Hands-down, the best quality, customer, service, and appreciation at any pharmacy ever. Small town vibes with big town store that has all your needs and always includes a smile thank you, and they truly make you feel that they care about you. This is exactly what business is about, they always make me feel special, and always ask what more they can do to make sure that I am healthy And or have everything I need thank you CVS for everything you do and if y’all don’t shop at CVS, I can guarantee you at any other place you will get less. I believe that CVS stands for customer valued store. A triple plus will recommend to everybody.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy when Demario is t working. He keeps that place running smoothly and efficiently. This is the second time in a row mistakes were made! Going to Walgreens.

The pharmacy department went above and beyond to help everyone, even though they were crazy busy. The pharmacist was extremely friendly and did his best to help everyone. It would have been very easy and understandable to turn away the late drop off but they made it work and I'm very grateful!

The main Pharmacist is rude and has a bully attitude toward the customers. The relief Pharmacist is nice. The pharmacy is grossly understaffed. My husband and I are new to the area. The process of transferring prescriptions and being served as new customers has been a nightmare. It has taken four visits to finally get transfers completed and prescriptions filled. I have never experienced this kind of service in any pharmacy and at 67 years old, I have had plenty of interactions with individual and chain pharmacies. This man needs hospitality training.

Pharmacist was either new or a complete moron. She took an excessively long time for a simple transaction and treated me like an addict for attempting to purchase allergy medicine. During her inane monologue, she said sometimes “the system” won’t let you buy a 24 pack because it’s “too many,” which begs the question why do they carry that size at all? I’d have some serious misgivings with that woman using her tiny intellect to actually fill a prescription. I’ll stick with Walgreens across the street.

This pharmacy is not customer friendly. Pharmacist was very rude and was not interested in assisting me with a prescription that was supposed to have been transferred to this store from another CVS that did not have the prescription available. I sat patiently in Drive Thru for 20 minutes to have Pharmacist to be rude. Yes, I was very upset and needed the eye prescription for eye infection. I feel that customers prescriptions should be a priority by a pharmacist. I will not return to that CVS.

The white lady manager Michelle was a very obnoxious rude woman very impatient and would not do anything to try to help or be a nice person in anyway shape or form. My wife went to multiple CVS and they would not allow her to return Or exchange merchandise and finally after multiple calls to the main office was able to return these new clothes by the Mgr. with huffs and puffs and rude comments to my wife. She said she would never shop there again.

Many people have absolutely no idea as to the workings behind a pharmacy. I moved here from California and if these people commenting knew the difference how much this pharmacy is compared to how it is in California, they would be more greatful this is Arkansas and not California. If they knew what goes behind a pharmacy they would take back everything they said bad about this pharmacy. It has the best staff and they work hard everyday especially the pharmacists. The only reason they say bad things about it is because they didnt understand what went behind the making of their prescription. If it went any faster they would be a burger joint. But its not. Its a pharmacy with medicine and insurance paperwork and checking it not once not twice but more than that until it gets bagged. And as far as pseudoephedrine its a control drug in the state of Arkansas so there are security and qty limits. Check the federal regulations and then it wont be a big surprise as to why you cant buy certain amounts and at certain pharmacies. No one question the laws and procedures when theyre in a DMV or a hospital or even at a post office. But because a pharmacy is attached to a store its considered all one entity. Everyone who works at a pharmacy has to go through federal government clearance. Its not like these people walked in and got a job through an app. If they're good enough to get through federal regulations then they're more than qualified to take care of your prescriptions that actually can harm you.

CVS in Sherwood, AR is wonderful! Since I switched from Walgreens, getting prescriptions is no longer a worrisome task!! Demario and the crew are rockin it over there!

Pharmacy is always busy and wait time is long. Having a second pharmacist on duty would greatly help with the wait time and constant "pharmacy calls" announcement very 30 seconds letting them know they have calls waiting.

Bad service, no drive thru open anymore, and had to wait 4 days to get notification that prescriptions was ready. It was in process mode for 4 days😩😩😩
