Cancelled a $990.43 materials delivery that has been scheduled since April 22 because they cannot seem to move the products 6 miles from the Lowes store to my house. Tools delivery by common carrier worked fine and on time last week. That's why I'm giving two stars and not one.

As far as Lowe's goes it's average. But that's not a bad thing to say. I've never had a bad experience in Lowe's before. I prefer it to over Home Depot by far. Things are easy to find and fairly organized. Once you figure out their system it's pretty simple.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. From the time we got there Eli, & Buck made sure we were taken care of & each department we went to the employees were friendly & helpful. ( Paint, flooring, & lumber )We don't shop at the Lowes here in tahlequah, but I will drive an hour to shop with Siloam Lowes everytime now.

I can in today for ice melt and a shovel. After looking everywhere and asking several associates in fact I asked 5 different associates before a really kinda gentleman named Robert, he found it within 5 minutes. Not only did he find it he went and got it and then helped me put it in my car. Lowe’s you need to train your associates better almost lost a sale. Thank you to Robert( he was working outside and still helped me find what I needed inside the store).

Love the online order and curbside pick-up options available. Today, I discovered the Siloam Springs Lowe's offers a Free Air pump next to their loading area. Also, inside the door by customer service, they offer recycling of plastic bags, rechargeable batteries, and compact fluorescent light bulbs.

Decent place. I mean it's a Lowe's. Size is about normal. Staff can be nice or you got the ones that can be rude.. you get that at all places. They keep it clean and every once in a while someone might ask if you need help.

Lowe’s is always amazing. I go there because Veterans get 30% discount 🤔 I think, nonetheless, most of the people are great however, there are a few employees that need a refresher course in customer service.

I don't get paid to check myself out. I've started paying more at Ace Hardware. I save have fuel, the people are friendly and I don't have to do their job. Ace hardware in Gentry, AR also has people that can really help you.

We went to buy a washing machine. The salespersonel were very helpful, looked up information and explained options and the delivery process. We always get good service at our Lowes in Siloam Springs.

DRIVERS they stop receiving at 4pm unless ur delivering mulch or plants, then they will unload u when u arrive

They only have self checkout now and if you're getting things like individual nuts and bolts and stuff like that it's it's a pain to do their job for them running item numbers and everything

False advertisement at this location.. I was going to purchased a craftsman impact tool which comes with a free battery and charger ...I was told I will not be able to get the free item because they don't have any in stock ..They weren't going to honor it even if the battery and charger came in after the advertisement date... even if I had already paid for it...So don't go buying from this location by there advertisement you would just be wasting your time..

When it’s closing time and you really need to get out of trouble with your husband...this is where you need to go. This wonderful lady Emili and her co workers went out of their way to help make sure I went went home with exactly what my husband needed. And while she was learning a new skill, she taught me that people are still willing to go out of their way to help others. Warmed my heart❤️

Went into garden center (Siloam) paid for 15 lg bags of soil. The cashier called and called for help….. 30 minutes waiting in the heat… I came inside and took my receipt to service desk finally someone showed up! This seems to be a problem at Siloam store. REALLY you’re NOT the only place to shop. I ask for store mgr , had already left for the day. Unhappy customer!!!!🤷‍♂️

Lowes is a company we once respected but over the last five years has declined in service and competence. I’d add more but I am running out of time. All I can suggest is that you research all of your options before going with Lowes. You will thank me later if you do so.

Always appreciate the knowledge and helpfulness of the Siloam Springs Lowe’s. I am in the store 2-3 times a week, so I shop here quite often. If they don’t have it, they can often order it.

So...they had a very bad batch of 6by8s 8 ft boards...be careful to not buy any bad boars and be sure to examine them!
