I was so happy to find food from Europe. I love the German egg noodles and the cookies. Will be making a weekly visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. I absolutely love this place and the people who work there. Awesome stuff. You always find something new and unique.

I am omitting a star because the store was out of SO many things I was looking for on my last visit, and certain sections were extremely disorganized. At the beginning of my shopping experience, I was trying to locate a very specific item that was the main purpose of my trip to Big Lots. An older male employee was walking by, it was obvious that my husband and I were having trouble and needing help, but he wasn't going to acknowledge us. I asked him if a certain item could possibly be in the back. He simply shook his head, and didn't even offer to go check for us. I thanked him for his "help" (I'm being sarcastic right now, but I wasn't at the moment), but he just walked away and seemed completely disinterested in helping us.We gave up trying to find that item, and moved onto others, only to find that they were out of around 7 other things we needed. I wasn't even going to bother asking for help again after my previous interaction. Then suddenly, a female employee named Wrennie asked us if we needed some help. She was checking in on is, completely unprompted. We told her about another item we were looking for, and she helped us find it on one of the shelves. I was very thankful for her help. Then, as I was trying to find something else, I went and asked for her help again. She searched with us up and down several aisles, but it wasn't anywhere. So I told her it was okay and thanked her so much for trying.Then, just as we were about to check out, Wrennie came up to the registers and told me that she went to look in the back (without me even having to ask!!) And she found the item!! I was so grateful for her help and extra effort!! She was so very polite, professional, and hard working. The entire time I was in the store, Wrennie was working hard at stocking and organizing the shelves. She knew right where everything should be. She offered her help, instead of waiting on me to ask for it, and did so without any reluctancy. If this store is a bit disorganized and low on stock, it is most certainly not because of any lack of effort of Wrennie's part. She is on point, has a wonderful personality, and I hope I see her next time I'm shopping at this location.Big Lots is very fortunate to have a caring, hard working employee like Wrennie. I hope she sees this and knows how much I appreciate her efforts!

I had the best experience at Big Lots today. I found the exact kitchen curtains I needed and at a great price. When I got to the checkout the checker asked me if I had a Big Lots Rewards Card and I told her that I did not.so she promptly registered me in the system. As far as I'm concerned this store met my needs and the service is great!

Whenever we are in the area, we stop by here as this is the closest big lots to where we live. We stock up on snacks, check out the T-shirts, and browse the "as seen on tv" type stuff, the stock seems to change some each time we are there so it keeps us looking. The biggest selling point for us is the military/veterans discount they give, which we didn't even really know about until one of us happened to wear a veteran ball cap inside.

The staff here are friendly, and helpful. They seem dedicated to helping the customers. I like how Big Lots has a lot of different things in their store. I also like how they have items that I haven't seen before at other department stores, it is like finding hidden treasure sometimes.

Fairly large store with decent selections. The staff are always friendly. The merchandise changes frequently. They may have something you like, if you really like it, go back and get more, they may not carry it next time you're there.

This is one of the nicest Big Lots that I have ever been to. The store was very clean and they had a full staff working. We found everything we were looking for at excellent prices.

First time visitors and last time visitors. We were wanting to buy some furniture. We looked at the stuff on clearance. My husband asked three times how much it was because there were no Tags. My husband thought they were going to go look it up and tell him. Oh no they just stood there and said the magical words I THINK it's this price but I'm not sure and maybe a discount. Blank stares leaning across the furniture. My husband was mad at this point. All he wanted to know was the actual price with the sales and the taxes. All he wanted was someone to tell him the PRICE. one of the workers turned to the other and said this is all you I'm off duty and left well we left too because of the absolute blank stare of the last worker. Hire competent employees who can ring up a price. Put tags on the stuff you are selling. Thank you. Negative star rating we were prepared to buy it if we knew what the actual price was.lossed slot of money

The best big lots I've ever been to. Even the staff In the furniture area at least was so informed about the inventory across the whole store. Highly impressed and made my shopping time much quicker

Poor service. The manager is more worried about going on vacation than he is hiring. I've call multiple time and employees have taken my name and number. But I never get a call back. This is called poor management skills. He keeps put off my application everytime I call. Saying that he doesn't have the chance to look at it or he's busy an it will have to wait till next week.

Big Lots is a hit or miss store in general. You can get great deals if you're there at the right time. I like this particular one because the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Not a bad place to shop. Just watch your prices, some are great, some are not. Friendly staff. This location was a Wally World many moons ago, so it’s an older building needing some renovation. Bathrooms are filthy.

They took out 99% of their cold food section at this store which was a big bummer for me because I went there for lunch meat and milk. The customer service was still good.

A wide selection of merchandise. You can get everything from seasonal decorations, cookware, dishes, cleaning supplies, health & beauty, non-refrigerated groceries, and DIY project supplies (i.e. sandpaper, paint rollers, brushes, etc) to mattresses and furniture. All items are reasonably priced, and usually cheaper than other big retailer's prices when you consider the quantity your getting. Think Walgreens crossed with Sam's Club and a little Bed Bath and Beyond sprinkled in the mix. LoL

They sold our furniture to another customer and we still have not received our couch after 6 weeks. No attempt to make it right from the store manager. Will not shop there ever again and will discourage our friends from shopping here also.
