For what it is - this Walmart is okay. Unfortunately, this is the main grocery store for Sherwood and it is always crowded. So, if ppl weaving isn't your thing, you might want to visit at off-peak times.My last visit was the middle of Saturday in February 2024. I was taken aback by rotten naval oranges. There were 2 bags of them! And they were in the front of the display. Since these did not mold and rot in just a couple hours of time, leads me to believe the produce is not stocked and checked daily. The dairy section was not much better, with many damaged items, and products that had run out.Like I said, it's Walmart, so my expectations weren't real high.On the positive, I really appreciate self check out, and not having to wait in line. That is always a plus.

It was well organized, as are all the Walmart stores. They just sell cheap quality stuff. Is it really a deal if it doesn't work or if it needs replacing in a few months? We purchased a vacuum cleaner for $149.00 (not cheap); it worked for 1 day and we had to return it. The positive was that they are really quick and good at returns, provided you can wait in the long line...

They had everything I needed at extremely affordable prices and the checkout process was fast, seamless and I wasn't even bothered by a receipt-checker when I exited. Also, parking was readily available right up front.Edit: Nothing has changed since my last visit.

I am very concerned about this and so far I can't get anywhere with Walmart on it because of various technical issues. I have to wait until tomorrow for the computer systems to catch up before I can't even do anything about it. I went through self-checkout and Walmart charged me five times for the same products on my credit card. Five different charges for the same amount! what should have been $19.72? Turned into a $99 charge. If this is how you're ripping off customers Walmart, this ain't Fair and this is crazy. Watch out when you go to self-checkout pay attention!!! 😮‍💨

It's Walmart, not sure what else to tell you. It's still in such a dumpy area that although it's the best Walmart there is in the area it's not really deserving of a five star. It just has not a lot of appeal

Has taco bell. I don't care about the service. I thought they stopped having restaurants in supercenters but they had one here. It's a taco bell. I could have technically had lived mas while saving money and living better.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😍😍😍😍😍😍😘😘😘😘

My daughter waited 3 hours (while watching people coming in after he being waiting on) to be told that they could not get to her vehicle. She say she watched the two mechanics on duty work together instead of working independently. She's 18yo. If an 18 year old knows that when you're under staffed you should slit the load to speed up the process I do not understand why Walmart hasn't gotten the memo. And if they were so understaffed why were they still taking jobs?We went back the next day (on a Sunday). And it was only one guy in there. And he was doing a way better good than the two guys the previous day. He needs a raise!

The automotive need to be shut down at this location and North Little Rock … Every time I need service either they don’t have enough workers or they’re out of something.. when I purchased my tires I got the roadside assistance, can’t use it because they no longer carry the tire.. waste of time literally..

I would say me being there, publicly and shopping there in person has never been an issue there for me, but I would not recommend ordering your groceries online. They don’t really do a good job on that. This is the sixth time that my groceries have gone missing that I have not received and I would recommend going in person to get your groceries….

Open MORE LANES WITH ACTUAL PEOPLE. This is a retirement state with lots of old and elderly people and I’m sick of seeing the elderly and disabled have to try and SELF CHECK OUT. Luckily I have Walmart + but not everyone can afford to get their groceries delivered especially in these times.

This Walmart is smaller than other stores selection is limited and those shoppers are all over the place filling on line orders. They still have a few checkers at the checkouts. Not much more can be said.

I placed an appointment online after buying my tires from Walmart on November 2. They had only 1 person that came in to actually work on the cars. I was here before 7am along with 6 other people some of which also had 7am appointments and they had my tires but claimed my appointment was not in the system despite my screenshots providing my appointment and purchase information and then they had individuals that came in after me that they said would get there tires done before mines due to the system kicking me out. It is now after 9am and they said I still will have at minimum an hour wait because there is someone still ahead of me. So basically a 3 hour wait for a 7am APPOINTMENT!!!!! This is RIDICULOUS and Unacceptable Wal-Mart!!!! Fix your system!!!

At first Darlene in the Deli gave me a little attitude, she didn't seem very happy that I was ordering some lunch meats, & then somehow (maybe it was the photo), she just changed from mad to glad & became much friendlier. 🤷‍♀️ In all reality I know people have bad days, but I am a firm believer in leaving a bad attitude behind you before you clock in. I'm not sure what was bugging her, but it was uncalled for. 👎

It’s Sunday at 6:30 pm. The parking lot is cluttered w carts. Thank goodness I grabbed one from the parking lot!As I entered the store, I noticed that a refrigerator adjacent to the Deli is leaking water and causing a large puddle. I mentioned it to the young associate (at entrance), but she chose to disregard the issue.I left the store at 7:15 pm. Puddle still there and now NO carts available at entrance. Young lady at entrance now has another associate to chat with. I offered to have her check my receipt (some items purchased, were not bagged.I understand that getting good help (or ANY help) is difficult these days. But you have minimized Associates, when changing to a majority Self Check-out process. This was crazy. Not normal either, thank goodness.I DO give KUDO’s to the tall, thin, younger gentleman (hair braids) working in Produce! He was sweeping the carpets and then cleaning up the debris, without forgetting us customers. Good job!!

LINES TO CHECK OUT YOURSELF. ONLY ONE END OF THE CHECK OUTS OPEN. AND THERE WERE LINES. WE just left everything in the cart and left....ridiculous!!! Will not be returning to this WM. You charge too much for the merchandise as it is. Can you not afford human checkers?

I definitely have a love hate relationship with Walmart since I've been in Arkansas. I enjoy the self check out. I also like how the store is shocked most of the time when I do visit. Honestly, I have experienced several items ringing up higher then the listed price. I have purchased food and found out it was expired several days before I bought it. When I show the workers the price listed in the store the want to look it up online. I'll shop online myself to get the price online. I'm really not understanding why online and in store are not aligned. I also don't like that items say one price and then your charged more then the advertised price. Just pay attention. I started putting those times back and picking them up from a different store, which then makes you end up picking everything up that other store instead of Walmart.I purchased those items in the picture on 4/30/2022 and they expired on/best used by 4/15/2022

Global warming is because of you using 4 trucks to ship what could be shipped on one truck if you train your people to use the correct box or cut one to fit. Shame on walmart

I would like to thank the guys in the auto service center. They were closing and stopped what they were doing to air up my tire that was flat so I could make it home. They were super nice and even gave me a free air freshener. Thank you Walmart for hiring nice people who care.

Worst experience I’ve ever had they scripted the lugs on my tire and the oil plug cost me about 300$ bucks in repairs would have been more. Went in to the store to get something done about it Josh (team lead) and the manager Casey turn me around like nothing ever happened to my car. Im only saying this because they need to stop doing this to hard working people. Been talking to Walmart customer service for about 4 months now they still given me the run arounds. Y’all need to stop torquing them tires with impact guns and hire real mechanics to do oil changes.
