Got my father's old Traeger pellet smoker handed down to me, and it worked for a long time and then finally gave up the ghost. I came into the Sherwood Ace Hardware and Mr Kevin helped me out to find a few replacement parts and knew exactly where everything was and got me exactly what I needed and within a couple hours after I got home, the Traeger was back to smoking again!!

Helpful staff, good selection of items, living in Sherwood it’s a quick trip for getting that certain item you need while in middle of a repair job BUT you do pay a premium.

I use FL at Greers Ferry all the time. Great people there, always willing to help. However, I’m through with FL on Kiehl. I bought a roll of screen for my door. My door is two pieces. Y’all top, short bottom. I started the install on the bottom. Complete. Rolled out the rest of the screen and it had several imperfections that I could not make it work. Went back to FL to see if they would replace bad length with a new roll. Sound reasonable? Well, the man in charge said to give me a 15% off ANOTHER NEW ROLL. No happy, manager says “is that good for you?” Really? I paid for new roll, 15% off and came home to finish door. FL Davis, Kiehl Ave, you just lost a customer 😡

These people are always friendly! You can grab a bag of popcorn out of the machine or a hot cup of coffee as you arrive. They have a great selection. I signed up for their rewards club and receive special deals and gifts. The price here is not bad at all especially if it is a sale item.

The staff is always eager to help and recommends the most cost efficient items too. They've been helpful to carry out larger items to my truck after my purchases. Cashiers always make sure you have a coupon or rewards number . The popcorn is always fresh.

We come here often and have NEVER been disappointed.The staff are always friendly and helpful. We came in on 11/20/2021. Miki saw our son slip behind the turkey cutout and took his picture for me, as I did not have mine with me. She sent the pictures to my phone. She went out of her way to make our visit AWESOME. That is why we shop here. Great staff, reasonable prices.

I usually don’t do reviews but this one really set me off. I brought my chain saw in because they tighten the nut on so tight when you tried to take it off the whole bolt came out. ( they guy repairing it said it happens all the time)Then they found out the tension slide was bent so they ordered the $5 part and put it in. Well it came out to $74.72 to take a bolt off and one screw and then pop the part in. $45 Labor and charged $18 for chain adj kit. All done without telling me until it was done. I would have done it myself and saved all the money. Communication goes a long way. Well you lost a customer.

I bought a saw there months ago and had lost my receipt. I called at 6pm and the lady said she might not have time before close but she would look it up asap. Bright and early the next morning she called and sent it to me via text. She also followed up to make sure I got it. You can’t beat that kind of customer service!

The most friendly place in all of Sherwood. I pick up anything I need from here. Walmart may have it, but I prefer going to F.L. Davis Ace Sherwood because you actually get help from the workers. If you need gifts for Christmas checkout their wood engraving section.

I love our Sherwood Arkansas store. They are always very helpful and supportive. I still give a five star rating but I would like to mention my experience today. I went to pick something up today that I needed and when I told the employee I didn’t require any assistance, he followed me and continued to make suggestions though I knew exactly what I was doing and he clearly did not. Being supportive and available is always a good thing but this particular behavior was overbearing and would cause me to not want to return. Remember... no means no 😉.

All their supplies or your needs are easily located. I would give it 10 Stars if I was able to! I will for sure be returning to the store for more supplies

I'm about to tell my age here but I remember back when walmarts, lowes, and other big box stores had associates who stopped and asked if you needed help finding something. It is probably one of the greatest feelings knowing someone at the store cared.I went to Ace because it was close and I had never been there. Walked the aisle and was completely lost. Guy stops me and asks how he could help me. It was so foreign to me because it's been so long since anyone at a store actually wanted to help me that I just stood there for a second looking dumb. He not only told me what aisle I was looking for but took me there and pointed out the exact item that I needed.Great customer service. Big box stores should take note!

A great alternative to big box stores. They offer personal assistance quickly. Clean store. Seems to be fully staffed every time I go into the store. They offer monthly discounts to those who sign up with a phone number.

Very helpful. I needed a key cut and 2x lowes, a home depot, and a wal mart couldn't do it. Ace is the last real hardware store with employees that care and know what they're doing and talking about. I was taken care of right away. Go here first! Great store
