it’s a Lowes what are you gonna say, they had the shelves stocked they had what we needed how bad can it be. My only complaint is not with Lowe’s the local store, but probably the big corporate giant. Why do we have Christmas out already? I mean come on it’s not even Halloween yet. Can we not just stop and enjoy one season at a time? I know I know who cares I know I barely do that so my reason I mention it. But if you’re looking for what you need for home improvement more than likely they’re going to have it. If you’re looking for Christmas in October, they definitely have that.

Just left our local Lowe’s. They have removed all but one maned register (and it was closed) and added more self checkouts. I’m sure I’m not the only customer that refuses to use self checkouts. I will drive 20 miles to home depo first. Their, on average, cheeper any way.

I find myself in the store more than some of the employees. Been in the business of rebuilding travel trailers and motorhomes either myself or my employees visit the store more than once every day. I have found the staff, management and vendors to be more than capable and ready to help. I like the services and I appreciate the fair pricing. Thank you for making my job easier.I have included many pictures. These are items we have purchased at Lowe’s and installed at various locations. Some parts we have put in travel trailers and motorhomes some parts we putting our personal home some parts in our office. From Flooring, two door units and plumbing. Lowes has it all

It would be nice if they could make up their mind for their credit lookup rules..I’ve made SEVERAL trips lately buying paint and lights and all sorts of stuff for a house remodel. And a few times I’ve forgotten to bring my physical card because I left my wallet, and with life these days I’ve gotten used to paying with my phone. Well every visit I’ve had up until today I have showed a picture of my DL on my phone and they’ve pulled my credit card info up in their system with no issues.. many different visits, many different employees, and now all of a sudden one woman says that they have never allowed that and she refuses… mind you I live almost an hour away and have nothing on me for payment because I’ve done this several other times…. So here I am waiting in the parking lot for my husband to detour on his way home to bring me my ID so that I can purchase this already made paint and stuff for my kids…. I am not a happy camper right now…

I can always count on Lowe's to have my home improvement items but a little costly at times. The workers are usually very knowledgeable in their department. I'm a female who has to ask questions about the merchandise I'm getting. Making sure it is this what I'm looking for. Thank Lowe's for helping me with my home improvement merchandise.

Poor customer service at the store. Employees are more worried about talking with each other than actually helping customers. They need to take a chapter out of ACE hardware in town.Store seems to be out of a lot of product.Trying to call the store is absolutely ridiculous and almost impossible with automated service.

I've been DIY'ing things around the house these past few months and Lowe's has been my go to for pretty much everything I've needed. Fencing, hand tools, electric wire/plugs/switches/junction boxes, and a few things I didn't know I needed :-POnly place I've noticed around with designated parking for Veterans, too.

I use Lowe's a lot because this location is close and usually they have what I need. I also have there credit card and get 5% off. I do sometimes wish I could get help a little easier than going all the way to the front of the store. Over all I can usually find what I need. I am also a Lowe's PRO member and get rewards for my purchases. This location is usual organized and when you find help the individuals are polite and courteous.

Terrible phone customer service and honestly not much better in store. I am a Pro customer and I have problems almost every time I am there with trying to find help. Called to find out about a paint product today. Was transferred 3 times and left on hold for almost a half hour. When i finally got back to the customer service desk I asked her to please not transfer me again that I only had 1 small question she could probably help me with and she hung up on me! If it were not the only hardware store in my town I would take my business elsewhere

Lowes has started using a third-party to deliver appliances. The first one that I bought had screwdriver gouges across the top. I just bought a gas want to go to another rent house. They brought it out this afternoon, but won’t hook it up and won’t unhook the other one. Nothing about that is told to you when you buy so Home Depot here we come.

Cashier was fantastic kept trying to find product with no barcode all the while their database info disappeared if u don’t know the exact name of their product. People in department we got items from not doing their jobs reviewing products on the floor in boxes. Short staffed. We purchased Closet Maid shelving. Lead Cashier had to walk back to dept to find product we wanted to buy.

No customer service. I wanted buy an appliance. No sales associate in sight so I went to front register to buy appliance. Gave cashier the item number and she said there shows one in stock. She calls back there to have them bring it up for me to take home. He replies with let me check to see if we have one. So I paid for what was in cart and wait for at least 30 minutes with several associates walking around doing absolutely nothing. By now my patience is gone. So I head over to the customer service desk and tell him what's going on. He says for me to walk back there and check with them. I said I've already walked back there and that the cashier has called back there. That I wasn't walking back there. So he picks up the phone and calls back there and was told that whoever was with a customer. So he hangs up phone and tells me again to walk back there. By now I've had it. I said I shouldn't have to because I've already did and no one was around. So guy tells me that lowes is hiring. I said don't go there, that where I work is also hiring. That I've worked today and I'm tired, that all I what to do is buy appliance and take it home today. But if that's not gonna happen without having to go back there then I want my refund on this stuff and ill take my business elsewhere. So basically he implied that if you want customer service that you need to work for lowes (I guess associates get service when the rest of can't). Whoever is in charge of scheduling needs to make sure that there is enough folks in each department and breaks are spread out as to have someone waiting on customer or answering customer's questions on the floor. Also when a customer is standing around waiting, someone needs to find out what the hold up is. I've never been so disappointed with this store until tonight. They have lost a customer forever.

I don't think I've ever been in this store and left with what I came for. Items show in stock on the website but in the store there isn't even a place for it on the aisle specified on the website. An employee went out of their way to avoid making eye contact with me so I could ask. (30 Minutes before closing)

We had to return & replace a set of breakers today. The return was completely effortless. Special thanks to Brian in the wiring / electrical department. He helped us choose the correct set, then caught up with us at the register to correct an error before we paid. Give this guy a raise!

I choose to shop at Lowes to buy shelves. As it turned out they had a sale on shelves that day. I paid and they went and got the shelving and loaded it for me within minutes of paying. What a nice group of people.

My dryer broke n i bought a new 1. Lowes does NOT give Military discount on the big stuff . I had to wait 11 days to get my dryer delivered. My hubby is a 100% dis vet n i too am disabled so we had to wait for them to deliver n set up n haul away the old dryer. The delivery guy was very nice n did a awesome job. We have always bought the things for r home at Lowes. Just wish they gave a Military discount on everything. Glad it wasnt my fridge we would have lost all r food n we r elderly n retired on a fixed income. But we r happy to finely get my dryer. Thanks Lowes.

Keep getting kicked out of your online service. Im senior and have been using your garden shop for my yard. Im 100s of dollars into project but i got put out of online shopping today (issue on their side) and Lowes wont take order over phone. It was a large order i needed loaded in my truck. Tractor supply has all the gravel to match Lowes! Going to Tractor Supply.
