I think they have really improved organization and stock now that they've had time to settle in since the huge remodel. I also feel the employees are very polite and helpful. The order online and pickup system is excellent. We use it so often it's hard to think about how we used to shop.

I would love to rate the store more highly, but they're selling Autism Speaks Merchandise. During Autism Acceptance and Awareness month. Autism Speaks is a hate group known to spread misinformation and harmful 'therapies' to 'treat' or 'cure' autism. They also support the misinformation that vaccines cause autism, and that electroshock 'therapy' is a safe treatment. It's shameful.

Always good if you know what you need. Plenty of staff so the shelves are well stocked and the registers aren't backed up for miles. This is a super Walmart so you can find everything from groceries tires to hunting and fishing gear to clothing and jewelry.

Ok so Walmart has most of what we all need. Only reason for the 3 stars is because of the self checkouts. You do all the work for them and then get your bags checked before leaving. Go to a checker please.

Came 20 minutes before close to get 1 headlight which was locked behind a case. Asked 4 associates for assistance and they all said they were getting someone. We waited until the lady on the speaking was very obnoxiously announcing the store was closing every minute on the minute for the last 10 minutes. If you can sit at an intercom to announce the time for 20 minutes, you could take the 2 minutes to open a case. Worst Walmart experience I've ever had

Searcy walmart supercenter is a pretty decent size for the town. For the most part they try to keep it pretty well stocked. I give it 4 stars because the employees usually don't know where anything are & aren't very helpful. The bathrooms could use some better maintaining/cleaning.

Need more floor sales associates on weekend. Store was fairly clean for being Saturday after Thanksgiving. Had to wait for help in Automotives and hardware. Which is common there. I used self check outs which is fine with me.

Worker to slow on auto service , also those people who pick items for people who order on line almost run over a person. They are so much of a hurry to grab items. They'll almost push you of of the way..and they don't move their carts and some are very rude.

Let me start this off with the fact that I work for another walmart. I decided to go out of my way to go to this one instead of my home store, since this one is bigger and normally has more of what I'd be looking for, especially holiday items. I wanted to use my holiday discount and get the most for my money, hence the going out of my way. After tonight I will NEVER be returning to this store. I had a lot of items, roughly 2 full carts. I went to self checkout, since that's what I'm most familiar with. I also didn't realize they had any open registers, because my home store only has 2 we hardly ever have staff to fill. On top of that it was later in the evening, around 10pm or so. Like I said, I went out of my way to a store I really haven't ever been to. I begin scanning my items and organizing them in the empty cart i had gotten to load everything up. I had my bottom layer of boxes and bags, my big items like sodas were lined up underneath. Mind you, I was scanning every individual item and moving it to the other cart. Not using the hand scanner or anything. This entire time I'm listening to the employees standing and chit chatting, no offered help or anything. So I'm about 2/3 the way thru scanning my items and they paused my transaction. I get it, I had a lot of stuff and it can be suspiciousto use self checkout like that. But, I had no missed scans, in fact I actually rang something up twice that they had to void for me. The girl was nice about it and explained that the register was "messing up" which like I said... I get it, I do it every day at work. A lady from customer service comes over and i tell them they can go ahead and turn off the red light since we were going over to a register anyway (it messes up the upfront timer )and the lady rudely replied with "Thats not part of our job." At this point, im embarrassed and extremely irritated. So they run me to a register after 3 other employees follow us up to all stand and stare at us. At this point I'm crying with anger and very frustrated. I'm hyperventilating and the rude woman from the service desk won't even let me help with anything. She wouldn't even let me scan the diapers I had, right in front of her. On top of that she made a snarky remark and said "You work for walmart let's keep this professional. I'm only here to speed things up." Then she had the nerve to tell me calm down and breathe. At this point I'm livid and ready to just leave all my items here. I had about $500 worth of groceries, diapers and Christmas items of which I did not want to have to buy all over again. Finally we're done rescanning everything and they basically just threw stuff in bags and overfilled them. Then threw them into my carts. When I say overfilled, I mean OVER FILLED! When we brought those bags home we found cheese with canned goods, half the bags were so stuffed they had holes fron everything ripping thru them. Before we left, I went back inside to speak to a manager. He informed me this is an issue they've written A LOT of people up for. What they did was NOT policy and when I complained about the woman, he didn't seem surprised. I appreciated him taking the time to listen and I hope NO ONE ever experiences what I did. That's not how we do things! That's the type of stuff that gives walmart a bad name.

This store is not as organized and maintained as other stores I have visited. Their shelves and racks were adequately stocked and the employee attitude seemed friendly. The overall cleanliness of the store seemed good, however I did not use the restrooms. There are "low clearance" poles over the parking lot entrances that prevent tractor trailers and larger RVs from entering the parking lot.

This is a decent Wal-Mart. Very very busy though. And the selection of chicken at the deli was slightly disappointing. No truck parking in the front, trucks have to park in the back.

We all know we need Walmart. We go to Walmart every week sometimes many times in the week. The stores are always consistently clean and the variety is large. Where do you need tires for your car or, paper clips for the home office potato chips or ice cream Walmart has it all

This a very large Wal Mart compared to Heber Springs, AR. They have more choices in all areas but they are understaffed because they are always packed with people shopping. It is always busy and thus not enough places to park. The Heber Springs, AR Wal Mart is always friendly, new parking places, stocked and very helpful. There is a noticeable difference in quality versus quantity.

I should have known better than to use their auto care area. Over 2 and a half hours just to half a valve stem replaced. Takes 30 minutes tops (shouldn't even take that long). They stood around talking , working on other things. Messed someone's van up while I was there. Terrible, will never be back.

With Walmart distribution located here I expected more from this store. No 3 liter Dr Pepper, no Great Value snack cakes, more namebrand than generic and low selection of vegetables. Customer service is good.

Employees in the electronics department would not help my husband find a dvd he wanted...and not one employee came to the jewelry department, after being paged several times. He left empty handed, and we will never shop in that store again. Pitiful!

The round equate brush was NOT in wrong spot. I went to Service desk for management. An employee went with me and scanned the brush and it's ringing up $9.95. As pics show equate prices are $1.98. Employee said home office made mistake. Walmart home office and management of Searcy supercenter have been making grievous mistakes of late. I'm sick of Walmart screwing the public out of hard earned cash so I'm going to all their stores in central Arkansas and going down every aisle. Will post more pictures if warranted.

They had the products we were looking for but this walmart is always so full of people. Even though this walmart was crowded I was able to get in and out kind of quick. This Walmart has all of there WIC eligible products marked well. My wife and I have had a couple better experiences here and are willing to return.

They should pay us for having to scan our own food and items while they stand there and watch us.

From a trucker’s perspective it was not great. They have the low clearance metal poles with low tops you would have to pass under. We couldn’t get in the regular way so ended up parking in their truck lot on the side so we could run in to get hard hat and steel toe shoes that were required for a delivery.Saying that the store itself was good. Lots of merchandise. It didn’t help that it was a busy Sunday afternoon and the aisles were pretty crowded.

Better variety of items in stock. But still a typical Walmart. Cheap Chinese products and you have to ring up your own items. Sam Walton made sure his company sold "Made in America". The people running this company now have sold out to foreign influence.

Don't like them changing location of their items so customers have to look all over for them

This is one of the best Walmarts I've ever been in, but the fact of the matter is, they are so severely understaffed and it is costing them business. This isn't because of people quitting—it's because they straight up just do not hire enough people. It's honestly sickening. You have one person working three or four areas for eight hours and being yelled at if they can't keep up (by "area" i mean "entire section of the store". This is especially bad in apparel, which I know because I worked here, in apparel. There were nights I was taking care of the fitting room AND jewelry AND one of the clothes section besides! You're specifically not allowed to leave the fitting room or jewelry counter alone, or weren't back then. And this was NOT rare! When I went in today, one of my former coworkers was in a similar position.)So. Great as a customer! The blood and tears the managers demand of their associates is working. HORRIBLE work environment, though, and customers *should care about that*. If you see something, say something: go up front and complain to a manager if you notice that someone is doing three people worth of work. Tell them that the associates deserve so much better. If there are more associates, your experience as a customer will DRASTICALLY improve. If you're a Walmart manager reading this, I beg you to move Heaven and Earth to hire more associates where they're needed. Talk to the people on the floor: they WILL tell you when they need the most help, and how many hours that is. A couple of part timers would do WONDERS for the state of the store. I know it's easier to maintain now that you close at 11, but that means *nothing* during the day. I went home from Walmart when I was an associate in pain, with my nerves shot, and with insanely low blood sugar. I once went over to do grocery straightening an hour early (I was hypoglycemic and had misread my watch because my vision was getting blurry), and was made to stay for the timeslot I was told to come over for, and in fact, another associate who was supposed to handle that aisle was told to go back. Again: my blood sugar was so low it was effecting my vision, and I was visibly swaying on my feet. I was straightening groceries for TWO HOURS in this condition, and wasn't allowed to go on break until I finished. I explained this to multiple managers. How y'all can treat people like that is beyond me. I could've fallen and cracked my head open. I could have dropped a pickle jar (because I was put on the aisle with the giant pickle jars lol) and hurt myself and caused shrinkage. I have multiple knee issues (which, when I was working, meant I was hobbling by my first break every single day, and barely able to walk out to my vehicle at the end of my shift, much less do ANYTHING after) and because I could not afford to go to the doctor over it, management acted like it just was not real at all. I was threatened with firing by the previous HR head if I didn't get a doctor's note, and she told me that if I didn't have it approved for me to take intermittent LOA within two weeks, I'd be let go. I only got the paperwork after I quit—a full month after that. (Had to get surgery, by the way, because the source of about half of my pain was that, and this is a direct quote from the surgeon, the inside of my knee "looked like it had been repeatedly scraped with a watermelon baller". The rest is because of my spine! I will likely have chronic pain for the entire rest of my life, and part of that is on Walmart, who expects their associates to kneel on the tile—concrete, now—with no protective gear, like knee pads.) I quit because my roommate was immunodeficient, and y'all refused to let me wear a mask at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic (my roommate could have DIED.) Please, God's sake, PLEASE treat your associates like people. Learning there was a new HR head made me so happy. The person you chose is someone whose character I can personally vouch for, because we went to the same school and he was very kind to me even though he was somewhat popular and I was a "weirdo".
