Belk was having a wonderful sale. When I was ready to check out, I didn't have to wait and the staff was friendly. They secured my purchases carefully and wished me a wonderful day. The store was clean, though some areas were difficult to maneuver, but that was because they were changing inventory. They even apologized for that. One does not expect things to be perfect when this is happening. Still, there were not boxes blocking aisles like some stores tend to do. Each of these dresses were $72, but Belk had them marked down 75%. The photos do not do them justice.

This the best Belk's store i ever visited and it's in Stuttgart , Ar !...Men's store has its own entrance..next to that is Belk's main entrance..wow.. great sales going on too..75% off in "Clearance" dept was my favorite..I was very impressed with a young lady helping me with Clinique makeup..She was knowledgeable and patient with me making a selection. thanks.🙂🙂..

The Belk store in Stuttgart, AR is one of my wife's favorite places to go shopping. To get there, we drive about 45 minutes or so. We go there a number of times a year, and at times my wife goes there with her best friend (female). The store is clean, and uncluttered, and it was this trip as well. Also, the sales staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The only negative this trip, was the women's restroom was out of order. I know we'll be going back again.

I was with friends and had not intended to visit Bell's on this evening. However, I found lots of great deals on clothing and left with two new T-shirts. I was glad for the unscheduled stop. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Last night, As a result of me entering Belk store, I was never greeting with a warm welcome but unfriendly suggestion of not being help. So it made me feel uncomfortable of being in a a clean and neat place. Based on my own experience after asking someone she more than less just brush me off of not really wanting to help me. I will share more with you as shopper/food critic feedback.

A package of mine accidentally got mailed here and the employees were very quick about figuring out what happened. There was a younger black lady, short hair, who got knew exactly where it had ended up and fetched it for me. I forgot her name bc I'm terrible sorry. Highly suggest this place for a location to have your impulsive online purchases accidentally sent to lol

I luv this store. Unfortunately I was followed by the manager like I was some kind of thief. I spent $$ and so this was disappointing. I've managed retail, so I kno all about shrink and theft management. But when I stay in ur store for almost 2 hours, I'm not stealing.

The girl in the cosmetics was very nice, just unknowledgeable on her products! And of course, they're out of what I needed and the lady behind me needed. No manager was available.

They're friendly and helpful. Buy online, pickup in store discount is great and their deals keep bringing me in. Look for coupons!

Couldn't find what I was looking for and two clerks told me wrong place to find it, was expensive, 68$ for two t-shirts..and the staffs attitude was as bougie as the clothes

I Love Belks ! Great Service from the Stuttgart Ar. Store . Employee Ms. Ashley and a Young Gentleman( who I didn't get his name this evening) wasn't even working that Dept. Stop what he was doing and went out of his way to help me , in the Fragrance Dept . And They Both Did a Great Job and was Really Nice and Respectful. It was the Best Shopping Experience I've had at Belks in the last year. Also went over to the Mens Department, and Mr.William was a Great Help on some Items I Bought for my Husband. He was Very Nice and did a Great job too. All three Employees, areDefinitely Belk Keepers!!😇

Great sales and shopping...Some name brands ran way smaller so I couldn't get a coat that was on sale. However all together I had 1300 worth of clothes for 167.07🙌

The store was neat and orderly. I was able to shop quietly, find what I needed and was quickly checked out by a friendly and helpful Associate named Hanna. Looking forward to another shopping day.

I'm rating this at 2 star just because,. My son and I went into the store because he had bought some shoes that didn't fit off of the belk website. Needless to say that the shoes were the wrong size. We went in expecting them to credit my son's gift card and they did not. 3 weeks later we finally got my son's money back on his card but o my half of what he paid. That so bad when a store does the public that way. Btw, My son is 13, he has respect they on the other hand did not. Thank you, keep all rexiepts

The manager is colored and discriminated against me. She is having lots of employee theft from employees. Her corporate management has put her job at risk. So she picks me to accuse. She messed up. Falsely accused and discriminated, and even was very confrontational. She's desperate

I think the clearances they have there are good, but they should have a better variety of children's clothing, especially for girls.

After the Equifax breach it affects my credit score in a negative way and synchrony bank the bank that issues the Belk and TJMax cards sent me a letter closing my account with Belk because my credit score fell 4 points below 600! And this is ludicrous and unacceptable for a loyal customer to be treated in this fashion, especially when my Belk account had been established since 1999 and never been late and my account was paid off and showed yearly use for Belk store purchases since opening my account in 1999-July 2017. This action shows total disregard for the customer who is obviously only judged by the content and character of their credit score! Just shamefull behavior!!!
