The worst Dollar General to work for.. Lori the manager is worthless she allows customers to treat her employees horrible then when something happens it's our fault shes the manager she needs to stick up for her employees the lady don't need to be a manager she's only worried about herself. Her assistant store manager don't know anything that's going on because her store manager is worthless. Carl runs his mouth to much to customers.me and other cashier's have had to stand up for ourselves while at work because she don't.she only worries about her money.that store don't need her no more BRIANNA NEEDS TO BE A STORE MANAGER AND GET RID OF LORI AND CARL.... I HOPE NO NEED NE ELSE HAS TO GO THRU THIS IF THEY DO ILL BE SURE TO WARN THEM ABOUT THIS PLACE

A disturbed employee named Crystal seriously needs some help. She follows customers outside, screams, calls names, and threatens customers. She is absolutely deranged and needs to find a new job without dealing with customers. Managers need to get rid of her as customers are leaving feeling shaken and scared from her senseless acts. I am scared, and I’m sure everyone around me that heard the crazy yelling is scared as well and might need some therapy to deal. I feel if she is not fired, I want to be compensated for the mental strain I had to deal with from walking into that establishment.

This store is the most ridiculous dollar general i have ever been in! We could of walked out with our items, kept calling for someone no one come!!! this is a reacurring issue. Store is poorly managed!!!!

Bigotry is the norm here. Carl likes to sit behind the counter a spout hate speech. Management chose to do nothing about it as they were involved in the conversation.

Easy and fast store for your needs. Excellent location for me.i drop in and grab what I need. There is hardly ever long lines. Dollar general has great weekly deals and the prices are excellent for every one. I go in a dollar store at least 4 tines a week. The store in Huntsville, AR. Also has a red box that is convenient.

The store was really cluttered and I hate when stores put Christmas stuff out before Halloween but the people there are really nice and I found exactly what I went in there for. I'm giving three stars because it was just so hard to get my cart around due to the clutter.

Dollar general is a great store, the staff was friendly, they had what I needed and it’s very affordable. Unfortunately the restrooms were out of order, the woman who helped me mentioned that they’ve requested for them to be fixed but nobody from management or Corporate has done anything about it. Sad.

Manager got rather smart about not wearing a mask inside the store which was not appreciated. If the customers have to wear them and it's a state mandate why wasn't the manager wearing a mask this was the third time I've been in that store and it has not had a mask on by the manager.

Staff were very nice, I used the public restroom and that was a totally different story. It was disgusting. Someone had a issue and there was poop all over the wall toilet and floor. Looked like someone tried to clean it up but did a terrible job. It smelled terrible

I used to love this store! Pre Covid 19 you actually felt cared about in this store. And the people, most of them, were friendly and helpful.Yesterday my visit showed me that the employee on duty did not care that she had 3 women in front of her without a mask on any of them. The signs on the door state clearly that masks are REQUIRED, our state REQUIRES it, but she was laughing and carrying on with them like it was a joke. She herself had a plastic face shield and no mask (proven not to be sufficient) however she was standing behind a plastic shield over the checkout stand so I can accept that as long as she wears an actual face mask when she leaves the checkout stand.I used to shop here regularly but my and my neighbors safety does not appear to be cared about here, at least not during all open hours and that will stop me from using this store again until and unless ALL employees show care, concern and proper use and at very least mentioning the state requirements to customers who are breaking them and not laughing and carrying on with them as if it's all ok.UPDATE: I asked the young man see the register today (he was wearing a mask but two ladies in line ahead of me were wearing their on their chins!) "Do y'all not have a policy about making people wear makes since it's a state wide mandate?" "We do, but...... We can't exactly ask them if they have a medical condition...." Fear of morons is what this is. Dollar general would rather let customers passively kill people by spreading Covid 19 than lose those customers.

Every time that myself or my family stopped at Dollar General D customer service is absolutely phenomenal may not always have the best organization but in retail you can't expect perfection for the overalls of Dollar General at the company they are very diligent to have a great staff and for their customer service skills they definitely assist customers accordingly and are very polite

Some times its fast and easy other times it takes a little while to get someone to check you out. There is a wheel chair ramp and the selection is sub par. But it beat's driving all the way into town.
