Tractor Supply is located across from Lowe's and Sonic in Russellville, Ar..I like the wide assortment of merchandise! ..I bought a Bee windchime in this store. It's neat to see the little baby chicks in their big aluminum tubs..Good service from cashiers..Handicap wheelchair parking spots are available by the main entrance.

Employee was very upset that I wore a NFL hoodie and proceeded to tell my spouse (a 17 year military vet with a combat tour) that we were unpatriotic because we watch the NFL. They need to work on customer service training.

Easy to get in and out quickly. Was not crowded when I was shopping there on a Saturday evening. Decent selection of things both work and farm related. Staff was busy but nice and helpful. They also have up front veterans only parking near front door at the Russellville store not sure if this is the case at other locations. They do have a rewards program.

It has been awhile since I'd bought dog food there and they now have a rewards card. When I told the cashier that I didn't have one, she asked if I wanted to sign up for one and I said yes. It only about 3 minutes to do and I just have to give the cashier my phone number when I check out now to use it! They are always so friendly and helpful in there.

First off, not all stores are created equal. This Tractor Supply was clean and provided excellent customer service. I was there to fill my RV propane tank and was able to get a few other items needed in one convenient stop. My best compliment is for service provided by all I encountered here. Customer Service is lacking far to often now days so Thank you.

Super nice staff. We just built a fence around our property and bought all the supplies from tractor supply. The price was cheaper than everywhere else and they had all the hardware that we needed. Also picked up a DeWalt 60 gal air compressor for a good price. Brought my dog in once and they were very welcoming and gave her lots of love.

Ask the manager if they had their brand (4 health) puppy chow. She was 3 aisles from it and simply told me IF ITS NOT ON THE SHELF WE DONT HAVE IT. But how was I to know where to look.? I did find it on my own . The other employees were great but the new manager here needs to find a new line of work. I probably will not return until new management is there.

The manager was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I wanted shots for my two dogs but didn't know what I needed. She patiently answered my questions and gave me additional information. I'm very grateful!

We love the store and the products but the employees range from unkowledable to rude. I feel the same about the Conway location. We spend upwards of $500 a month on feed and feel like a loyal customer deserves a bit better service.

I bought song bird seed and cracked corn for the squirrels. I called ahead. An employee got my order to the front. When I arrived an employee brought my order to my car. I also got to process my checkout at the curbside.

The Russellville, Arkansas Store Is An Enjoyable Place To Shop, Good Prices, Great Selection. The Young People That Work There Are Very Helpful, Courteous, Knowledgable And Friendly! Looking For Floating Catfish Food, Same Brand $7.00 Less For A 50 Lbs Sack Than Other Stores! 2 Young Ladies At The Checkout Counter And Man And His Wife Was Upset About Something, Being Hateful, The Young Ladies Just Kept Being Nice To Them, Very Professional, Really Admired Their Attitude! Customers Waiting And One Of The Young Ladies Just Kept Being Nice And Worked The Customers Thru, While The Other Young Lady Tried To Make Them Happy! I Had Called Earlier, When I Got To The Register The Young Cashier “ Allison Is The Name on The Receipt” Asked If She Could Help And I Asked About The Catfish Food And She Said “ Yes” You Called Earlier And Immediately Took Care Of It! Checked Me Out And The Older Folks Still Grumbling About Something! Young Clerks Still Being Professional And Taking Care Of Business! Better Keep Those Ladies, Don’t See That Everywhere, I Have Always Had A Good Experience And Will Remember And Keep Shopping At Russellville Tractor Supply! this place ROCKS the freindly and helpful service reminds me of the good ol days when you were treated like your patronage was appreciated. prices are usually cheaper than atwoods and it doesn't feel like a big chain store i don't know why there other ratings were negative i go in there all the time

People who works there are nice and polite and are very helpful I am always feel comfortable going there and buying my supplies I'm always been asked if I need help and it is clean and neat place it's not messy and a manager who works there Russell is pretty good

Price of the Purina Strategy horse feed is now off the summer sale. Instead of reverting back to the pre-sale prices, they've gone through the roof. I asked the cashier to let her manager know that she had a customer complaint about the new price. She said there isn't anything that they can do about it. I buy a lot of feed from them, but I will be comparing prices with other stores. ****Update: I have priced feed around, and this price increase is a Purina issue, not Tractor Supply!
