If I could provide a zero rating, I would. Actually saw the groomer take her hand OFF an unrestrained 5-7 lb dog she was grooming while she turned to answer another's question. When I addressed it, I was told that my dog would be properly secured because I asked. My Yorkie is also now going through an identity crisis because they cut OFF all hair from his top lip down. Seriously? He looks like a mouse.

My family and I visited today to look at puppies and check the place out. Seriously saddened by what I saw! The location is an old car repair shop or something and they had papers covering roll up doors! When we walked in , the woman at the counter was sitting on edge of an enclosure space with a dog in it. My son walked over and she says "he is not for sale". Those were the only words she spoke to us the entire time we were in there!! The groomer had a dog in the room and it was squalling. The only puppies that we could interact with were in a case by grooming room. All other pups were in a room behind glass in kennels with a sign saying employees only allowed. In my opinion as a costumer, it was an extremely unprofessional atmosphere and frankly I felt sorry for those puppies. Just my 2 cents, but I will definitely not be returning here ever again!

Last year i took Tyler a couple of times and everyone was nice and they did a great job with his hair cut.Thank you☺
