Took my cat in for an 8am appointment to have her nails and shots done. I wasn't able to pick her up until right before closing because they didn't see her until after lunch. At pick up I was told they only did nails and no shots. When I asked for my pets records they now said they did her shots. I got her home and she is covered in pee and can hardly walk. I will not be back here ever again.

Have taken my dog here twice in 2 or 3 months for the same issue he is now to the point he is gasping for air and all they did was put a stethoscope to his chest and guess what was wrong and charge $100 each visit! Very upset

After countless days, not really knowing just what was wrong with my second child, Bud Lee, the entire staff from the veterinary, Jason Ross, and all the staff, had to not only deal with my cat, but also one bothering some mother, day in and day out, but they never acted as the pain in the butt I know I had to be worrying them as I did, I would highly recommend anyone taking their beloved second children to Jason and his entire staff their totally awesome not only to your children but the worried parents ourselves. Thanks to Jason and everyone involved with helping Bud Lee in his road to recovery he is 100%.back to his old self. Thank you…to each and everyone of you, you are absolutely the best of the best!!!!! I have been using Starcity Animal Hospital since 2013. Dr. Ross is very thorough with his examines and takes time to answer any questions I may have without me feeling rushed. His staff is some pretty awesome lady’s. They have always been gentle and kind with my fur babies. They also take the time to answer any questions I may have. I have never been disappointed after leaving a visit. I am thankful to have people like them tending to my babies.

The staff was so professional I've took my fur babies to a lot of vet's I live in lake village arkansas and I'd drive to star city again to have them take care of my animals they are wonderful .

We had a sick cat. We called in the morning and got in to see Dr. Ross that afternoon. He saw him right away, diagnosed the problem, gave the cat some shots, and then we were on our way back home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, too.

I was passing threw, found the vet on google . I didn’t have an appointment, I just walked in, they got right into the vet . He’s was very knowledgeable and helpful !!! He fixed my baby right up ! The bill was the MOST reasonable vet bill I have ever had ! I was sooooo happy with the clinic !!!!!
