7pm, Wednesday, 10.21.20: through drive-thru, we ordered crispy chicken salad (good size), small heath blizzard, two chili cheese dogs, small fries for $20. Everything was fresh and delicious. Customer service was good. I would be happy to eat here again

We really love this day queen. I hate to complain and I rarely do. But today disappointed us terribly.We went through the drive-through. Someone two cars ahead of us must’ve had a huge order which was fine. We didn’t mind the wait. But we ordered Sundays and we got them and they were all melted. They had to have made our order while they were still trying to finish that big order causing ours to sit a prolonged period of time. so by the time we got them they were already half melted. half melted Sundays are not the best.I’m sorry

By far the dirtiest DQ I have ever been in but the folks are nice. My shoes stuck to the floor as I walk up to the counter. The glass on the doors and windows was in need if a food washing. Probably won't be stopping at this one again.

Cashier at the drive-thru kept my card after running it and then got on his phone and began tapping something into it. I had to yell three times to get his attention and demand my card backSpoke to the manager afterwards and she said they are not even allowed to have phones at the drive-thru. She apologized but definitely made me uneasy about the security of my card. The crispy chicken sandwich was okay but a little dry.

We didn't have hot food on this visit, only ice cream. The ice cream was fine, the service was fine, the diningroom tables were dirty. It was moderately busy, mostly the drive thru.Features: No precautions in force.

Valerie at the Salem Dairy Queen was the absolute best! She was very kind, patient, and we are so glad we stopped here coming from the lake. Her attitude was the greatest! They had no chocolate ice cream for my little cousin, and she made up for that. If we are ever through here again, I’ll always make sure and give this girl our money! Again, thank you Valerie! You made our morning so much better!♥️

We have stopped here a few times and the employees here are friendly and get your order done fresh and quickly. Great food, nice and hot when you receive it. They do their best to keep the restaurant tidy and restrooms clean. We will continue to stop in here.

The girls work hard but the food is something to be desired. What wasn't burnt,was salty. And the BBQ chicken was sweeter than ice cream.The soda/carbonation mix was off..very weak water. Got it to go,BUT NEVER AGAIN! Don't t do it

Service was excellent. Sadly they had no buffalo sauce and the lady informed me they had been out for a while. Someone is slacking on keeping items stocked. When I was leaving one of the employees said she be back soon .. she was going to go get coffee. So guess they ran out of that too

I have family in Arkansas and when I go through Salem I stop at this dairy queen every time. It is the only dairy queen I've ever been to that holds your blizzard upside down before handing it to you so you know how thick the ice cream is. I went here as a teenager and have told people about it ever since. I was just in town this past weekend and they are still holding them upside down. It's great!
