We went to Petsense in Russellville for the first time yesterday. Staff was friendly, but we noticed At least a dozen small beetles crawling around different things throughout the store. I even saw a beetle inside the package of a treat while looking around. Knowing that you may see some bugs around, it didn’t worry us too much. I ended up buying 3 liver biscuit treats and checked them before and they seemed ok. Once we got home and I unwrapped the packages around the biscuits, I found worms, as seen in the picture, in every one of them. A beetle popped out when I broke one open. Until this bug infestation is addressed, I don’t think we’ll be going back.

New management. Don't waste your time. They claim you're not allowed to take pix or price compare. They're extremely rude, and their prices are double what they were previously. I'd give zero stars if I could. Do anything to avoid this place, or go in and find out how rude they are, and give them a taste of their own medicine.

8 hours waiting, two 20 mile trips and my dog is only 1/2 groomed. Called the manager and they wouldn't do anything. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Usual pet store with pet store prices. Great selection of foods/treats & whatnot & usually get my dog's food here. Always clean & generally friendly staff.

This location, in spite of being relatively small, has quite a few items not found in bigger stores. I always found something new that after seeing it, I realized I "needed" it! Lol
