Nice dollar store that was clean and well organized. It looked like it was new and had just opened, not sure if that is accurate but it was nice. They had everything I needed in stock and it was easy to navigate the store as well as get in/out. Overall, a good store.

Today I'm sitting at this Dollar tree and it is now 9:01 and the store is not open. There is an employee outside waiting on the manager to open the door and she stated. She or he has her sitting out in the cold. SMH! It's as if none of these Dollar trees can get it right. They just need to throw all the managers away and find new ones tht care abt their job.

So thankful for Lori this morning! I went in right after the store opened to look for some light-up Christmas necklaces, and there were none where they were supposed to be. Lori took the time while I was shopping for other things to go walk around the store and found 3 necklaces that customers had left behind on random shelves the previous day. She didn't have to go the extra mile to help, but I'm so thankful she did!

This place is supposed to be open at 8 it’s 8:28 and the workers are just going in and it’s literally like this every day nice store but you guys need to change your times the store never opens at 8am!!!!here are your pics it’s 8:28!!!!

Everyone is nice and helpful! Store is clean and neat to make it easy to find items. If a long line happens to form they actually call another associate to come help check out unlike most other locations.

This store is a great store as far as being clean and organized. However their hours of open time are horrible! They never do open at 8am as it mentions on the glass door!!! I have came here other morning but it’s time to make a review that this place has no structure on their hours of operation. Just siting waiting I have seen 6 clients leave!!

Fun store. The new location in Sherwood AR is nice. It has always had multiple checkers available each time Ive been there because other locations will only have 1 cashier and a long line. This store had full shelf's and lots of merchandise to pick from.

This location in Sherwood was the best stocked that I have been in for over 2 years and was very clean. Lakewood Village has been closed for so long now that I quit looking to even see if they re opened.

The past 2 to 3 months this store opens and closes when they want. I went there Saturday and the employees was standing outside with the door locked. They was waiting for a manager to open the the door 3 hours after they was supposed to open. Also went again today and doors was locked again with no explanation why, cars was parked outside. There are a lot of elderly and disabled people that goes there. I had to stop one lady from getting out and grabbing her cane. I couldn't see myself seeing her walk up there and could not get in. I'm thinking about calling the corporate office.

I went buy the new store in Sherwood. The parking lot was packed but I was able to make my way through the store without having too much trouble. They do have a great looking store fully stocked. There is a line at the checkout so be prepared.

I needed plastic shoeboxes with lids and ended up with a cart full of other stuff. I bought items for work, such as quart cartons of milk, creamer, breakfast biscuits, lentils, brown rice and puddings Toilet bleach tablets, dusters and plastic containers. I also got pet treats. All in all it was $85 but I walked out with bags and bags of stuff.

This was one of the most cleanest Dollar tree stores I have ever visited the manager took the time to help me find what I needed when the lines was long I noticed the manager got on the register to help clear the customers out I give this Dollar tree a five

They were very busy. I found some things they've been out of for a while. Best prices for crafting items and paints! I even found my grandsons an apron to wear when they do crafts and 🎨 🖌

Went in for a birthday card. Dollar Tree has a great selection, and I found just what I wanted. Picked up some candy and other things, too. The only problem I ever have at Dollar Tree is that they are often shorthanded, so the wait to check out is lengthy. The cashier was friendly.

Love the dollar tree!! Only thing is I always spend more like 30 dollars...lol Some stores are better than others but this one is always well stocked and the employees are very kind!! Thank you for your hard work and dedication it doesn't go in noticed!!😉

The hours are NEVER consistent! How bad is there management if they can’t keep employees? Some days they open at 9, sometimes you see a handwritten sign saying opening at 12! No other store in Sherwood does this

Had a very nice store, found items there that they did not offer at my local store. I found Dark Chocolate bars there, make up organizers, and items for bathroom storage. The bathroom items were very helpful since I had just painted and redone my guest bath.

This is a pretty decent dollar tree! When I was walking in an employee was spraying down the baskets, and carts which is a plus!The shelves were in between, some fully stocked, and others not so, but with it being the holiday season, and a crazy pandemic going on, this can be expected. I was going to give a 3 star, but as I was in the checkout line, the customer in front of me, whom was a senior citizen, made a mistake, and thought she was due more change than she was given, but Antonio the cashier showed outstanding customer service with the older lady, he was patient, and explained to her, and showed her the receipt of her change due! They both end up laughing about it, and the older lady left in good spirit! Outstanding standing Customer service Antonio!🙏🙌💯

I was hopeful since it’s a brand new store. I went in for some balloons. Waited in line to get some help, only to be told that there was no helium in the store. The employee was kind of rude about it when she told me. It was just disappointing.

Come on...everything is a dollar, take a chance. Some very good name brands, all be it in small amounts. Some off brand, but overall YOU will find lots of fun, necessary WANTS and a lot of needs! Bday cards 2 for 1, balloons $1, pic frame, gardening, lightbulbs, soap oh and BTW its a buck,be careful, you've been warned those dollars still add up and when you get to front and they say your total is $140...you may have chosen too much fun or you NEEDED A LOT OF STUFF!!! perfect for setting up a new place or maintaining your place, its a bargain any way you put itGo to the dollar tree!!!!

I love this dollar tree! It always has what I need. I used to live out of town. I would stop here after work if I needed something instead of going to my local store. The staff are always friendly and courteous

Been in here twice this week and received the absolute worst customer service ever. I said hello and how are you doing to the cashier and another guy and they seriously didn't even look at me. I won't go back here and honestly I hate it because I really like this store, but I'm not going to be made to feel uncomfortable while I'm in there.

I went to the Dollar General store in Sherwood Arkansas at 12 on my lunch break and the store was not open this is the first this is not the first time that I have done this something needs to be done about it and they said they did not have management to open up the store I have been living in Sherwood for 30 years and I have not ever seen anything like this you all should have left that store in North Little Rock Arkansas thank you
