I have had White River do laminate flooring in our transitional living apartments, laminate flooring in our residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and ceramic tile in a bathroom in our residential center. In every case they were on time, super fast with a great outcome. I really can't say enough about how positive our experiences have been with White River Flooring.

3 years later, still can't get our billing lined out. Ordered custom cabinets for $12,000 with a beautiful butcher block top, cabinets are great!Installers did a shotty job on hardware install but we fixed that.The real issue is they measured our space, quoted us with the knowledge that we didn't have a budget to mess with the floors at the time. They knew this and planned around it. They demolished the entire kitchen, and when they were done with the demo... Well your cabinets won't fit because of the elevation difference with the subfloor. So what option do you have but to replace the entire 330 Sqft floor. A couple of thousand is what was stated multiple times... I even did the demo on the floor because their flooring contractors were busy and we couldn't get the cabinets installed till the floor was done, and they billed me for the demo?!?$8000 is what they finally invoiced for the floor... not happy $26 per sq ft...Still trying to resolve.Oh did I mention they put this all on my wife because when I left the first day they said everything was good to go. Predatory sales techniques...avoid!!!Oh and “Andy” said it wasn’t their problem and they didn’t have to provide a signed work order… we will see what the BBB and Attorney General have to say…

Excellence from everyone at White River Flooring whom helped make updating our home so easy and fun!Matt Mershon was my project manager. He made this process so easy by listening to my wants, needs, and helping me select just the right flooring, baseboards, countertops, sinks, and backsplash while keeping me focused on my budget. He took the time to personally select just the right team members to complete my projects.Rodney laid the waterproof vinyl flooring, base boards, quartz sink and countertops. I am amazed at how perfect he was able to get the floors laid out and how even and straight these planks were in a not so perfectly squared house. He was helpful in teaching me proper care of both the floors and countertops before leaving.Wade Clothier was next up to install the backsplash in a herringbone pattern. HIS WORK IS ART. He was detail oriented making sure every tile was perfectly cut and placed. He was patient in helping me pick out grout color by making me a sample board with various colors to choose from making sure the finishing touches were perfect.These guys became family. I will NEVER use anyone but WHITE RIVER FLOORING for my future home updates.

I would give them five stars and the reason I don’t is because of their choice of suppliers (if they have a choice these days) holding up project times which in our case was months. We had a single shower upgrade. I removed the old shower insert, installed framing for niche / grab bar and contacted plumbing. WRF's price was reasonable. Tasia and Matt were very helpful in the design phase. I caught three things that we discussed in the design phase that were not included in the detailed itemized proposal. Matt added these to the proposal without a charge increase which would have amounted to several hundred dollars. (This oversight was quite understandable in light of how many larger projects WRF was running at the time.) Especially helpful were two 3D color images of what the final installation would look like. Quick ordering of high-quality material. Experienced 4 man crew installed tile in 2 days. They were provided with an impressive set of detailed installation drawings. (The quick installation was one of the reasons we went with WRF as opposed to local craftsmen or DIY.) Excellent craftsmanship. Stone sealing and grab bar installation followed as soon as grout curing period was over. Am in the process of contracting for shower door installation by Staley Glass. Overall could not ask for any better service or experience.

My wife and me were ready to replace the carpets in our home and chose White River Flooring to do the job. Gotta say we are ecstatic with the work the crew did once the flooring we had on order came in, and with the way the new flooring looks. The floor crew did the job all in one day, which was somewhat amazing to me since they had three bedrooms and a living room to get done. With all of the rooms full of furniture no less. Michelle Barnett who was our liaison with the company kept us informed on all the details as far as when the flooring was due to arrive and getting the work scheduled when it came in. She was a pleasure to work with.I see by some other reviews that this company also does other household renovation type work and with us having in mind to have our kitchen and bathrooms renovated/updated I will likely be giving White River Flooring another call in the near future.

Wanted to take a quick minute to let everyone know what an awesome business this is. Tasia did an outstanding job working along with my wife and I as we waited for our flooring to come in. She communicated with us over the 12 weeks it took for our flooring to arrive. The long wait time had nothing to do with White River or Tasia it was the products we picked that were on back order. The installer they sent out to our house was superb. Wade took the time to talk to me and explain how the installation process would work and went over how he would adapt to certain corners around our fireplace. When Wade finished the install , my wife and I were impressed with his quality of work. I have been around construction trades for 40 years and he is one of the best installers I have seen.I just can't say enough good things about Tasia and White River Flooring. The quality of products they offer is some of the best on the market. Customer Service was great.. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in our home project... If you have never used this company or on the fence then all i can tell you is you will not be disappointed with the end results.Again... White River Flooring did an excellent job installing two custom showers in our house. Their level of expertise and attention to detail is phenomenal. I was so pleased with their professionalism, I hired them again to install carpet in several rooms, a hallway and a staircase. I was very surprised that after the carpet installation, I didn't have to go back and touch up any paint due to scuff marks! Rather than thinking in terms of an "experience" with a business, I typically go more along the lines of efficiency and courtesy and fair prices. In the case of White River Flooring, there really was an experience over a period of weeks, with our selection process, some remote work, and some delays due to circumstances beyond either side's control. I can say without any qualification that Michelle and White River were with us, on our side, at each step of the way, and the experience was completely pleasant and helpful, not to mention that they were all efficient, courteous, and helpful all along. I fully recommend this company without hesitation.

We had Michelle for ordering, she is very knowledgeable. Matt came to the house for measurements. He was very knowledgeable of all our questions. He told us it would take a week for the job to be completed. They started the job, laid the LVT, the guys did a wonderful job. Then they finally sent someone to install the bathroom tile after 2-3 weeks, after I called them. Then the commode sat in our hallway for 3 weeks. Made calls that were never returned by Matt. Stopped by the store & was in formed the Plummer’s were backed up. The plummets did not caulk the commode. The guys who laid the floor did not caulk the bedroom quarter round as they did in the other rooms. I called & left a message on Matt’s phone before paying the remainder of the bill. Several days later I still have not heard from him. So I paid the bill today. & am writing my review. We had planned to use White River for countertops & back splash, but not now.
