Staff is always nice, and the prices are very reasonable. They have a large selection considering the size of the store. They also sometimes have cats for adoption that come from a shelter. I also like that it is open later than most pet stores.

The ladies here are fantastic10/10 would recommend I brought my new puppy in the lady in the grooming center cut her nails for free because it was her 1st time They were just so kind I can't thank them enough

We went to get a harness and collar for our dog and the woman that was working this morning was extremely helpful. I really appreciated it since we were unsure of hat to get. She is a definite asset to your company.

My husband took our dog to get her nails trimmed. She is a puppy with black nails. I got home to learn that they cut her nails WAY to short, along with put a muzzle on her without asking my husband first even if that was okay. She is only 4 months old, and was crying when they were cutting her nails. My husband after seeing that said that she is fine with either I or him near her. Along with that the worker was condescending when talking to our dog. We will not be back here. Very disappointed with how they handled our puppy.

Helpful and friendly staff. There’s a gentleman here who is, with all honesty, one of the kindest people to me in this whole town. I always enjoy shopping here and I never leave feeling like I’ve inconvenienced someone just by showing up to buy something. Thank you for always being so kind. I love being about to avoid the big store, and the food purchase plan is great. Their prices are a little higher than the big department stores, but avoiding the hastle makes up for it. Only problem is they run out of my dog and cat food frequently.

Best place to get your pets treat and any other accessories and food. They made sure that my 5 Chihuahuas had the exact treats they need. Went above and beyond for us. Great employees and it's the only place we shop for our babies.

Love this location!! Was in recently with my 6 year old non-verbal autistic son. The employee took the time to discuss Lizzards with him when he saw one in a tank. The employee pointed out shapes and colors and discussed some facts about them and actually had my son participating. It was a very unique moment, as some people are very apprehensive to interacting with my son. The store is organized, clean and the staff is so friendly. It’s worth a stop in!

Good selection of food, treats, toys, and accessories for dogs. Selection seems a little bare for fish and other small pets, but I'm just so happy to have a dedicated pet store in Searcy that carries dog supplies. Prices are a little high, but the location is very convenient and I'm glad they're here.

Was recently in the Searcy Petsense store and I was amazed at how clean and well kept and organized it appeared. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and provided my little dog with a beautiful grooming. I'm new to the area but I've been to many of these stores and this is by far one of the best I've walked into. I have been back many times and will continue to return. The manager should be congratulated for running such an exceptional store.

Staff is great but manager sucks! Bought a pet gate and lost receipt, I give him the date and time I bought it and he would not take the time to pull it up on the computer and refund me. I'm not sure what store policy is but I do know that taking time for your customers is good business. I give the merchandise store a very low rating although their grooming end is great.. Manager sucks

Jean grooms Coco 3-4 times per year, and she keeps on improving with her groomings!!! Coco looks superb in her posted photographs, wouldn't you agree?!!!And, this last time Petsense confirmed Coco's appointment via text, which I liked, and the grooming lasted only an hour which is very efficient, and the result was absolutely terrific!!!

Not impressed. I walked the store looking for cat treat sticks. They had 1 kind and it was a brand I've never heard of and double the price of the ones I get at Petsmart. 1 of the employees from the front walked to the back, she walked right past me. No greeting, no "how are you", no "can I help you find anything". I won't be back unfortunately.

They were very helpful always love going here they always help with all my pets give me everything I need a lot cheaper than most of that's on medicines and things like that we go here for all of our pet needs and they have a very friendly staff

Went to get my dogs chew toys and have never been so uncomfortable in a Pet Sense store before. The groomer was screaming and yelling at a Husky he was grooming, and the employee who checked me out was extremely rude, talking about how she has a million other things to do, when asked to do something else by a team member. Overall bad atmosphere, and bad attitudes at Searcy Location.
