So they let me order Christmas ornaments on the website. With the promise of picking them up in an hour. After two days with no notification I called. At that point, I was told their machine has been broken for over four months. But they could cancel my order. Seriously! I got a confirmation email that said my order was gonna look great. But there was no way they could do the order with a broken machine. Now I don’t know if I’ll be able to get the ornaments in time since I had to find another Walgreens and place the order. And they told me they were not sure when it would be done.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would've a long time ago. This morning (12/21/23) I was transferred from the automated system to the pharmacy intern and I asked if they had a medication in stock. He took my name and date of birth and stated he had a script for the medicine on file for me but he wasn't sure if it was in stock and he would need to transfer me to the dispensing side of the pharmacy for them to be able to tell me. I am currently still on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone and tell me if the medicine is in stock ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER. The incompetence of this pharmacy as a whole is asinine and they should be embarrassed and shut down. If you can't handle minor things like customer service/answering the phone, in what world does the management team or pharmacist on staff believe that you are capable of handling peoples medication?Absolutely ridiculous.

The worst pharmacy. Called they said my prescription would be filled by 3pm and that they would call if they couldn't fill it and would give me a call when it was ready. Never happened. The wait while on the phone is ridiculous as well. Take your money and services somewhere else cause this location is not worth the headache

Unacceptable wait times a pharmacist states it would take (24hr) to fill my much needed medication and all pharmacy staff customer service is horrendous (need coaching) No one knows what they are doing (need training). Healthcare providers hate to send their patients to this location. Very bad reputation.

After waiting on the phone FOREVER MULTIPLE TIMES THEY WOULD ANSWER AND JUST HANG UP!!! After finally getting through the pharmacy gave me the run around all day then the pharmacy manager got an attitude refused to listen and refused to give district manager name or contact information. Now I see why they have 2stars smh just shut the place down bc they are ridiculously incompetent and unprofessional. This is why everyone is starting to go to their competitors. You will be better off not dealing with them at all!!! Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. I wish there was a zero start review bc they don’t even deserve one star!!! After reading the reviews how does the pharmacy manager still have a job?? 🤔

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. My son medication was sent almost a week, before they decided to fill. I waited 30mins in the line, for the girl to check me out. Then she somehow deleted his medication out the system. My son has an immune deficiency and heart defect! We went home without his medication he really needed. They didn’t care anything about it, I was told to come back. They need a whole new crew in the pharmacy. I’ll never step a foot back in that place EVER. The whole team needs to be fired. What a waste of a crew! If I could sue them I would, for everything they have.

I would give no stars if I could this place is horrible. The staff is rude, especially the gentleman with the dreads. Filled my son's medication last week. Went to pick it up and they said oh, we had a power outage and your meds were put back. Can you come back tomorrow at 3:30 to 4:30 to pick them up, happen to have been a Friday. Couldn't pick them up, came back on the Monday to get them. They're out and I have to wait till Thursday yet I was told I could pick them up on Friday. Slowest pharmacy ever. Plus 90% don't know how to do insurance.

Meds are never ready in a timely manner. They will ask, “if you need the meds today”?I will be changing pharmacies. I loved this location. The pharmacy needs an overhaul.Update: 12/15/23 Went in today and was helped by the most professional pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. She went above and beyond to assist me as well as other customers. Way to go Walgreens.

NO PHARMACIST ALL WEEKEND!! The store itself is just fine, but Walgreens is known as a Pharmacy primarily. Customers should be able to pick up prescriptions at least on a Saturday.People are nice, store is clean, etc. Just open the pharmacy on the weekends.

I went to pick my son medication twice, and still got nothing. On the first time they told medicine will be ready after 3 hrs because it was soon to pick up after 3 hrs dr send the prescription, so i go back home and let them work. I came back the second time after 3:30 hrs and they told me to call Dr because was showing wrong date, so call dr office and they supposed to fix it, so i wait for abt 2 hrs and they ended to tell me they were out of stock and tell me to call dr office again to change the pharmacy pick up location, and i dont wanna be dramatic but these happens around 7pm. So i got so mad and upset because the time, most pharmacies close at 7p or dr offices closes at 6pm.They are ppl careless, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, IGNORANT. They need to be fired. These is unnaceptable. Playing with medication and patients time.

Absolutely WORST PHARMACY EVER! My son and I waited in line almost an hour and a half EVEN WITH APPOINTMENTS for our flu shots. Over an hour and a half PAST OUR APPOINTMENTS we still never got waited on. Staff was very discourteous. Will never use this pharmacy again.

The employees working the store are great. This low review is because the quality of their photo printing machine is terrible. After three separate attempts at this Walgreens I'm taking my photo printing needs elsewhere. The prints always come out blurry, streaky, or looking low resolution; and I'm ordering 4x6 prints, no edits, using a Galaxy S22 Ultra. It doesn't make sense to me. 🙁

I waited all day for my Paxil just to show up at 7 and find out they were closing. I tried to ask a question and the Pharmacist cut me off and said "We're closed." The tech standing next to her was trying to tell me how I could get it at a different location and before she could get the information out, the Pharmacist cut her off and said "We're closed, You can come back tomorrow if you want your prescription." This is not the first, second or even the third time I've waited all day for my medication for them to either close early or give me an excuse about being understaffed and not being able to fill my prescription for days. This is not acceptable. Short staffed or not it does not give you a pass to be rude and short with people.

This pharmacy is a joke. It takes 5+ hours to get a prescription filled even when a doctor or clinic has faxed the information in as soon as you leave them. I am not sure why this pharmacy cannot get their act together. Calling the pharmacy to speak with someone is an even bigger joke. You are placed on hold with a recording every 30 seconds that states the staff is busy with other customers and they apologize for any inconvenience. The last time I had to get a prescription filled, which was over a month ago, I noticed that the staff was busy chit-chatting with one another and not too concerned with the customers at the counter or drive-thru. After today, I will be switching to another pharmacy across the street (CVS). Hopefully, I won’t experience the long delay in getting my prescription filled. It’s a shame how pharmacies no longer show care and concern for their customers. Walgreens never should have bought USA Drug years ago. I think they became overwhelmed with the new customers they acquired and realized they couldn’t handle it.

The absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever utilized. They are always understaffed, rude, non-communicative, dismissive pharmacists I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Their customer service skills are unacceptable. I honestly don’t know how they are still open.

Been coming here for 18 years. Pharmacy staff has always been unorganized and I do not blame it all on the employees but obviously it’s corporate policies or extremely poor management. I will say on a positive note that some pharmacy techs are friendly but I constantly have issues with things like the following. Walgreens wants you you do a 90 day supply but the really sick patients like one in my family will never know if her meds will change from month to month so 90 days isn’t a good fit for her. also a lot of turnover in pharmacy dept which places stress on the pharmacist , most alway long long lines at pharmacy ( I’ve personally spent up to TWO HOURS in line)I love the location and this place could be better but corporate needs to stream line the process. I have 4 others pharmacies near me and not one has ever been any problem so sorry Walgreens are you listening? Get you act together PLEASE !

I have used this pharmacy for years, but in the past few months, they no longer provide the service I was always accustomed to receiving. It takes twice as long to get a prescription filled.. there is always a long line of customers waiting to be helped with their Prescriptions so its almost impossible to run in and out as I used to be able to do. I've also noticed that part of the problem with slow service is other customers who are having problems getting their meds refilled . It seems like there are always different people behind the counter, I don't know if it's due to a high turn over in staff or if it's a rotation thing. This past week, I began using a new pharmacy and although I hate change, I believe it was a smart move and will be the end of my feelings of frustration. Walgreen !! Wake up !!!

The customer service I’m the pharmacy is terrible, I would not recommend. You have to wait a long time even if you schedule an appointment online. The first time I waited over 30 mins. The second time I was told to come back at 2:00 to let a vaccine “thaw” out. She could have just told me to come back later so they can go to lunch at 1:30. My “schedule appointment” was at 1:10 in which I made it there 10 mins early. Stay away from this pharmacy.

Pharmacy sucksssss literally they are so slow. We drop a prescription off at 2pm never received a call then we end up calling them come to find out they never put in the order. Waited another 5 hours still haven’t received a call from them. Get to the pharmacy still having to wait over 35mins in line

Been coming here many years and they were swift and competent. For the last 2 yrs, don't know why the steady decline. Rude techs, unreasonable delays. Told my meds would be ready in 2 hrs, came back and told another hour, came back 3rd time and told another hour. This is unacceptable. Today we have been sitting at drive thru for 50 minutes just to pick up a prescription that is supposed to be ready. No one has told us what the problem is. Update: finally got our meds, no apologies, no explanations. Will be changing Today!

Have been a customer here since it first opened. Occasional shopper; regular prescriptions customer. The staff pharmacists are top notch! Very knowledgeable and accommodating, especially about giving vaccines. The pharmacy techs are hit-and-miss (big turnover), especially at the counter. One barked at me when I stood at the pharmacist's window to ask the pharmacist a technical question. They never seem to understand the difference between a Medicare plan vs a Medicare ADVANTAGE plan (which does NOT require you to show your Medicare card). My other beef: waiting forever in the drive-thru while someone ahead has to discuss their insurance coverage with the technician. The drive-thru should be for prescription pick-ups and drop offs...not policy questions. Tell them to park and come inside!

I went to print photos today at Walgreens in Sherwood. I was helped by Yancy. When I say he gives THE best customer service ever, he does just that! He helped me in the photo area soooo much. He even greeted every person who walked through the front door as a priority as well. He would be back and forth with the customers to make sure they were okay as well. Yancy has the best customer service that I’ve ever seen in any store. I can honestly say the other workers weren’t as nice as he. Thank you Yancy for your kindness and service, it shows and goes along way!

Recently switched to this pharmacy. Had to pickup my first prescription Sunday. The young lady was so professional and delightful. She was working both the drive thru and the counter at the same time. She didn't miss a beat. Customer service was phenomenal!

Unlike others who have written reviews for this Walgreens I've yet to have any terribly bad experiences here. The staff has always been nice and helpful to me but then again, I've never had to fill out a prescription here either so that may be it. I can always find what I'm looking for (so long as it's realistic to find in Walgreens)Snack prices are pretty reasonable and you can get some great discounts if you're a rewards member!

This pharmacy has really declined on service. I used to get my prescriptions quickly and now I dread when I need a refill. It takes forever to do the drive through. I will be moving my prescriptions from here. Don’t send your medications here if you haven’t already or just moved to the area.

Each time I have been to this particular Walgreens pharmacy, I have been VERY disappointed. I have gone 2x and they didn't have the items prescribed to me that I needed and this last time I went for decongestant medicine and the pharmacy tech was VERY RUDE! I understand there are rules for that particular behind the counter medicine, but you don't have to be rude and you don't have to be sarcastic either. The Pharmacy tech said even if they did have it, I would have to come in to sign for it and that wouldn't be possible because it was just me with a sleeping child in the car. This is the reason I would rather travel to NLR Walgreens to get prescriptions.

The Walgreens' employees have been pleasant on every visit, and the ALWAYS scan my packages in. However, FedEx does not regularly pickup packages here. Upon checking tracking on my last drop off, I come to find out my package has been sitting at Walgreens for a week. I retrieved my package from this place and took it to an actual FedEx so that it can finally go on to my customer (I'm an online retailer). This is the THIRD TIME this happened at this particular Walgreens and FedEx NEVER takes responsibility for these mistakes. I will never be dropping my packages off and any Walgreens, ever. It's too risky, especially when FedEx is not taking responsibility for mistakes. Again, the employees at Walgreens have been pleasant, this 2 stars applies to the FedEx portion of the business. Which you may want to check FedEx as it can reflect poorly on Walgreens.

There never seems to be enough people working. It's very common to wait in line at least 30 minutes. As I'm typing this, I've been waiting in line 45 minutes and still have 2 cars in front me. I recommend using a different pharmacy!
