I don't recommend this place at all to anyone. I took my baby up there last week and had to calm down a bit before I could post this review. I couldn't get my baby into the normal groomers that I use so they recommended me taking him to top dog I called up there and they were able to get them in within 2 days. When I got up there they barely let me tell him what I wanted. But what I most upset about is whenever I picked him up he looked awful his hair was all uneven you can see where the blade marks were in his fur. They gave me the excuse that he had two different coats but I've taken him to other groomers and they've done a great job with him. But the most concerning thing was the way he acted after he got home he is a very playful energetic little boy but for three or four days after he got home from the groomers he was just sad and moped around and laid around and did nothing so I'm not sure what they had done to him while he was there but he has never acted that way coming home from any other groomers. Keep your fur baby safe and don't take them to top dog. After I thought about this for a little bit obviously there's a reason why they can get an appointment within two or three days when all the other groomers around town is like a month or two out that should really tell us something and I should have thought about that before I took my baby up there.

We are not taking our dog back ever. We first started taking our dog there last year cause they were the only ones that could get her in and when a shih tzu is 4 months without a haircut it’s due trust us. They had a girl named Jesse that did great with our Majestic and she loved going to her. The last couple of times there are two immature unprofessional young girls upfront that bicker back and forth and do not know how to run the register. We thought the little one was gonna get her head knocked off by the other for her remarks. Not to mention her hair was uneven all over. There was a patch on her head that we made them fix before we left. The experience just keeps getting worse. We’ve given them two chances and it’s not working. I guess if we have to go to Fayetteville or elsewhere if nothing in town is available we will do that. If you’re having good results from top dog good for you. As for us its the last time. Good luck people.

My dog has never been groomed before as he is a rescue so it was his first time. I’ve also never had to have a dog groomed before so I just told them to do what they think looks best, picked him up and he looks great! Very happy with the service they provided for him!

We boarded our dog for 5 days. Gave them 6 big cans of dog food. Came home with 3. My dogs we starved. It's just horrible. Will not return.

Hard to sum up. Here are a few words: conscientious, knowledgeable, loving, gentle, kind, patient (even with anxious parents), caring and fair! I’ve probably left out something. However it would be a positive thing. 🐶

We took our golden doodle today for his first haircut and he looks amazing. They did exactly what we asked and he looks like a stuffed animal and so soft.Thank you for doing such a great job. The price was great also.

I am very displeased with the service provided, or should I say not provided, with my dog. I scheduled a pedicure and decided I may as well add a bath as well. When picking him up, the nail clipping was not performed despite me putting emphasis on the need to avoid injuring himself like had happened in the past. Due to prior injuries, he is very nervous with his paws touched; therefore, I wanted to get him established and comfortable with a groomer. Rather than that happening, he came home anxious, and now we have to take him elsewhere to have it happen all over again. Do not recommend.

Me and my mom brought my dog to the boarding around 9:30, we knew they opened at 9:00. We told them we would be there at that time, we called and called and called, we even stood at the door as it rang and heard the ringing, no one answered, or even came to the phone, almost like no one was there, we are very displeased considering we had plans for today and our dog has some mental issues so it would be best for him to not be around as many people that are going to be at our houses this evening. We will not be trying this groomer ever again!

Very displeased with their service and they’re way overpriced. I will never take any of my pets there again.they said they would send pictures throughout the week and they did the first day that’s it. We tried calling and calling no answer and couldn’t leave message. Very unprofessional
