Our small group is moving to the area in a few months (May 2018) to start a business, and buy two homes, and we stopped in to check some prices on remodeling materials we will need. The staff was delightful, and the inventory is perfectly selected - we literally said '...they have every thing we will need!...'. I don't have an opinion on the prices - I am from California so I don't know market price on ANYTHING! But I can say the prices did NOT send us to another proprietor...

No help at all from counter . Went in to bye the biggest chainsaw they had. I stood there for 15 minutes and not one person who worked there asked to help. Not the first time this has happened to me. I will not be going back. 5 people behind counter. 2 customers. What happened to the greeting customers use to get. Not one person said a word. Except for an old man who said that he would get me some help. Not sure if he even works there.one last thing. The chainsaw isle is pretty much right in front of the counter.

Bought $2,000 in wood. Which was supposed to be in stock. Go to get loaded , I needed 18 5x5's , they had 10. I needed 28 2x6x20,s , they had 8. I needed 2x6x18, They had none. I had to go get over $500 put back my card, which won't be there for a few days. So now I have to take another $500 out of my pocket to buy wood somewhere else and wait on lumber one to return my money to my card. Thanks for all the hassle Lumber one....

Best hardware and lumber store in the area. They generally have what you need and great service. They pick your wood and load it in your vehicle for ya. Lowe’s can’t even come close to topping that!
