I called the pharmacy just a little over half an hour before they were scheduled to close. The woman who answered asked if I could hold. I said yes. An hour later, I was still on hold (as can be seen in the screenshot). I realize they were closed, but I kept thinking that at least a recording would pick up and let me leave a message. Alas. In the end I just hung up.

Drive thru has been closed for days. Tried twice to visit inside but the line was at least 15 deep, both times. This rating has nothing to do with the actual pharmacy services, since I’m still awaiting that experience, but I would give a zero rating for managing customer access. I especially felt sorry for all the elderly customers who were forced to wait in line due to the the urgent need of their prescriptions.

Consistently super slow, whether I go inside or to the drive-thru and whether it’s earlier or later in the day. There were just now five customers in front of me and it took 40 minutes. They do a fine job, but evidently they need more people working (which seems strange because there are usually five employees) or they need to improve their efficiency. Either way, they’re about twice as slow as Walgreens.

If I could give it negative stars I would. I can't believe how bad this pharmacy is. I sent my meds in online and waited for a reply to come pick them up. I go to pick them up after I get a message they are ready with a list of the meds they "filled" and they didn't have them only one was filled. So I asked them to fill the rest and they said it wouldn't be ready until the next day... I traveled 20 miles to the pharmacy. So I go home no meds. Then I go back to pick them up and they filled the ones they didn't have the time before but didn't have the medicine they filled before. So now I have to wait till Monday for my med because I work til 7 tomorrow just to get the one medicine they "filled" from before. This happens every month I go to get my meds. They always screw something up. I am finding a new pharmacy. Horrible service and a lot of the people working there can be very rude when they are the ones who made the mistake. 😡

Had a prescription to be filled- and the idiot pharmacist working that night would not fill it because he did not understand how the DEA numbers for Unity health work so he just decided not to fill my prescription and then had the nerve to say sorry. He has one job to do and he didnt do it....The girls working the counter are usually very nice and helpful if that helps?

This pharmacy is the worst. Getting refills is a nightmare!!!! They text you that refills are ready and you get there and it isn't. Some of the people are rude ,there is only a couple I will deal with. Brandy is Excellent to get things moving along !

Pretty good at courteous service but delays on medicine they were out and I had to wait 2 days but overall good friendly people with emphasis on customers thanks to Mr. Sam Walton loved that guy 🤩

Always long wait times, even when there are few people in line (in-store or in the drive-thru). Takes forever to fill prescriptions.

Very rude and didn't care about if a person would die from not having their medicine especially if it caused the person seizures. I won't be back
