My budgie was injured on purchase a year ago he has never fully healed and will live his life disabled! Not able to fly at all! I recommend saving any animal from here but I also recommend people trained to care for them properly!

The biggest issue I have here is the service. Most of the time, it's not very friendly, if you can even get someone to help you. We adopted a cat there, and the guy helping just disappeared. We had no idea what to do after filling out all the paperwork. One time we were there, a girl treated me like I was a child when buying a beta fish, being snoty about what I was doing with the fish and what I was putting in it's tank.

I tried pet smart grooming for the first time. Never again. My dog was covered in bald spots and looked horrible. I’m going back to my previous groomer who actually does a fantastic job.

Conveniently located in Valley Park Center on East Main Street is the only large chain pet store in the local area.This is a nice clean professional establishment where patrons can bring their pets in to shop.Upon entry you are usually greeted by the cashier and on the right you see four rows of dog merchandise, everything such as flea meds, collars,leashes,halters, brushes, bedding, hair clippers and clothing.There is also a complete line of high end dog food both dry, wet, refrigerated and canned.Across the back wall is the fish section with a complete line of exotics and your standard species plus food and antibiotics for your tank.I would truly love to one day buy one of the big tanks, get some colorful gravel, some nice fauna plus one of those aerorater bubbler thangs and a cool looking shipwreck and keep it in my sleeping area. So calming to put you right to sleep.At the front of the store is the cat section with lotsa funny cat toys.A complete line of food both canned and dry. On the west wall is a myriad selection of cat litter. Every kind of cat litter, some with a hefty price tag.My review would be incomplete if I didn’t mention the cat adoption that PetSmart has for homeless and abandoned kitties. Excellent program.PetSmart also offers grooming services by appointment. Call for availability.The only chide I might have for management is to follow the two’s company three’s a crowd rule at the check out. Please remember after shopping your store the easy part of the equation is to get the money and turn ‘em loose.Thank you for your consideration.Please see my pics.

This is a very nice store, great location, nice and clean. We do not live in this town, and this was our first time being here, and the employee who helped us, was very helpful, and friendly. Sorry we didn't get his name, but he helped us with the dog tags.

I highly recommend Amber at the Russellville Ar. location she was amazing with our Maltipoo, it was her first visit to be groomed and she was treated with patience and love. Our girl came out looking amazing.

This past Saturday, my husband and I went to buy fish to restock our aquarium after giving it a full live-plant overhaul. The staff were VERY knowledgeable and prevented us from making mistakes on mixing cold-water and tropical-water fish, as well as kept us from getting overpopulated. We learned so much, and after we got our 5 mollies in the tank (18, because the next day, one of the mollies gave birth to 13 guppies--surprise!!) they looked very happy and were exploring their new home. Thank you guys so very much, and keep doing great!!

Stopped in for a quick trip to grab some dog toys. Parking was easy. Store was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. I don't live in the area, but if I did, I'd certainly go back.

I came in late on Sunday crying with an emergency. My fish were dying with ich after I brought a sick fish into my tank without knowing. Hannah helped even though I was a little difficult. She was very kind. My fish are on their way to a full recovery I am so happy. Thank you so much Hannah. 😊 I am so happy they are better.

Spoke with one of the employees and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the animals, their care and life expectancy.In this store we saw different type of fish, snakes, chinchillas, hamsters, gerbils, lizards and birds.

The cashier was super nice and knowledgeable. The store does run out of stock on crickets a lot. The last 2 times I drove 45 mins to get some for my son's chameleon and they were completely out

Kid needed a plant and a fish for a science project, there was a dead beta fish just hanging out and another container that was broke and visibly leaking water. The plant was good.Our kids took the dead fish and the leaking one up to the cashier. So hopefully that was resolved.

I’ve been getting my shipoo groomed here for several years now and it’s always a good experience for me. And I don’t see my dog stressed or anxious when arriving or leaving (she is thirsty when we get home but I will note that on next visit) The staff is friendly, they do a good job and seem very kind to the pets. Keep up the good work!

Mostly pretty good service. Had an emergency a couple days ago though after finding a really thin kitten in my wheel well, so I rushed in just before they closed. I can understand them being frustrated but I needed to get this stuff and the litter I prefer to use I can only find there, and I happened to be out because I had used the last of mine on my other cat. One of the ladies got an attitude with me as I was trying to find the last thing I needed, flea and tick meds. Again, while I do understand the frustration, I was trying to hurry and I was trying to get what I needed to get the kitten set up and back on the road to good health. I didn't need to get an attitude for that. The kitten is doing well now though.
