Normally have good experiences but this recent one was disappointing. Our food wasnt so good. The bread on my breakfast toaster was burnt along with my daughter's grilled cheese. My wife's Ultimate burrito was mostly just egg. Our drinks were filled to the lid with ice as well. We will come back again for sure, but hopefully they dont let burnt bread slide next time. Our great carhop and speed of food is the only reason the review is even 3 stars.

Worst sonic in Arkansas. Can't even get ice coffee with out ice. Guess first time for every thing. Super sonic breakfast 🌯 is half the size all others make. Plus didn't have tomatoes and only 3 tater tots and just a bit of meat.. very sad for a sonic..

Nice but slow most of the time, they are nice but also there have been times that they have been rude to me and sometimes they literally take up to 45 minutes for a drink and a corn dog. On the other side the corn dog here is the best in town the chili dogs are good but alot of time they are VERY salty so I honestly wouldn't recommend it the ocean water is AMAZING very good would recommend it tater tots were very good normally the the car hops are very nice.

This sonic is the worst I have ever been to! Outside of the place was so nasty, stray cats climbing in and out of people's trucks and on their vehicles, while I waited for my food. Got my food, and it was disgusting! Couldn't eat it, only to get home and find out I had been charged twice for it. Tried to call the store to talk to someone, they kept passing the phone off and talking to others instead of trying to resolve my matter. Will never go here again!

I'm sorry, but sonic is the worst place to get a burger. They throw them in a warmer all day. Half the time they taste old. Good cheese sticks and treats. The onion rings look great. But they are way to sweet. Taste like cake. I don't see how any of them stay open. They need to get serious about getting a fresh burger. I have tried several different sonics. Not just one store.

Good food but most of the time we have problems with giving our orders. Their speakers are so bad that they often have to come to the vehicle to get our order.We don't have this problem elsewhere. It is frustrating to not be able to give your order via the speaker.The food is very good.

We have had incomplete orders that they will not honor even with a reciept. French fries are always cold. And the cheese sticks dont even have cheese in them. We used to go to sonic once or twice a week. Now that they have taken my money but not given me a complete order, for the last time. I will not be returning to sonic. We have a Dairy Queen in town that serves the same food. Guess we will be going there from now on. $10 is a lot to pay for nothing.

Service was quick, maybe too quick. We ordered a #10 grilled, no tomato, onion rings & cherry limeade. We also ordered a #9 but were told they did not have any chicken slingers. No problem, we changed the #9 to a corn dog and cheese sticks. Our server rattled off our order so quickly we didn’t even understand what she was saying. I told my husband to check the bag to see that everything was right. It wasn’t. Chicken was fried, not grilled, we were never offered ketchup, mustard, etc. Buzzed in, manager type person came out and we explained what was wrong. We needed a grilled chicken sandwich WITHOUT tomato, mustard for the corndog, ketchup for the onion rings and ranch for the cheese sticks. What we got back was a grilled chicken sandwich WITH tomato, ketchup, mustard and marinara. Food was fine, just disappointed in service.

Fast, friendly and fun car hops. Even during happy hour there's not much of a wait. I've never had an unhappy car hop. The only thing keeping them from getting 5 stars is cleanliness. It's not filthy, but some of the menus are hard to read and the stalls need some attention. Food is always hot and the ice cream is always good!

Sadly, made it all the way home before realizing I had someone else's food..at a loss for me. Ordered one big dill, one double bacon super, got one burger that had one patty and a small tots. So, no supper for me because I'm not driving back. 😔

Gotta give this two stars, good food but zero parking. Regularly a line on one side of the building because you cannot use the parking at this location. They are quick to get you your food but if you cannot park to get food it makes this place completely pointless.

I just have to say, I have eaten Sonic Breakfast Burritoes in Texas and Oklahoma as well as Arkansas in various cities since they were first introduced and they were are pretty good, but I had one at the Salem, AR location while delivering something to Salem that was OUTSTANDING!!! And I do not use that word lightly – There was enough bacon on it and it was CRISP bacon, which set it apart – Whoever made that burrito should be instructing all the other locations!!! Also, i have never received anything short of the best and most polite service from the carhops at the Salem location. This location really stands out from the others.Thanks, Sonic!

Ordered chili cheese dog. After 10 minutes received chili cheese fries. Went back waited again to tell them we didn't get chili cheese dog. Waited another 10 minutes. Finally got what was originally ordered. No receipt was received. Will NOT stop there again. Also hop did not have any ketchup with her. No mint like other Sonics either.

The service is fast and reliable. The workers respect the customers and if there is a mistake, they fix it right away. I've been here a few times since I'm always an traveling and every time they have been consistent.

Their sign said TRY OUR NEW WAFFLECONES! I was excited because I thought they had brought them back and asked for one. " We don't have those anymore. That sign is old." Change your sign! Sonic hasn't served waffle cones in over 6 months.

Overpriced and poorly served. This establishment is littered with immature young adults flirting with staff and taking an excessive amount of smoke breaks. Foods often cold and the drinks are usually melted by the time they finnaly decide to bring it to you. Unprofessional doesnt begin to describe this sonics management . Do yourself a favor and save your money.

This SONIC is HORRIBLE, every time my order is wrong or old. I asked for fries no salt they are not fresh and they are hard as a rock. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.. now a year later decided to try again. And I will say they have disappointed again got a bit and bread not even toasted.

Buns are not tosted, just fresh out of the package, not prepared properly at all....he fries tast like fish ...,the cheese is not melted on meet at all, just took out if the freezer and tossed on the meat.....This is the second time the cheese is not melted on the buger, raw bread Bad fries. I love Sonic burgers. But one more time at your store, and, I will not be back to your store probly no more Sonic for me

It was difficult placing the order because of speaker issues in drive through. Then the order was wrong and shorted. This is not the first time I've had issues with this particular location.

Never gets orders right, wait time is insane considering "fast food". You can expect 40 minutes wait and then you'll have to go back to get your actual order.
