I went over to CVS after Walgreens was closing to get my script (I've never been in CVS before) I walked in to a very clean store then walked over to the pharmacy one guy was training a lady so the main tech helped me. He was super sweet and very caring 10/10 will be returning

Rude, unprofessional. I was Shorted 6 pills on a thirty day prescription. When I called it to their attention, a very rude staff member told me I had made a mistake. I fill my weekly container every Sunday, so no I did not make a mistake. She said they would watch the camera and call me back. They did not. I have transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy and intend to file a complaint with Express., Scripts.

CVS Sherwood- I’ve been a CVS customer for over a decade and the service continues to decline rapidly. I have been trying to call the pharmacy for the past 40 minutes total on three different phone calls to find out when my medication will be in stock, or if I need to get it filled elsewhere. I was told to contact the pharmacy to get information on transferring - but no one ever answers the phone due to short staff issues. Very disappointed and I’ll have to actually drive to the location after work delaying getting my meds even further. Unacceptable needs addressing big time

All I can say is HORRIBLE. The people are nice but I went in on a Sunday afternoon and they were out of so much stuff. When I asked an employee about it, she just giggled and walked off. Out of the many items I went in for, they only had 1 so off to Walgreens I went. This is the third CVS I Hage gone to that is dreadful. Three strikes and you are out CVS.

The “manager “ mocked me as he walked away . I was only trying to explain to him that the receipt was wet before he stuck his hand in the bag. I then asked to speak to someone and he told me that he’s the only there and I could go to the north Little Rock location he was very rude and unprofessional.

On the phone 1hour nobody even pics the phone up. CVS being as big as they are should have some sort of customer service policy on answering the phone. Even if it’s a we can’t service you as a company because we are to busy. Then I wouldn’t have waisted an hour of my life waiting on CVS. #customerservice

The pharmacy is a total, epic failure each and every day. Hours are seemingly changing at the last second, drive thru is never operating, and no one picks up the phone. Went in on a Sunday and the gates were down, no sign to indicate what was going on (lunch, staffing issues, etc). I've given them numerous opportunities to turn things around, but no more. I'm transferring my scripts to Walmart.

I had a great experience at the pharmacy. The lead pharmacist Demario was the epitome of clear communication, professionalism, and subject matter expert. He let us know of their backlog and delays to help us prioritize our needs and manage expectations. He also took the time to make sure that I understood which combinations of medications were beneficial for my spouse because the hospital gave us a potentially lethal combination. Thank you so much for the care!

I wanted toSwitch from WALGREENS since the pharmacy now closes early &Isn’t open on weekends; so I tried CVS. First of all they were telling me that my meds normally covered by my insurance were not covered. When they checked a second time - suddenly everything was covered. Also the price I was given when I dropped off was lower than the price I heard at the window when ipicked up- not cool. And speaking of the window! oMGG! I just THOUGHT Walgreens’s was bad!!!! I even went I side and the line was twice as long- the tech or pharmacist seemed extremely distraught by the fact that they were busy & showed it too. After this round , I’ll be looking elsewhere Oh!!! One last thing- do not even BOTHER trying to call bc they will NOT answer the phone

Pharmacist and staff were super friendly and helpful! And they had my daughters meds when everyone else was out of stock. This isn’t the closest CVS to my house, but I’m planning on driving a little farther to come back here.

Wesley and Mark are the next cashiers this store ever hired. They are very pleasant to speak with, professional and very helpful. The store is clean, organized, and always tagged for their promos. Parking lot is huge so there’s no issue with that.

I hate my insurance switched to CVS. Sherwood location is horrible. Closed during regular hours, pick up window closed during business hours....the staff....ugh.

I've had issues with getting a prescription from dr to cvs lately, but Charlene in the pharmacy has been exceptional with helping me get things sorted! Everyone's very kind and doing great despite being short staffed.

Terrible prices. I understand everything is going up but almost 7 dollars for a standard size box of cereal is ridiculous. I switched from walgreens recently because how busy walgreens is but I'll definitely be switching back. I didn't realize that CVS would be double the price compared to walgreens. The price should be the same everywhere. I pay 10 dollars over there and 20 dollars at CVS. I honestly can see why walgreens is so busy. My mistake! Atleast I know why I need to be more patient. Who wants to pay double for the same exact medication.

This pharmacy has gone downhill since Charles is no longer there as Rx Manager. They were always short staffed and managed to stay up on things. I have recently had 2 separate occasions where my prescriptions took over 5 days to process and they had over 6 people behind the counter working. Ironic they never had any help before and service was far better.Demario is amazing but he can't make this place work alone.

The pharmacy employees are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in a service job outside of fast food. I was a loyal customer from day 1 of their opening, had wonderful relationships with the original 2 pharmacists there, but it has been all down hill since. They obviously have more work than they can do with the staff provided, but that does not call for out right rudeness. I have started switching to Cornerstone Pharmacy as my scripts have come up for renewal. Their hours are not as good, but they are the nicest people in the pharmacy business I have met. Only go to cvs if you are buying OTC items. The non-pharmacy staff are extremely nice.

Never have your meds like promised. You have to wait for days. Then when you go to ask them oh we don't have it. Why couldn't they call and tell a customer so we can make arrangements. Under staff... I will be finding me a new pharmacy. I never been so disappointed...

I am not generally one to complain but I too have experienced some of the most unfriendly customer service at this location. I have not spent less than 30 minutes waiting on a prescription that is supposedly already ready for pickup. This is largely due to the fact that I have seen at most 3 (usually 2) people working at a time. Today I spent over an hour waiting to pick up my prescription and was met with extreme rudeness when I voiced my concerns (I was running well over my lunch break and due to return to work). The staff continued to speak about me as if I were not standing directly within earshot and in front of other customers as well. Keep in mind, I did not become irate as I find that type of interaction counterproductive. I work in healthcare and understand it can get busy and stressful but have never treated a client in this manner. One would think given the high volume of customers, they might spend the money to staff the pharmacy properly. At this point the way they were all running around frazzled, a medication error is inevitable which places both the company and the pharmacists' license on the line. I will not be able to continue using this pharmacy.

dropped off my toddlers cough medicine on a Friday and was told to come back in an hour and a half. when i returned they said the prescription was not finalized by the clinic so they couldn't fill it. at this point the clinic was closed and i could not get resolved. i asked why they did not call and they just looked at me....on another incident they gave me the incorrect amount of pills. I was supposed to get 12 and they only gave me 8. this was a terrible mess to figure out!! very unorganized and some are very rude. the blonde pharmacist (i believe a head pharmacist) is the rudest person i have ever dealt with. store side manager is equally bad. had a corporate call about her and they seemed apologetic, but her attitude has not changed. staff needs a major overhaul or leadership change.

This is the slowest pharmacy that I have ever gone to! They will have your prescription and it’ll be something you need to take ASAP and they will not fill it the same day! They have horrible customer service and I wish that my job didn’t go through them to fill our prescriptions. Kroger and Walmart fill the prescription the same day or they will at least give you a courtesy call to let you know that they don’t have some or all of your medication. I had an allergic reaction to seafood and my medication was sent over the same day. I was suppose to start taking the medication the same day, but I had to wait 2 days after I had the flare up. I want to switch another Cvs, but I’m afraid that they will be the same way as this one.

I am so blessed that I transferred to this location. My pharmacist Demario and staff always go that extra to make sure that my pharmacy needs are met for example: from calling the doctor several times to calling me and informing me that a medication was no longer available. My days are sometimes complex and just to know that I have someone else looking out for my health makes me feel better. Thank you Demario and staff.

I told myself about a month ago when I had a rude experience with a female employee that I wouldn’t return to this CVS, but UPS took my package here so I had to stop in and instantly regret it. I don’t understand why the CASHIERS at this particular CVS have a holier than thou attitude. No “thank you” no “have a nice day” no smiles. It’s older white people too. Ridiculous.

The staff greets me immediately every tome I enter. The pharmacists always pay attention to the scripts and if they are safe. They have caught errors. They have made suggestions to a tired and scared mama. They are often overwhelmed. They sometimes make mistakes. Everyone does. Give them some slack and show some kindness to these Hard working men and women.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. They have no time management or customer service skills. It takes you 15 minutes to get them to answer the phone when they do you get told they go to lunch in 2 minutes so make it quick. Never have I been so disrespected as a customer.

Very very VERY slow. I have been waiting 5 days for them to fill my prescriptions and they still say pending. Tried to call the pharmacy on the phone and so far I have been on hold for an hour with no answer. Ridiculous. Every time I go my prescriptions are either not ready for pick up or I am in line for at least 45 minutes.

Nice clerks, helpful with locating products...but are gossips about co-workers in front of customers. Guess they have alot of time for such drama, because this store is not really raking in the shoppers! They seemed ready for the pesky customer to leave so they could continue at full throttle whatever they calmed down long enough for this customer to get items. (Didn't seem too eager to have a browser type customer at all!) It was my first time visiting a CVS.

The pharmacy tech Kayla was very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. She new immediately that the store didn't have the prescription I needed and offered to try and find it at another store. She then attempted to contact the Doctor and realised the phone number on the prescription was wrong. Looking it up and contacting the doctors office to get the medicine changed. She was just super helpful and professional. I'm so appreciative of her help
