The employees are wonderful. The self check is abysmal. The employees do all humanly possible to help but the forced self check with no discount will lead me to shop elsewhere as soon as another option presents itself. Corporate greed on display at the expense of the elderly and working class folks. Zero stars for the corporation 5 star for the employees.

Hey Walmart! I DO NOT WORK FOR YOU!! I did my job this week and I don't appreciate having to check my own groceries out while you pay 7 people (I counted) to stand around watching me do their job!!! Now there's some fat you could trim off your greedy bottom line. If you think zero customer service is a good business model, good luck to you. I'M DONE.

These stores suck so bad. As usual, SOOOooo many aisles are blocked by employees and their junk, and they pretend you don't exist. Would love any store to replace these awful stores.

We shop at this walmart often. In a way, it's better than the supercenter next door. Employees are friendly and there's not a lot of overweight trailer park people burping and farting down the isles wearing sweat stained rags from cintas. Fresh produce! Knowledgeable staff.

Have used this pharmacy for almost 3 years. Never have your medicine filled on time but no biggie they always fix it asap. What is a big deal is how rude and disrespectful “Rhonda” is. On multiple occasions at least 3x now she has been hateful and all around just not a decent person. I get having bad days but that’s clearly not it I believe I was profiled and discriminated against due to the type of medication I pick up. When I asked for the managers contact information she snapped at me “no you’re not getting it” and preceded to inform me I could come back tomorrow when he would be there. I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy tech. Not to mention she was not even the one working with me she just budded in to be rude. Genius was super great and helped me tremendously as well as the pharmacist working at the time. Switching pharmacies asap good luck keeping customers with an employee like her.

Great place for quick trips however it seems to have a tiny bit higher prices than the super center. But sometimes its worth it to avoid the chaos of the super center.

Horrible customer service from the cashier “SAM”. She never acknowledged me during the checkout process and when I called her out on it, she only smacked her 👄 lips!SAM is NOT good for the Walmart brand!The lady in the attached photos was berating another employee along with another employee while I was getting my order at the meat counter!I won’t be back!

Normally, I dread having to go to places like Wal-mart because they are packed, and you end up waiting in line forever. However, this was not my experience at the Wal-mart Neighborhood Market located in Sherwood. As the name implies, it is not a full-size version of Wal-mart. This is a smaller store which makes it more convenient to visit when you are in a hurry. The Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market still offers most of the great products that you may need and has them readily available for you in a much smaller and much more convenient to shop at, store.

First off...I am NOT a Walmart fan for a variety of reasons. They're customer service is dreadful and their big box stores fire bomb the landscape of local stores that have been around a century. That being said...We absolutely enjoy and appreciate this Neighborhood Market. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable if you're needing help finding something. The store is well stocked and prices are great. It truly has the feel of a small town neighborhood market. The selection may be a bit limited when compared to the supercenter, and there's one of those less than a half mile away - but I don't set foot there. The lack of customer service alone will drive you away. But here? Customer service is absolutely outstanding. The big box on the hill could learn a lot from this store.

Since the store remodel this year this place has went to hell, it is dirty & notorganized, half of the stuff I go buy is out ,I no longer shop there anymore, I use the super center, it is like night & day difference in it is clean and very organized! Someone from the corp office needs to go look at the neighborhood market. I think they have a manager that does not care.

Went to Pharmacy to get the Flu Shot. The young lady who took my information was very courteous. The Pharmacist was very nice and friendly. I left the super store because they were so rude. I even called first and they didn't give me the all the information I needed.

First time to this Walmart. Didn't realize Sherwood had one! Use to drive to Jacksonville, thinking that was the nearest one.Use to live out in NLR years ago, when I was active duty Air Force.Needless to say, since there is one near where I live (The Links), I'll be frequently shopping there at this Walmart. May be smaller than an actual Super Center, but has everything I usually shop for.

Signs everywhere saying can't find price check in the app. Made sure zip code and store was correct and scanned the barcode of item. Price for item rang in for double the price at register. Waited for 5 minutes to talk to the manager while he was talking about personal health issues about an employee with a customer.. Finally talked to the manager he says he won't fix it "either buy it for that price or don't but unfortunately online price aren't always right." Ordered same item online had the opportunity to pick up at this store for the price listed online.Now really what was the difference?

I like this store because it's easy and quick to run in and purchase a few items and check out with no line. And sometimes they have a food item that is sold out at the Walmart supercenter nextdoor.I thought it was so strange years ago when a Walmart supercenter was built right next to the (existing) Walmart neighborhood market. So Sherwood Arkansas has 2 Walmarts next to each other lol

Have used pickup several times throughout this pandemic, and experiences have been wonderful. Once Covid broke out I choose not to go out in public, especially in over crowed places. Walmart pickup gave me the opportunity to still purchase what I need at a minimal exposure. The staff is always friendly and cautious with my products. Thank you for what you do.

I was very impressed with Deli/Bakery. It was nicely stocked and i easily found the products i was looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful at answering my questions about a few products in bakery. It has definitely improved within the last month or two. I will shop at this store from now on for my deli and bakery needs..

Nice alternative to the super store. Parking lot gets a bit sporting when other drivers are in a hurry. Produce and meat look good, store is clean intuitively laid out. Never enough cashier's but self check out is getting a lot of attention. Some employees a bit gruff. Careful when exiting onto main road.

Quick and convenient. This is truly a good 'neighborhood' market! A great place to shop for staples for your pantry and fridge. Employees are kind and helpful. I've seen some bare shelves but not since Covid has let up, usually pretty stocked up these days!

I am not even exaggerating when I say this it took them 40 minutes with no other cars waiting to bring me out my pickup order that was already ready and approved. After checking in I waited around 10 to 15 minutes. Still hadn't seen anyone double checked up a couple times made sure I was checked in. Tempted to call the number for pickup made three calls before someone finally answered went to voicemail the first two times. After going back and forth with the gentleman on the phone he says oh your order hasn't been picked yet I stated it seems a little odd we've already approved our substitutions and it already allowed us to check in online. Okay let me check on this for a minute all right you're the white truck right outside no the gray car. Okay I'll be right out with your order now 15 minutes later I'm still waiting for my stuff to be brought out I'm currently the only person waiting for a pickup and I have been for about the last 20 minutes. This is by far the absolute worst pickup order I've ever had.

It's a better option for groceries than having to go into a large Walmart store. I prefer our other local grocery store honestly. I wish there were more organic/non-GMO fruits, but in general it has a good produce section.No fresh cuts of fish or selections of shrimp. I was, however, pleased with the Gluten-free options -- including popcorn, loaves of bread, and various crackers.
