We haven't been able to get our elderly rat terrier to our normal groomer in months. I just had a baby, so a scheduling has not been as easy. Carrie was so pleasant and helpful in finding a time to squeeze us in. Delilah looks great (especially those nails, which were in desperate need of a trim). Thank you so much. This may become our go-to spot. The de-shed job really took it over the top for me. The less vacuuming I have to do, the better. Between breastfeeding and trying to launch a freelancing businesses, it's a pain to clean up hair so it doesn't get all over the baby. I cannot thank you enough.

We took our mini poodle Cinnamon to this puppy spa and they did a great job on our pup! She smelled amazing and had the cutest bow in her hair when we picked her up. For some reason our sweet girl is a little jumpy around males and they accommodated our special request to have her groomed only by women staff. I’d definitely recommend this place to have your pup groomed!

Did an amazing job on our toy poodle. He does not like haircuts or baths and he turned out handsome with his teddy bear cut! Listened to our needs and were so sweet to our little fur baby! Pricing was below our old groomer and was able to schedule our dog in fairly quickly. Finally found our fur-ever groomer! Bonus- he came home with a cute little bandana!

I have been taking my dog here for about 2 years maybe longer. Normally I take my dog in any time between 10-12 it was no problem. She claim she told me it was for a grooming and he had to be there at 10 which I don't recall my husband go to drop my pup off only to be told the appt. was at 10 and we have to find a new groomer. I have referred tons of people to this groomer Never again.

We are new to the area and found Paw Spa Grooming on my google search. I'm so glad I did! We took our 10 year old German shepherd and our 5 year old husky (both were way over due for a bath and grooming!) and they did a phenomenal job on both of our fur babies. We highly recommend them!

Very pleased with everything. I have my baby done once a month and maybe more. I went to petco 6 time's and pet smart 4 time's I went to grooming tails they did good but she got kennel cough that took me two week's to get her well .and interstate animal clinic gave a bunch shots she didn't need cost 250. I live on fixed income I can't afford that. Now I know that's a hospital I will use them. I wouldn't take her every month but I don't feel like giving her a bath

Took our furbaby, Cooper to The Paw Spa today for the first time, as it was highly recommended to us. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to take him there. He got a Tedi Bear cut and never looked better!!

My schnorkiepoo was returned to me fine. Once we got home and I checked her out , I found a cut on her throat that had dried blood and another nick on her throat. It's ashamed we don't know who our groomers names are. I called them and said I need a different groomer. I didn't expect to pay and have my dog to be mishandled. Have a little pride in your work SMH! we have been going there for more than a year and never any problems.

My "girls" (golden retriever mix) looked beautiful after their grooming. All the niceties done too.. nails, feet hair and "private bits"..🤗 and dressed up with fall colored bandanas. Will definitely be back! Staff very helpful and friendly. Thanks!

My chiweenie is terrible about getting her toenails clipped! She did an excellent job, and very prompt service. She was able to trim them way down without any bleeds. Extremely impressed! Will be going back!

They are awesome when I had my first rescue dog they were so gentle and patient with her. Now I have a brand new puppy and still have the same great service she just loves going to the groomer they treat her just like she is part if the family.

THE best groomers in the Little Rock Metro. Tammy and her staff are not just excellent groomers, they are exceptional in the care they give the furry members of our family and with consistency. We've put them through test with as many as six poodles, every two weeks for over a decade (close to two). See for yourself, no reason to go anywhere else.

Tammy and her daughters love animals, They not only pamper your 🐶, they treat you like family. My Ginger always comes home styling with those bows in her hair. Would NEVER use any other groomers.

I took my dog in there recently for a BATH and get her nails clipped. I get her back and she had her belly shaved which we were not asked or even told about it. Not only that but she had large scabs on her belly from a poor job and a scab on her chest from an unknown cause. I am so frustrated and disappointed. We will never use them again nor recommend them.

I called to schedule my dogs for a grooming. I was told they’re not currently accepting new customers and have no idea when or if they will be. Why advertise a business if you’re not accepting business? At a minimum post a notice.

I went there to check out the place get information and see if I could take my dog there. The door was locked it was around noon I could hear someone inside typing I rang the bell but no one would answer so I left.
