I had my elderly Maltese mix groomed here for the first time. The groomer took great care of her and did a great job. Sometimes it can be difficult to get the front desk by phone or e-mail.

Amazing staff and service! This is the third place I have taken my Shihtzu to get groomed...I don't know why it wasn't the first. Two other groomers only bathed him and said they could not groom him without hurting him because he is so energetic. Well here at Whole Pet in Springdale my baby with all of his energy was very well groomed. His nails are trimmed and he no longer has bear claws. They are very affordable, super friendly and know what they are doing. I will definitely be back as long as I have a pet.

They are OK. I went there because their online website said they carried a certain product I wanted. The salesman showed me to the shelf where it was and it was there. He told me their groomer doesn't use that because it removes the undercoat or something like that so I bought another product. Why would it be on their shelf if they don't like it. What a moron. They don't have much on the shelf"s to choose from. I won't go back just because of poor salesmanship.

Great staff and super nice store. They have everything for cats and dogs. I went in the other day to find some bird food and that, they don't carry. So if you've got a cat or a dog they are perfect. I don't have a dog anymore so it's sad for me.

My dog Lady had a grooming at Whole Pet and she came out looking lovely! I’ve had issues in the past with other grooms at other places where Lady came out anxious and I was told she didn’t do well. But when I asked Whole Pet how she did, they told me she had no issues whatsoever. I could tell though, in the way she acted the rest of the day! It’s was so peaceful and the cut is perfect. Thanks ya’ll for taking such good care of my 4lb fur baby. Will be coming back for all future needs!

Best Groomers, ever!!! Liz groomed our golden doodle & he has never looked better!!! (& after a week long play date with 2 other dogs, he was matted & the stinkiest he’s ever been.) Everyone here was so sweet, kind, & genuine. Best customer service, price, & quality we’ve found in this area & we’ve tried a few. They even sent him home with a pack of goodies.

The Whole Pet in Springdale is really great! Really great folks there and pretty much every kind of pet supplies you'll need. Their groomers are top notch. We take our Golden Doodle there and she's never looked better.

A little more pricey than I was prepared to spend, but my Coco looks great! Im impressed. The clerks up front and the stylist in the SPA were very nice and very helpful. I also purchased 2 stuffed animals (a squirrel and bunny), a small carton of doggie ice cream(vanilla) and a birthday cookie.

One star because I can’t give 0.We arrived early for our dog’s grooming appointment at 12:00 noon on a Sunday and the doors were locked. We noticed an employee inside and when we tried to get her attention she just starred at us. She didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us that she needed a few minutes to get the store ready to open. So we left, as we had somewhere to be. Later that afternoon, this same employee called us and tried to tell us that we were late. We pointed out to her that we were there and she ignored us. Also, there’s a sign on their door (Springdale location) stating that they do not have groomers from 12:00PM to 5:00PM on Sunday. She argued that this was an old sign and her groomers do not arrive until 12:05 and that we would be charged a late fee even though we were there early and tried to get the attention of this “manager”. She was very sarcastic and rude on the phone to us. We will NEVER use them again. We have been using them for the past several months for grooming and we have never been treated this way before. This lack of professionalism and false advertisement is inexcusable. Get a better manager!!!!So is ignoring your customer, when all you had to do was flash a hand up telling us to wait, good business practice, Steve? Or how about the fact that you leave old signs up stating you don’t have groomers on Sunday, when clearly that’s not the case. See the confusion her? Outdated signs and ignoring a FORMER consistent customer left us no choice, but to leave. We don’t have time to wait around for you to use basic communication when the doors are locked and it states that there are no groomers working from 12:00 to5:00 on Sundays. Way to run a business Steve. Hopefully this improves for your current customers.

Amazing service and staff is very knowledgeable. They have a very good selection of grain-free pet foods and their prices are reasonable if not better than what you may find elsewhere.They have a wide variety of toys and chews for cats and dogs as well as a grooming service.10 paws out of 10 🐾. Definitely recommend!

The store is clean. However, we were not greeted on the way in or out. Unsure if she even realized that people were in the store. She never looked up from her phone. Must have been something awesome on tiktok or something 🤔

Great service and friendly staff. The products they carry are made by companies who have your pets best interest in mind. My dog loves going there for his grooming and the healthy pet food they have has improved his health. Won't go anywhere else.

9/9/2023 had a 2:00 appointment and arrived early, our dog GOLDIE has been getting groomed here for over thee years.Thay refused me service because i had forgot to bring in papers for her shots. I ask to go back and pick up the papers for the shots, and Jessica to me that it was against ARKANSAS LAW ? . Please Email me the statue number , Better yet had your attorney call me with the law that Jessica was so happy to throw in my face.

This is my favorite pet store ever. 10/10 absolutely DO recommend. You can tell the people working here a very passionate about animal care and wellbeing. They are very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for (fish stuff, because they have fish stuff). They also gave me a pamphlet to help me pick dog and cat food that's good for their health. I also was given some pet food samples, which is very helpful :) I always feel extremely satisfied after visiting this store. So if you are looking for very knowledgeable, helpful staff and great products, best for your pets health, I highly recommend this store!

I took my old dog, who has never been groomed before, to Whole Pet in Springdale. They were very kind and comforting when I called and made the appointment. The lady on the phone took the time to ease my worries and talk me through everything. The day of the appointment when I picked him up, he looked like a million bucks! He feels so much better! He was in good spirits and the groomer was so kind and gentle with him. It really made my experience there a great one. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Wonderful Women in the Back Cut, wash, clip.Buddy is a chihuahua and he's so hard to work with and people he don't know it's even harder. It Took three of us to clip his Nails But, they did it of course a muzzle for an 8 lb dog. He has a Beautiful coat it shines the Dog food is the Best.Feed your Dog ANY OF the Food sold here. He has ONLY BEEN on the food sold here. Love this PLACE. 😀 ❤

All I needed was a cat brush, but I had zero luck with the ones I got from a big box retail store. At Whole Pet, the lady asked me some questions and recommended the absolute perfect brush! It was priced quite reasonably too. Thanky you nice lady - from me a d the cat :)

They are so freaking nice. I went I. With a very sensitive husky, and puppy to match. They have annoyingly specific needs and the gentleman there both times have exceeded ALLLLL expectations. I even left with 12 different samples of dog food to find the one for us. Not to mention the great treats he gave my dog. They by far have been the best pet store I’ve ever been too. And for once someone could answer every question I was asking. Which for most, is hard. So again, thank you so much. And the gentleman In there for making this possible and easy for us.

I brought my puppy, Max, in to be groomed today. Everyone who worked in the grooming area was very friendly as were those working at the front. Max is still a puppy so he isn’t always easy to deal with when he gets excited but everyone was very kind. Reasonable prices ($35 brush and bath for a 28-lb dog) and great service. I’ll definitely be back.

We took our Cane Corso Mastiffs for a bath here. It was awesome! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Prices are great, the place is clean and has lots of goodies for your pets. Family owned and run business. Really loved this place, I highly recommend you stop in.

I came here to look at fish and ended up with a whole lot more! Sales staff is very knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions you might have. Also the selection for fish and plants can't be beat! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get into fishkeeping. They can set you up from a 1 gallon bowl to a 250 gallon reef!

The folks at Whole pets are very knowledgeable and friendly! Jacob has been such a big help with my fish. He is always willing to answer questions and help me find the best solution. The owner took the time to talk to me about special food for my diabetic cat, and he recommended a great frozen food that has helped a lot. Anyone with a pet of any kind should rally check this place out.

I was shocked to learn that the grooming prices have gone up again!The price for grooming my goldendoodle has skyrocketed 40% in the past 3 months! When I asked the groomer how they justified the increase the reply was “it’s the owners”. Whole Pets grooming has gone from being fairly priced to one of the most expensive in N.W. Arkansas. I imagine I will not be the only customer to go elsewhere for dog grooming.

Had a nice experience today at The Whole Pet. We came in after our Sheepadoodle had a long, muddy, and fun play date at the dog park. He’s getting so big that it can be a pain giving him a bath at home now. The staff was very kind and helpful, they truly did seem like they wanted to help and made us feel like they were just a holler away in case we needed anything during our pup’s bath. After the bath, we requested they trim his nails and the gentleman who helped us was very patient and kind to our Bruno. The only downside (to us) was their conditioner. Our doodle has a medium length curly coat and the conditioner they gave us to use was very watered down (diluted) so his fur wasn’t left feeling soft or untangled. It was as if we didn’t use any conditioner at all. They very well could have a curly hair-friendly conditioner, but I did not ask since it was so close to their closing times. All in all, we will be going back! I’ll just ask if it’s possible to get a “richer” conditioner next time! 😊

My dog has always been very hard to groom. He is scared of everything and has very sensitive paws. Every groomer we have been to has not finished or not been able to do what we requested because he is “too difficult” or “wouldn’t stop moving”. Whole Pet in Springdale not only was able to get our doggie looking SHARP! but also had his tail wagging when we picked him up! Will never go anywhere else!!!❤️

I have 4 mini schnauzers, I gave them specific instructions on how I wanted them groomed. Which is a normal schnauzer but just short. First my appointment was supposed to be 11am-2 pm, I was told- I called at 2 and they had only groomed 2 of them. I received a call at 3:45 saying they were ready, I got there about 20 minutes later and the groomers had already left, my babies were left alone in the back. They were not shaved correctly at all, very choppy. And the guy there didn’t seem at all concerned or apologetic about our experience. We went there because I was told they were good,$220 later let me assure you they are not and my girls will not be going back. Let me just add I have had owned schnauzers since 1998 and this is the worst haircut I have ever had one of my dogs receive.
