I would give this business zero stars if it were an option. My mother requested a specific cut and after having her dog for hours he was returned looking the same way he left. Further, her dog was withdrawn and was not his usually happy self after being with that company for hours. In addition, there was no interest in satisfying the customer when the issue was brought to their attention. Definitely, will not use this business again.

Our two year old lab/husky was groomed here yesterday. She never lets us touch her paws but I knew immediately that she was treated gently when she allowed me to touch her paws. She looks and smells great. Thank you for taking great care of her!

Been taking my dogs here for a while and they always look so good. But we started noticing them shaking uncontrollably when we would show up, thought it was just because they don’t like baths. When I left today my dog had a huge cut in his side and I only noticed when I got home. I’m so upset taking my puppies there when they were trying to tell me they were scared and I brushed it off. The worst part is the groomers didn’t even feel like telling me about it.

As one of their groomers, I want to notify customers & potential customers, that the tornado hit our building and we are doing our very best to fix it.When the shop was hit; no animals or people were hurt during the storm, and every pet was returned home safely.We hope to see you all when we have the building up & running again. As soon as I walked in, the lady behind the counter was spraying water on the dogs because they were barking, which is what dogs do when someone new walks in, and then I told her I have an appointment and all she did was argue with me about it, telling me that I called someone else and I told her I didn't call anyone else,I called here, so I showed her the phone number and yeah, it was the the same place I was at,so she decided to look at the appointment book and found me, I wasn't about to leave my dog there so I turned around and left.

I brought my old pup Lucy here for the first time today. They groomed her and cut her nails and put an adorable bow in her hair. Best of all, the staff was VERY friendly and kind hearted. The price was GREAT for how ruff Lucy was (no pun intended 🤪) thank you Grooming Tails we will definitely be back!!! And I highly recommend!!!

We just brought our boxer here to get her nails clipped. She’s a rescue & is a very nervous & scared pup, she wouldn’t even come inside, but the lady came out to us to clip her nails & was so patient & sweet with her. It totally made my day. many parents & grandparents bring their puppies here as well & none of us have any complaints, only positive experiences!!THANK YOU for providing a safe & friendly groomers for our pups, GT! ♥️

Amber did a great job on my daughters dog Max. Well he is all of ours but she his is mom. Great job. The other 2 places he has been to, never did a great job like Amber did. Groomtails is the place to go for your pets grooming. We will be going back from now on 🤗

Doris was so kind and treated my Bella like a princess! She is fluffier than ever, smells like the bomb, had her nails trimmed to perfection, and is trimmed to a perfect floof. I took my 2016 Chevy Colorado Truck to this location today for a Check Engine light on. They diagnosed the Code and Reset the Light and looked and assessed the problem. Once reset, the light stayed off. When I went to pick up the Truck, they told me “No Charge Today.” I was very pleasantly surprised! And I will now be a repeat Customer. Thank you Firestone!!! Great Customer Service provided today.

Have taken my sweet​ puppy here twice and they've taken great care of her. They even noticed an ear problem that my vet missed and sent me in the right direction for treatment. My pup always comes out clean,happy, and looking great, plus they don't overdo it on the crazy scents that give me a headache.

I have been bringing my cat (until her death) and my dog to Groomingtails /Dog Tired Inn for 4 years. They are always wonderful with my pets. Recently Nancy, my dog's groomer noticed some area on my dog backside that were suspect looking. She recommended i go see my vet. We did and turned out to be a malignant tumor. My dog has had surgery and is doing better. I want to thank them noticing that something was wrong. Without the groomer it would have gone unchecked. I am forever grateful and cannot recommend grooming tails/dog tired inn enough! Thank you!!!

I am shocked at the number of anonymous reviewers that had a bad experience. I am family to the Grooming Tail owners and gave actually worked there myself. The entire staff gives what is asked of each and every customer for the price that is discussed prior to a grooming session. And yes, sometimes it may take a while to complete a service to get the exceptional jobs that come from the groomers. Hence, 20 years of business and beautifully groomed furbabies!!!

Grooming Tails is a grooming/boarding place for four your beloved K-9. Feel confident when using their services. They truly love their clients pets and do an EXCELLENT job of grooming... even the most intricate of cuts for dogs like poodles. We use them for grooming and deshedding. They do an excellent job with both.They actually form a loving rapport with you dogs. My dogs (Poodle and Great Pyrenees) have no anxieties when going there because of that rapport. Their prices are fair and their staff is extremely easy to work with. Use with confidence.

Yesterday my husband took our dog max to get groomed. Before even checking in he was met with a comment from the lady behind the counter that our dog was in the end stages of heartworm and would die a slow and painful death very soon!First off let me say our dog is a rescue. When we got him he was tied to a tree for lord knows how long. After taking him to the vet and finding out he had severe heart worm WE as his new family have done everything we could for him. We are more then aware he is very sick. Because we love him we wanted to have him groomed and be as comfortable as possible in these last few weeks of his life.Of course this woman knew nothing about us or our dog before making such harsh statements to my already very upset husband. In a business of customer service never ever should any pet ower be told by a groomer that their loved pet is going to die a slow and painful death. That statement is cold and heartless.I was recommended this place by a dear sweet lady who i know would be heart broken to hear that my husband was met with such a cruel statement. I personally have recommended this place to several other military families but unfortunately because of this i can no longer do that and we will never be back. They are wonderful groomers but being cruel to a pet owner is never acceptable.

I took my dog there fora bath and to get her nails clipped. When I got her the car, her underbelly was dirty, female parts and anus were still dirty. It looks like the top of her was washed. She is a short haired dog. Her nails were clipped but very ragged. I have to file because they have sharp edges. They had her for 3 hours. If I could give them less stars I would. It was $33. I won't be going back. Now I have to bathe her, I was thinking she would be professionally cleaned. I was wrong
