Great meat sale, very good selection. Cashier was incredibly rude. Cashier 16-113 messed up ringing us up and snapped at us for her mistake. Had a bad attitude about lifting the items out of our basket as well and wouldn't scan until we did. If you cannot lift it, just be polite and ask instead of rolling your eyes and glaring at the customer.

I just love this Harps and the one in Gentry because of how nice and friendly the employees are every single time I walk in. The store is always clean BUT I have noticed that they don't disinfect the carts but they provide disinfectant wipes for the customers to use to clean up the carts. I wonder how many people bypass the wipes without disinfecting... They have noticed taped to the doors and windows...I really should read them. Anyway, the store is always very clean! I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because their prices are very expensive!

I always go here for my groceries. Friendly employees who are willing to help you, good prices and a clean store. And the other customers are also polite. It's not like shopping at Walmart where people are trying to run you over just to get down an aisle. I don't go anywhere else. 5 Stars everyday.

I ordered my cake two weeks ahead. I brought them all the decorations the day before my wedding. The cake itself was amazing 3 teir, layers flavored chocolate , strawberry, and red velvet with butter cream icing. I paid $65 up front and $65 upon pick up.The cake stand in the picture was slanted a bit. The cake itself is straight. Great cake. Great cost!!!

Every trip I make is great. The workers are very friendly in my experience. Very clean. When i need to pick up some meat this is the place I go. The only reason I did not rate a 5 star experience is because of the hot deli, I try to get the chicken mashed potato bowl but its never out and I ask and they say they are too busy to make one or they cant make any. Other than that Harps is great. Recommended for a friendly shopping experience.

Have been shopping here for years and always have a great experience. Staff is cheerful and ready to help. Just love it now that they have the grocery pickup and use it a lot. No more impulse buying. can check my pantry while I am shopping and instant loading in my car.

I used to shop at the original Harps in Springdale regularly and it was wonderful. The Harps in Siloam Springs is small, very expensive, and smells not so good. Not a nice place to shop.

This is the friendliest place. Very accommodating, A wonderful place to buy all your groceries. Really good meat, produce , and clean. Plus everyone WANTS to help you. Easier to get in and out. Very good prices. Save time and money here. Thanks for opening a store close to us. I drive right by the big box store to visit you.

Harps is a good store for sure. Basically it use to be the Lambs IGA. Family operated here in Siloam for decades. Brian still plays a huge part in it's operation. You won't find a better store to shop at!

While their selection for certain items is slim, everyone is friendly there and always willing to help you find what you need. They usually have some good specials and their 5 for $25 deals can be pretty valuable as well.

Friendly & helpful employees, store is very clean. It is easy to find things because they aren't constantly moving them plus they have items you want. The produce is great & this is the only store in Siloam where I will buy meat, it is excellent they will even cut it how you want it. Great place to shop!

They have plenty of customer goods and groceries available.. along with tobacco products and alcohol products (alcohol is unavailable on Sunday's) The employee's were very respectful during my visit. This is one respectable establishment on the HWY 4-12 ... 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The store is clean and the product is attractively prepared. The front checkout service is always quick and friendly. The deli always has attractive meals with great pricing. Service in the deli I have found to be wanting.

So glad we have Harps because it's a local chain (feels like a hometown grocer) and because it's located conveniently in the middle of town. The pace is slower so I can get in and out quickly. It's always clean and organized too. Friendly staff!
