These guys are the best they work with you and have a great selection of vehicles I bought a truck 3 years ago and no issues other than normal wear and tear I go pay it off next week and I'm looking at buying a side by side Brandon Hill has kept in contact with me thru the years if I had any questions about different vehicles . I don't even know where to start, Brach Hill is the man. He was very easy to work with, I am out of state and they were more than accommodating with my circumstances. The truck had to sit there longer then expected and I appreciate it not being an issue with him. From start to finish it was a breeze, he was awesome to work with along with the nice receptionist. Never got a lemon here! Brandon and Brock do not sell issues they sell quality used vehicles and after 7 vehicles I’ve never been screwed! Miss Anna is the best I’ve ever known with all the paperwork and deserves a steak dinner for her effort in keeping the lot rolling!

My Name is Nathan Lawson and I just purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 from Hills Auto Sales on July 9, 2020. I flew into Fayetville Arkansas to pick it up from Tucson, AZ. Before traveling 1,100 miles I asked every possible question of Brock who works at Hill Auto Sales. A particular question was to make sure the truck had navigation and the response was yes. The company delivered the truck to the airport and it was nice and looked to be as the ad described. After paying for it and driving back home I could not figure out how to get the Navigation to pull up on the 8.2 inch screen on the dash.After frustration and watching several youtube videos I found out I had to have the navigation activated. This truck has 39,000 miles on it so the Navigation should have been previously activated but it was not. Therefore to have the feature enabled I had to pay $636.00 to Uconnect. I called the dealer and asked if they would simply cover half of the price for not being forthright after I had asked before traveling in from Arizona.Brock simply said he did not remember talking to me about it and just enjoy the truck.I really feel like they should have covered all the cost but would have been satisfied with half.Overall I would have given this a 5 star review but being as the response was what it was (typical car dealer response after they have cashed the check) I have dropped it down to a two.Just make sure you check your vehicle out because when the deal is done it will be yours to take care of .Follow up as of July 26, I was contacted by one of the Hill Brothers to see what they could do to make the previous situation right. Initially I was impressed as this would not be normal for an auto sales business because usually after the vehicle is sold, you the buyer cease to exist. I told him that I would like for him to make it right (take care of the 636.00 Uconnect charge and I would be okay without the vehicle having apple car play) He told me that they would talk about it and do something to help. After not hearing back for a few days I text him my address so he would have the location to send the check. Now over a week and a half later all I hear is crickets so I guess he was only reaching out to see if I would remove my post from Google and Facebook. Again as I originally expected. Just make sure you cross your T's and dot your I's because they likely will not.Follow up as of August 12, Brandon Hill contacted me and told me they had sent a check out to me , I received it a week ago Monday. The amount was for half of the Uconnect charge (318.00) total. All in all I think this was a good step forward. They did step up and take half of the responsibility of the Uconnect charge. In fairness, I am the purchaser I should have to pay half of it myself as I did pay for the truck before checking the Navigation. They have communicated well and tried to make the situation better, for that I am changing my star rating to a 4.

Shady dealers... Also if you happen to be driving next to them on the road, they will not only speed 20 mph over the limit but could possibly try to run you OFF THE ROAD!!! Decent people.... Absolutely not!
