Changes have both positive and negative aspects.Negative note, ATM still out of order with same error message as last month. This matters highly to me as this is a fee free ATM for Chime and the closest ATM to me. Informed the shift leader like I did last month and was blown off like I was last month. Frustration brings me to negativity.Positive note, the pharmacy will pump out an RX if you're waiting in store.

The worse place ever! Very rude pharmacy. Each month a different rule for refill. One time I can refill on app another time I have to call for the same medication I have been getting for 2 years.Make up your minds and answer questions to the customer who is supposed to always be right.

Try Harps pharmacy, more professional, friendly and respectful. Not a fan of this location of Walgreens. Worst of the worst. After 8 months I return today 6/7/20, hasn’t change employees are still rude and unprofessional.

The store is dirty and overpriced. The ATM hasn't worked in months. The pharmacy is disorganized and incompetent. They gave my friend's control II prescription to the wrong customer and then accused her of lying. They never apologized when they realized their mistake and they never apologized for violating her HIPPA information.

Great place !!! Best pharmacy team and front end store is always in stock and friendly. I love going there. Their manager is the coolest. He always helps my grandmother and tells the best stories. Great place to work,visit,shop and get medicine

Every time me or my wife or my mom go in there no matter the time of day to get our meds the PHARMACY IS SOOOO RUDE N DISREPECTFUL WE ARE SICK OF IT...we have even witnessed it not just to us but other customers to you tlk them nicely like tonight talkin calm n normal n got snapped at. They're more concerned with vaccinating covid turbotards than they are with filling your meds. Literally no one would go here if there was another 24/7 pharmacy in town. Use Stanley's, its worth the hassle

The refill date on my medicine is today. When I spoke with the male pharmacist at 10:20am, he told me that my medicine had just arrived on a truck in a shipment & it would be ready for pick-up in a couple of hours. At 1:30pm when my husband called to check on my medicine, the same guy told him very rudely that he had already spoken with me & told me my medicine would not be ready until tomorrow afternoon. There is no excuse for being rude, inappropriate & unprofessional, especially when u told me that it would be ready today around 1230pm. I will be reporting this to cooperate.

Called & spoke with “Cameron” (had to ask for name) abt reviling ins since Ambetter had the wrong policy & was incorrectly charging me copays. I called Walgreens on race at in Searcy to let them know to rebill the past few months and I needed a refund for the copays out of my pocket.She stated “Call your ins co, we don’t do that here”, I explained that my other Pharm, Walmart, had done it. She literally huffed over the phone & said she could ask her pharmacist…I asked nicely if she would.She just dropped me on hold & I thot she hung up on me, then she came back & said “The ins co handles that.” I explained again that the ins co will not rebill themselves & the copays I paid out of pocket so I was requesting a refund.She only stated that I “can call back at two when manager was there”. I had to ask his name & to call me back. She acted put out that she had to take my number.I realize places are having to hire ANYONE off the street nowadays, but her curt demeanor & obvious apathy over the phone is bad for Walgreens business.I will be calling Wade Williams back if I don’t hear from him at 2pm & let him know this & that I will be switching all my meds to wal mart & telling friends, family & anyone who will listen how terse their employees treat patrons & not to use WalGreens.

I called to check if my prescription had been called in and was put on hold 1st time I waited 10 then they hung up 2nd time I was put on hold. The someone came on the line and asked if I would hold. Then when it picked up finally after 15 minutes it just rang and rang and rang then they hung up. I had to drive up there go in stand in line 20 minutes to find out it hasn't been called in.a lot of wasted time that was very unnecessary.

Very nice & polite service! Pharmacy was quick to handle questions on vaccines I needed to travel. They ordered them & had them ready for me in 24hrs. Gave me my shots, faxed a copy to the Health Dept & Drs office, and gave me hard copies to carry abroad... without me asking!!

A lady named Sam here went out of her way to get my mothers insurance to cover her insulin. we were to the point of not being able to afford the insulin.. My mother would die with out it. this lady went out of her way and beyond just her job descriptions. Sam if you see this I wholeheartedly thank you! you saved my mothers life!

The head pharmacist makes the rules. The doctor might have a earlier date but they tell you it has to be 30 days from your last pickup. Then they will start quoting a false Arkansas law that dont exist. Wade makes these rules. Seen it so many times.

There’s nothing wrong with the store. It’s clean, organized and I don’t see expired merchandise on the shelf. It’s better than the Walmart here in town.However, I agree with all the negative feedback posted here: the pharmacy is terrible!!!!!I’ve been living in Searcy for about 6 years. My favorite pharmacy is the one inside the Unity Health Center. At night or on days when it’s closed, I don’t have a choice but to to Walgreens, and I’m not lying when I say, I rarely was satisfied with the service. The other pharmacies I go to have the medicine ready by the time I get there. Here, not at all! They tell you it’ll be another 15 minutes, and here I am, after almost an hour in the parking lot, I’m still waiting for an antibiotic cream that doesn’t need to be mixed/prepared. And this happen 9 out of 10 times. With 4 little kids, I don’t have the time to wait. Also, they are not only bad with the waiting time, but also with billing insurances....I really hope they’ll do some changes here, because I used to love Walgreens before I moved to Searcy. This was the only pharmacy we used in California and the 6 years we lived in Northwest Arkansas. Never had problems with Walgreens until now

This Walgreens pharmacy is ridiculous! They either need to get more help or a pharmacist with a better attitude. I am out of state and desperately needed to have a prescription verified and when a different Walgreens called they said the pharmacist there was so rude that they refused to call them back again. Common sense would say if you cannot handle your job, get help or get a grip. I am in a diehard emergency!

Many people on here that are posting positive are family or friends of the people who work here. I have used several pharmacies in the past and this is by far the WORST one. After a month of missed prescriptions, promises that prescriptions would be ready only to find out that they weren't, wrong prescriptions filled, I finally started asking about this company. I have found out from many who live here the same thing has happened to them. This is the largest group of incompetent people. Walgreens should be shut down as they've actually caused paint to some people as well as myself from their careless and reckless approach to "serving the public" Please do your own research and take your business anywhere but this Walgreens.

Pharmacy: If you go inside the store it's faster. The prices of medication are okay-ish. Helpful staff.Store: Bathroom needs an update. The mirrors make it impossible to play hide and seek. Seasonal stuff usually in the front half of the store, and their photo offers digital print from you phone. Prices are ok, and you should get a reward card.

Lady stops me as I'm going inside and tells me that I needed to move my truck because it's possibly in the way (it was in a parking spot and not in the way) and was very rude. I decided to shop somewhere else if I was going to have to move my truck. Then I watched her get into a car that was parked sideways in a handicapped parking spot!!!!! I was livid. I almost stopped her and gave her a peice of my mind.She also told my employee last week he couldn't advertise on her property. As far as I could remember the sidewalks don't belong to the business.

They advertise covid 19 drive through which they probably get paid to do from through government but they do not do testing at all. They give shots but only sell at home tests. False advertising.

If i could give this place a negative 5 stars i would. The store manager Matt is very rude and disrespectful, he doesn’t care about his employees. The way they are treated is crazy, there is no way he cares about the customers either. He needs to be gone like yesterday.
