I was accused of stealing.. I'm unsure how I would have stole when NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE or in the drive thru.... And after I repeatedly told the manager what I ordered SHE STILL almost didn't give me my food. Yes ma'am. My name is Jillian. And if the kiosk would have ink in it (pretty sure that's your job, not mine), i wouldnt have to look like a criminal AT MCDONALD'S. ew. The kiosk I logged into from my phone knew how to do it's job... Take notes.

Ordered at drive thru 2 #6 with dr peppers and a #7 with sprite. The girl taking order screamed thru microphone (obvious horseplay going on) . We rec’d the #7 meal with what taste like Pepsi and 2 fillet of fish sandwiches, no fries or drinks, just the sandwiches. Checking receipt we only paid for a #7 meal and 2 filet of fish sandwiches so the girl taking the order at drive thru was too busy playing instead of doing her job. Not happy! I wanted fries!

Fast service, but not friendly service at drive thru. They don't follow through with ketchup or sauce at drive thru & don't ask if I want any . I eat only chicken mcnuggets here because I have a stomach ulcer. For pat 2-3 visits, I've received hard, dry nuggets. Even today, arriving at 11:00 am, I received them hard & dry.Parking: Can accomodate at least 10 automobiles.

Actually one of the better Macdonalds but I will say almost every time the damn fries are soggy and they are terrible you wanna charge as much as you do for just fries 🍟 you should make sure they are cooked good because y’all’s world’s famous fries not so much for now. Went back October 3rd fries still soggy went back oct 6th fries still soggy and burger taste bad this time not worth going up on prices

The people are nice and friendly! However the food is never up to standards. There is always a long, long wait time even if you are the only one there! Fries are hot and fresh most of the time but lack salt, really let's the fact that the grease doesn't get changed enough. Anyways we are so glad you're here!

My wife and I stopped here 1/5/23 for breakfast. The only items they had on menu were food items. I asked the person behind the counter if we could see the drink menu. She went and asked the manager and then she told us that was the only menu. I grabbed my wife and left. I'm not giving my money to any business that doesn't care about the customer. I will never step foot in that place again.

First, the one taking the orders didn't know what 'sweetener' was when I ordered coffee. I actually had to give examples, such as Splenda. Secondly, the cashier never acknowledged my existence, even though I greeted her kindly. She, however, had no problem speaking and laughing loudly with the customer following me. I watched her interact with other customers, as well. It appears only those of certain ethnicities were worthy of her attention. Finally, the person who handed me my coffee, handed me a cup with a loose lid and coffee spilled all over my clothes and car. I guess it was a blessing that the coffee was cold. Evidently they had turned off the coffee machine, but decided to serve the child coffee anyway. If there was a zero rating, I would have given that.

Great, fast service. Love the app to order for faster pickup service, never get my order wrong, and we'll put together food.Parking: Great parking even on busy times...Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves this place and is always greeted by a girl that works there, when I stop by without her this lady ask how she is..great caring place..Wheelchair accessibility: Very handy when my grandmother is with me..

Maybe if they’d get off the phone in back cash they’d be able to get the orders. Takes at least 30 minutes to even get your order in past 11, then you sit there for another 30. Hire new people? Because they’re not doing their job.

Walked in the door went to use the restrooms came back to the counter where there was all of a sudden not a single employee was around anywhere so we stood there a couple of minutes as we looked around and still nobody came we walked out the door!!!!!

The girl taking orders never smiled, and only mumbled. Had to ask her 3 times what she said cause all she did was mumble. Then, she didn't even thank me. Manager should put her cooking stuff away from customers. Food was good, coffee hot.

The worst fast food restaurant that I've ever been to in my entire life. Despite having two lines, one is always closed. They absolutely cannot get your order right. I usually order a McDouble, mustard only, no cheese. Even when " no cheese" is on the receipt, it still has cheese on it. I've waited over 30 minutes before trying to get this simple order corrected. After waiting 10 minutes to tell them my order was wrong, I had to wait another 10 minutes to realize that they didn't actually tell anyone in the back to get me a new order. After having it replaced 3 times and me opening it front of employee to check it, they finally got it right. This is just one of many times they have screwed up. Once, I got 7 nuggets in a 10 piece. They refuse to take your order at night. I've gone to the window, saw people inside, honked my horn, and it still took 10 minutes before they came to take my order. Absolutely ridiculous.

It was clean & staff was friendly. Food was ok but somewhat cold, French fries were not cooked completely. But hey it's Mickey D's a fast food not grandma's table. I've seen worse. Keep improving B+!!

This place is a joke I order a hamburger kids meal for my son Chicken nuggets kids meals from my daughter's And a number 4 for myself The only thing that they got right was the 2 chicken nugget kids meals When I try to correct the on screen He said oh yeah I've got it When they didn't hand me enough food Ask what I told them that they were wrong and all the guy told me was check your receipt. So I went somewhere else to get the rest of our food that was done correctly

As I drove you to drive thru, i was able to place my order but when i tried to add more to order. This black girl was very rude and smart mouthed toward me, as i tried to add more to my order as if she was occupied with a conversation with someone. I guess that's why she rush me thru on placing my order.

My wife was super nice and polite and there was never a nice response from any worker working the windows. When someone says thank you or have a nice day you DO Not respond with a uh-huh. Fries was good.
