Haven't been to Sherwood store yet but the West Little Rock store is great!Store pickup is easy and organized. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Selections are good. KOHLS CASH IS GREAT! GIVES YOU MONEY TO SHOP THERE AND USE YOUR KOHLS CHARGE. I enjoy shopping online.Especially during Christmas time

Amazon no longer uses just UPS Stores for returning items. This week I dropped off a package to return. It was very convenrient as Kohls is pretty close to us. I was sure to go when they were not busy and the drop off was fast and smooth. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and efficient. Also I got a coupon for 20% off in store.

Kohls coupons are no longer worth the trip to Kohl’s they used to be good on most products in the store with the exception of Nike & Under Armour. Now the coupons are only good on a few store brands - Most brands are on the excluded list.

Kohl's is always a very clean organized store. Today I was just dropping off an Amazon return. What's nice is they give you a 20% discount to use there at the store whenever you return Amazon merchandise.

I returned my dads glasses from Amazon which cost over $300. The young girl in the back cs srv area wanted me to stand in front of her and I said "I'm fine here" not wanting to be in her face. All that was required was dropping the box and getting by slip. She was angry I didn't stand where she told me to and had a horrible attitude. I should have taken it back and returned somewhere else because I had a bad feeling. Some how my package went from her hands to not making it on the Amazon truck with the other returns. They did not refund my dad even with the return slip receipt I had and Kolhs refused to work with Amazon or me when we called to investigate saying their cameras don't go back that far. A simple questioning of the employee would have been nice but the more I wanted to do a proper investigation and the more I ask to speak to anyone who can help the madder they got at ME. It's like they knew what happened and didn't want any light shed on it. To make it worse, I returned another Amazon package months later to see what would happen. (recording everything) and a lady had the nerve to call security because I walked up to her and nicely stated I was recorded to protect my self and my return. (recording the ground at that). I didn't have to tell her but when I did she was furious. The managers at this store are horrible. The return associate "misplaces" a package and they blame Amazon...UNFREAKIN BELIEVABLE! My family has not spent a dollar there since.

Please fix your kiosk for ordering products. That is 15 minutes of my life. I'll never get back. And in the end, I just gave up. Then, when I went online at home to order my product, the shipping cost more than the item I was trying to buy.

Called with questions about a refund. The CSR that answered was really personally invested in the conversation with a strange diminishing attitude. Enough so that I'd rather just marketplace the item and not have to enter this store again.

I am upset with Kohls. I was the victim of an online scam. I received an email that looked exactly like it came from Kohls. It invited me to complete a survey for a chance to win an air fryer and only have to pay $8.98 for shipping. I took the bait and paid. I get another email advising my “gift” was ready for pickup. The staff knew immediately I was scammed. They said they had two others this week! They know it is a problem and they do not warn their customers. I feel it is their duty to warn customers.

Update: would have been the same, except the almost grouchy woman doing checkout. Her customer service was absolutely not there. Her attitude and manner of speaking, was not good customer service. Not to the point of rude, but very close. More "matter of fact" or "I could care less" attitude. The younger lady came to the other register was much nicer and more helpful.Original 4 ⭐: Good selection, but some of it is way overpriced.

Great selection of clothing, good pricing with sales and coupons. Some cashiers need a bit more training on handling difficult customers during checkout. But I switched lanes and that cashier & trainee were excellent.
