I will never use another company to board my dog. They were so good with her, despite being reactive. They were always so happy to answer any questions and have an amazing staff. There are so many amenities to choose from and everything is so well priced. Highly recommend!! We love Bark Avenue Pet Lodge. They are so friendly and courteous. The staff loves on your dogs and everyone seems happy to be working there. A smile goes a long way and we see that upon the staff’s faces. The lodge is always welcoming and clean!Heather always does a great job at grooming our dogs too. Our dogs are eager to go to Bark Avenue which tells us a lot. Thank you for the care of our dogs.

The BEST boarding and grooming facility around. We wouldn’t leave our pup anywhere else. I trust bark avenue to take care of our goldendoodle just like we would. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable and informed when leaving your pet in their care. We love Bark Avenue! We have used a handful of groomers/boarders over the years and Bark Avenue is by far the best. Now we won’t go anywhere else. Their groomer always does an amazing job and works us in quickly. The staff is so caring and we know our fur babies are in good hands with them.

Straight direct service. Dog is always happy and tuckered out after boarding. Owner is extremely knowledgeable about dog psychology and is always ready to have a conversation. They truly care about the best for your dog in an environment that can scare many pups.

We moved to NWA and somehow lucked out with Bark Avenue as the first place we went! We have a large dog (70lb) and a smaller one (17lb). They both get groomed regularly and love going to Bark Avenue. They never show hesitation walking in which is a big tell for us. We love that we can board them there as well in the same “suite” with their own outdoor access! Bark Avenue gives us peace of mind that our dogs are taken care of anytime they are there!

We boarded our two dogs for the 4th, long story short I called the Saturday before to confirm that they had no issues with kennel cough as it’s been a commonly spread illness recently. I was reassured that they had a few cases but it was under control and that they were keeping everything clean and separate! When I showed up to drop off, an hour before my flight, the lady at the front said that they had a kennel cough outbreak and wanted me to know so I had the option to make other arrangements. Frustrated I told her that it would have been useful to know that Saturday when I could make other plans. She apologized and then assured me again that they were covering kennels and quarantining all dogs. Well, we got our pups back and instantly they started showing symptoms. Just got back from a $200 vet visit where it was confirmed that they do in fact have kennel cough. I understand they can’t control everything, but don’t tell me it’s fine and then less than 48 hours later say it’s a widespread problem and want to give me a heads up.

We love Bark Avenue! We know our pups are in good hands when we drop them off for a night or an extended stay. Our dogs are always excited to see the staff and they're always happy when we arrive to pick them up. Bark Avenue is also always very understanding and flexible with our ever-changing schedule. We have been using Bark Avenue for boarding and grooming since we got Graham (our Golden) as a pup a little over 4 years ago. The service has always been great, and Graham LOVES going! They are always so good with him, and the owners are amazing.If you are considering taking you’re dog here, you won’t regret it. They have optional walks or kennel upgrades (even though they are great in any way). The staff is also so friendly and accommodating.This place is great!

I took my dog here for his first time to be boarded. He is a bit quirky, but sweet. I believe I was more nervous than my dog was. The individual at the front desk genuinely listened to our concerns and passed them along to the rest of their team.I opted in for photo updates, and could tell as the days went by he quickly went from a bit apprehensive to having fun and being more relaxed. The Bark Avenue Pet Lodge really took care of him! I called a few times for verbal updates, and the staff was friendly and patient with me; I was reassured my dog was healthy and doing great.When I picked up my dog after about 5 days, he came back to me happy and healthy! It honestly seemed like my dog wasn't quite ready to leave yet.If you lose sleep about boarding your pet like my wife and I do, this is the place for you!

Bark Avenue has a very clean, high end, luxurious facility & my dogs enjoyed their visits thoroughly! One of my fur babies is usually very anxious but during her stay with Bark Avenue, they had nothing to say in regards to her having any kind of anxiety/temperament issues.I will definitely return to Bark Avenue for my boarding, day care & grooming needs!

This is a wonderful place ! Took great care of our senior dog that has medical issues and needs to take meds. Love that we could board her in a quiet area. She seemed very happy when we received our text pictures. If we have to go out of town again, I would not hesitate to book our baby girl here again.

Bark Avenue never disappoints. We started taking our first dog here shortly after Mrs. Weum opened up her new facility. We never had boarded before and she went above and beyond to give me a tour and made my Goldendoodle feel like he belonged. She and her staff genuinely care about the animals they serve. The entire facility is very clean and well taken care of. My Goldendoodle absolutely loves staying here while we are away.

Bark Avenue was the first place I brought my dog when we moved to Arkansas for daycare and boarding. Every time we are near the road to turn for Bark Ave, my pup Banjo is ECSTATIC. Clearly that’s a good sign and means he’s well-loved and taken care of well while he is boarding. The facility is clean and comforting, their staff is honest, communicative, and super friendly. 10/10 would recommend! I so appreciate all of you.

Great place to take your dog, we've been going here almost a year and have never had any issues. They always do a great job grooming and boarding has always been a breeze too! I like that they have different levels of boarding so the dogs can get outside time even while they are in their kennels. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

I recently boarded my 2 dogs at Bark Avenue Pet Lodge for the first time. They appeared to really like their stay. They were clean and smelled good! I also really liked the tote bag that Bark Avenue sent us home with. Very helpful! I would recommend Bark Avenue Pet Lodge to anyone that is new to the area like us!

I have been taking my dog, Sully, to Bark Avenue for several months now. She is a regular attendant of daycare and has also been boarded a couple of times. We both absolutely love it. The facility is clean, inviting, and tasteful. The staff is caring, watchful, understanding and playful. They regularly update me on Sully's behavior and they have been more than willing to help me implement certain aspects of her training. Sully is always excited to come here and I am just as thrilled to have found such a great place to take her.

Our dog LOVES daycare at Bark Avenue. I was so pleased to find this amazing place not far from my workplace. The facility is clean and smells good. The staff is caring and attentive, you can tell they know the personalities of all their regular canine visitors. Frodo gets lots of outside play time and comes home tired and calm! I found the prices to be competitive with other area kennels, but I doubt there is another that offers such great service at such a lovely facility.

First time boarding my dog ever (he is 6yrs) and this place went above and beyond for his care! They listened to my husband and I's concerns and they genuinely found ways to help him adjust and help keep us calm. I highly recommend paying extra for the update photos as they really helped me know he was happy and healthy. I will recommend to everyone!! Thanks staff!!
