If you're going to stage your refrigerated goods you need to work this pallet. When I came into the store I seen seen this pallet and when I left I still seen the pallet not worked. I bet if you was too temp this pallet many items would be in Red zone. Is there accountability when you do not follow protocol set in place.Photo taken April 14th, 2024 at 10:11 p.m.

Very disappointed in this store. They fail to keep the aisles stocked, the action alleys look Ike a disaster half the time, lots of people being unproductive and on phones, carts are horrible as they are difficult to push. The shampoo in the HBA section hasn’t been fully stocked with appropriate product in 11 days now. Not sure if that’s a supply chain issue but given the fact most of the people working in the store seem to be more interested in playing on their phones not too sure. Productivity is lacking severely thus, the management team is failing at giving proper directives. Such a disaster. Something needs to change and this community deserves better than having a bunch of unproductive employees failing to do their jobs inherently which is stealing company time.

High Marks for the store itself. Phone techs are another story. Bought what was supposed to be a straight talk phone off Amazon. Took it in so I didn't have to transfer data and that myself. Right off he told me it was a phone made to look like something it wasn't and HE'D SEEN LOTS OF THESE. Took the phone, I went shopping. When i Came back he told me Straight talk doesn't sell on Amazon and it won't work. Charges me 50$ for something he's seen lots of time and already knew.. When I complained he said I was paying for his knowledge! Really? Thankfully the store itself gave me a gift card to compensate me. They couldn't refund me because that department is a 3rd party. Thank you Walmart. Never more electronics.

👏 absolutely by far the best online shopping experience amazing delivery experience Christeen the delivery associate was very Swift respectfully nice fast prompt on time professionally courteous outstanding shopping online Siloam Springs Walmart supercenter!! Amazing easily able to find products online in stock very quick filled my cart checked out notified by email by text Walmart stayed in contact with me all through the 13 hour product shopping bagging up to the ON time delivery the person had a beautiful smile beautiful character and professional service! My items came exactly how they came off the shelf brand new ice cold everything was perfect I cannot ask for a better Walmart Supercenter in Siloam Springs Walmart Supercenter in Siloam Springs Arkansas!(👒's off)I'm excited to shop again next month I'm blessed

Love this Walmart to death especially the tech team, they always help me smoothly. They helped me unlock and secure my data on several occasions and are always so informing of any issues I face with my devices. 10/10 stars to my forever Walmart and 100/100 stars to the electronics department!!

Went in to get a prescription filled. The parking lot was user friendly with easy lanes and clean lots. The line was heartbreaking long yet the service was brilliantly fast in a non-wal mart way. Every line had an employee on the other side of the counter. This is the first time I bought drugs from Walmart so idk if they always have more ambition and staff and team work and customer satisfaction all the time in the drug selling part of Walmart, but if you know what I mean you know… self check out? No thanks! I’ll check out at the drug lane from now on.

Automotive department was a joke tonight. Only 2 techs working for over an hour. The two at the Automotive desk didn't say anything about the length of wait until they started making excuses about being short handed because no one wants to work these days. After almost 2 hours, with another car still ahead of mine, I gave up. Obviously everyone was apologetic, but I said the frustration could have been avoided if they had said up front how shorthanded they were. Then the lady said that the guy who checked me in really should have said something. I immediately pointed out that she was part of that process as well before she handed me off. Just be up front when there's a problem.

I wish they had someone that went and got carts for shoppers. Three or four months of the left side of the building having no carts. Parking lot full of carts it looks so bad. Associates doing the online pick up stuff are frustrating because they see you going for an item and they push their giant racks right in front of you and huff at you like you are the problem. Other than that I guess it's as alright as a Walmart can be.

We are at Walmart several times each week either for groceries or for Birthday presents. We love using our phone as our wallet using Walmart Pay to check out is convenient as well.

The Walmart supercenter in Siloam Springs has and continues to be outstanding. From the general manager all the way to the floor associates and even the delivery employees are smiling and have a great vibe to them. I tip my hat to the management and the staff staff.

A Walmart bathroom were pretty clean. OPD online shoppers all over the store stocking during the day has them all blocking aisle was much better overnights

Lately I've been delivered an order I didn't make, twice. Once the driver realized it right away. I've picked up an order that some items were missing and I got an item I didn't order instead.

My wife and I did two transaction at the same check out. And we were walking out and we had a very rude employee cussing at us saying we stole a 30 pack of beer. They took us to the office and was accusing us for not paying for it. After 40 min of sitting in their office they told us that they had a miss communication and they apologize. The person in the office that watches all the cameras was the one cussing at my wife and me. It was very disrespectful of him to talk to us like that.

You all need to do something about people that can walk not let them use the scooter. I know few people that has a handicap hanger that can walk but the are just to fat and one is in the 30's and the other one is the mother. He just have sores on he's legs because he don't take a shower he just wash off with a wash rag..... please work on keeping people off that really don't need need. I was there Jan 5 2024I was sitting by the fabric for 15 minutes then I I find some worker and ask them to call for help for me ok will other 25 to 30 minutes come around a lady come up her name is Lisa she was nice she cute my fabric for me. She wear glass and bdarkhair not to tall....TO ALl WALMART THAT THING YOU HAVE ABOUT NOT TAKING THINGS BACK... I BET EVERYONE IS WITH ME ON THIs I THINK NO MATTER WHAT YOU SHOULD TAKE THINGS BACK AND And PUT THE MONEY ON A CaRD if THEY DON'T HAVE THE RECEIPT. IF THEY DO GIVE THE MONEY BACK. ITS THEIR s It didn't come out of you pocket..!!!!!!!!

I placed an online pickup order for 1 item. Sat in the parking spot for 30 minutes before calling the hotline number. Talked to 1 associate who asked questions about the item and hung up. Waited another 10 minutes and my item never arrived. When I tried calling again they never picked up after multiple attempts. I would not recommend pickup for this Walmart. Worst pickup experience so far

Just got back from our local Walmart. Had about 20 dollars in change in my ashtray. Went to cash it in. The machine kicked out pennies and nickels. I put all quarters. Change went all over the floor. To my add amazement. Their was 2 Customer service managers their laughing at me explaining that the machine has been broke down. I asked them why didn't they tell me instead of being humiliated in front of everyone. Their excuses was they wasn't allowed to put a sign on it. I asked for a manager. She tried helping. But, I had enough. I left

01/01/2024: I have attempted to purchase a box of 22lr on 2 separate occasions prior to this visit and no one was in the department. I tried today to purchase a box of 30-30 rounds, again no one was in the department. If you do not want to sell items that are locked up, just quit carrying them. them.

I go here a lot. Love the Halloween decorations. The floor was polished to perfection. Everything looked great. The thing that concerned me is it doesn't matter what time of day you are there it is tough to go down an isle when there is a pallet of freight setting there. It is unsettling to see stockers working around the clock especially during peak shopping hours.

Fish tanks disgusting. Workers appear unwanting to ask if you need help. And prefer to do less rather than more. This is apparent by viewing the fish tank photos I posted, the tanks dont get that way overnight. I texted photos to the store mananger also. And showed a Bentonville Walmart Manager which said it was unacceptable. Big contrast compared to the Bentonville Walmart which i usually go to. At Bentonville you are asked by several associates each visit if you need help and they stop everything to serve you. Here at Siloam Springs they seem to avoid that interaction fearing they will need to do more work. Maybe not the reason but it sure feels that way to me.

If I could I would give 0 stars because Me and my friend was in Walmart today apparently my friend was causing a disturbance in Walmart and asset protection was following us they ended up and we stopped and confronted them because we did not feel safe my friend cussed at him and then kicked me and him out the asset protection was unprofessional and wouldn’t let me talk I hope this review help with improving their unprofessional behavior

Go to store for almost everything. Very happy to see more checkers at the front. Very handy when you have several items. Overall a good place to shop for groceries, some clothes and miscellaneous.

This was our first visit to this supercenter in a long time. The store is well stocked and organized. There is a pretty large wine and beer selection too, they don't sell on Sundays at this location. But it was a pleasant experience shopping here today!
