakfast burrito wrong. When I gave them the money they only gave me two dollars and said they were out of change. Went back a week later ordered a drink, gave us 75 cents and when we asked for the two dollars they owed us told us they didn’t have change and I told them it was two dollars and she said oh. Will not be back needs to be shut down

I ordered a small Oreo blast and asked for whip cream. I pulled up to the window and was handed a melted cup of ice cream with ice cream leaking out the lid, with no whip cream. The lady said sorry and expected me to leave I pulled up to the trash can to discard receipts and found my card that I payed with covered in melted ice cream. I returned to the window and asked for whip and tried to be polite, but the employees working seemed like they lacked any responsibility for their jobs’... This is not the first time I’ve received a blast with no whip cream and it seems some training is needed at the Stuttgart sonic.

I ordered onion rings they had none the only thing on my burger was lettuce and onions with mustard. I had to wait because no one let me know they had no onion rings. I ordered 1 unsweet tea and 1 sweet, we got 2 sweets. Was not impressed

So we come here at least two times a week for lunch. and about 75% of the time the order is incorrect. We get the same order every single time, two number ones plain with tots and a large sprite. Now most of the time we get some kind of variation of that like one plain cheeseburger and a fully loaded cheeseburger, or one with tomato, etc. But let’s not leave out the horrible attitudes of majority of the employees AND managers in this place. and you know we normally don’t say much but just take the food and keep going because we only have so long for lunch. But this time was a the real kicker. We ordered what we normally get for us to get instead one plain cheeseburger and then just bread....... in the other wrapper. And then when we went back the young girl didn’t say much, didn’t apologize or anything, just rolled her eyes like it was out of her way to come out there and fix it and then said i’ll be right back.

Wait time was very understandable as it was lunch time staff was very apologetic for the wait. Food was correct and hot. My car hop was a super sweet young lady. All around positive experience
