Always empty and super messy. They don’t seem to get products and don’t seem to organize it very well. It’s the biggest but the worst dollar tree I have been. The workers super nice but you can tell they are frustrated that the shop is a disaster messy workplace

When I have been in line for 45 minutes and get fourth in line and she shut her light off and went to the bathroom. Disabled people like me can't stand that long and the store was so dirty we couldn't be sure if hands were going to be washed.

For a store as large as it is and understaffed the new team they have is bringing the store back up. They are always understaffed and deal with more than they should. Great job new team.

If I didn't have to give a star at all to post this, I wouldn't.The store was an absolute mess. If u wanted something specific out of the craft isles, u had to dig it out of a bunch of other stuff, and then it probably wasn't even there to begin with. End caps were just as bad. When I got to the reg. there were 5 maybe 6 carts ahead of me with baskets full. The lady behind me and myself only had a few items, but because there was only one reg. open, we waited behind the full carts only to look down the store and see 2 other employees just kicked back on one of the further registers, having themselves a nice funny conversation while pointing rudely towards other customers. Shook my head and proceeded to make small talk with the cashier who was cashing people out. I had stated that I had forgotten everything had gone to a dollar twenty-five (being that long since I had been in the store), and she rudely replies with its the dollar plus store now. I giggled a little, and she proceeded to say that it's like Dollar General, so I guess the name really doesn't matter, does it. In shock that she had just said that I proceeded to swipe the remainder of a gift card that I had gotten telling her that I wasn't sure what was on it and she replies well clearly not enough to cover the purchase so which dollar twenty five items are u going to take off!!!! I handed her cash for the remaining 4.31 with a 5 dollar bill and 31c in change. She then says. Ummm, why the 31c if ur paying with a 5?? So I replied that it was to get a dollar back so I could go to Dollar General and at least get customer service without ignorance and attitude.Way to go, DOLLAR PLUS. Keep up that fabulous customer service, and the dollar general will gain all your customers. Heck, they might even lower their prices on the dollar isle.Smdh...

They have quite a few items and variety of things. If I wanted to purchase something, it would be good to think about them first. Every thing in the store is $1.25, if I'm not mistaken. The parking lot is big.

I love the store in Siloam Springs, AR but was in there yesterday and it was a complete mess. I've never seen it that way. You missed out on a sale as I just left it was so messy. No Valentine stuff was up, boxes everywhere, stuff a mess on the shelves. All hands should gave been on deck to make that store presentable and not look like no one cares about it.

I go here regularly and not had many problems. Fairly clean. I like the freezer section. Has all the common basics plus more.The only complaint is they hardly have enough cashiers at the registers. Middle of the day and only 1 cashier and 8+ people in line. If they could improve that then 5 stars for sure.

My Mom and I visited this location a couple weeks ago and it was our first visit. While the store was certainly larger and more well sticker then the one from our home town, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of this store as well as the lack of friendliness in the ONE employee that was actually seen in the store. The floors were absolutely NASTY. Like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was a spill in one of the aisles as well with no wet floor signs present. There was one register open and the lady had no personality whatsoever. She didn't not greet us, or say one word the entire time she was checking us out. She had a scowl on her face the whole time. She was literally the only employee we saw in that entire store the entire duration of our visit. There were several isles that had been gone through and it looked like the product hadn't been straightened up in months. Literally looked like a hurricane had gone through this store. Very disappointing.

If you only have a few bucks and you need to eat you can get a lot for just a little money. Smaller portions but when you have a day before payday and only a couple dollars it'll feed ya.

The store, though they offer some great products for a great price, lacks several aspects that make up a good business. The store is usually dirty with products misplaced everywhere, floors unswept, and even general building concerns like mold or water damage. Along with that, the employees are mostly friendly but sometimes seem very unhappy to be there. It is a good place for short shopping trips and good deals, but I would not recommend staying for extended periods of time.

I shop here a lot, only because the other Dollar Trees are too far away. But, the manager has got to be embarrassed of how dirty this store is. Shelves are a mess, freight is always on the floor where people have dropped it. Never enough help. Just work in making it clean looking, keep shelves stocked.

Every visit this store seems to get progressively worse. It is almost always understaffed, understocked, disorganized, and just generally dirty. It is pretty much par for the course to see 15+ customers in line with only one cashier available. The shelves and registers could really benefit from a dusting as of my most recent visit. Sure you can get a pack of pens for a dollar, but you can also get them at Walmart for the same price without having to go to this dumpster fire of a store where is seems that management is trying to put the fire out with gasoline. I've been to a good number of Dollar Trees, but this one is very much at the bottom of the barrel.

This place was the nastiest, unorganized Dollar Tree I've ever been to! It was absolutely horrible! And the shelves were practically empty. The ladies at the front were rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience!

This place has really improved. The store used to be a bit trashy and unorganized. It is much cleaner now and well managed. I enjoyed going. Lots of great stuff to look at for just a dollar.

Why is it that the last year this store is so poorly stocked. Why does dollar tree want to continue to not hire enough employees to stock this disorganized and messy store?Unpacked stock in every isle. Ever here of a stocking crew? Expecting busy daytime employees to stock is unreasonable and fiscally reckless. Hire a stocking crew.I give up. I will not return. Plenty of other "dollar alternatives"

I love this location. Biggest Dollar Tree I have seen. They have a party supply isle for every color! Legos by color and size!! Also they have 3ft Hotwheels track pieces instead of the walmart 2ft standard.

Of all the Dollar Trees I've been to Siloam Springs is the most disappointing. The shelves are not stocked, I would say 1/4 to 1/2 of the shelves are empty. The shelves are filthy, there's was a melted ice cream cone stuck on shelf and apparently had been there for quite a while because there was no liquid around it. It was very easy to see because the shelf was over half empty. But the biggest disappointment is that the employees were standing around talking. There is nobody straightening, stocking or cleaning the shelves and only one register open.One customer had trouble reaching the tablecloths. The ones available were out of range. When she couldn't find anybody she tried to get it and it fell down. Apparently they found an employee to help them with a specific color of tablecloth because one of the employees announce over the loudspeaker "the party in the table cloth section that is having way to much fun. Your table cloth is at the register." So apparently if bullying or embarrassment is what you want this is the store to go to. I was just a bystander and was appalled at the behavior of these employees.Then to top it off we as we checked out we had 2 packages of craft hearts left over from Valentines. They took them and set them aside and said they were supposed to be boxed up and weren't for sale.

After traveling to many states and shopping at other dollar trees, this location is absolutely the biggest and best hands-down.They have the most variety, most of the time they have excellent staff,We have been enjoying shopping at this location for seven years.

The clerk at the register was very friendly. I don't like to quickly judge how messy a store is having worked in retail myself, but it looked like a tornado had been through there.

Just checked out and the cashier STACEY didnt greet us as we approached,no eye contact then she starts talking to the other cashier who came up to talk to her while checking me out.Didnt say thank you no have a good day,I came in there in a great mood but once I got to check out it completely changed due to poor customer service.I Work retail myself I get it some days are just blah but theres other people who could definitely use this job and make people's shopping experience well worth it...Not happy about today's visit but I did however find everything I came for.

Clean friendly staff thats very knowledgeable of there building materials uses an applications. I had a good experience and suggest using them for all your board & batten, Moffat T4 sidding needs.

Not stocked, long check out lines do to lack of staff and the kicker for me was the tray of roaches inside the door dead for everyone to see. Had I saw that walking in I would have left..I almost vomited imagining roachs crawling over my stuff I just purchased. IMO the store looked poorly managed.

I've seen better and worse. Some deals are too good to pass up and some things are actually cheaper at Wal-Mart. It's a dollar store. What more do you want?
