⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Bark N Play has been such a blessing to us we recently had a very bad traumatizing encounter with another boarding place that resulted in the death of one of my babies of 11yrs old at that point we decided never again would we put our dogs in Boarding but life happens and we can't always be home and can't always take all of our babies with us so we took a chance and started the search for another boarding place definitely was a back n fourth decision we called we talked we did research the whole nine yards and finally went and meet with about 4 other facilities and with Bark N Play being the last one for us to visit little did we know hands down without a doubt we knew we found our fur babies a home away from home Brittany the owner is simply amazing she took us through the boarding showed us around answered any and all questions we had (which u should know was alot) introduce us to her other staff I mean just all around the best we could not be more happier with our decisions after everything with the other boarding place we dealt with in the pass I just never thought we'd ever be able to leave them and not be stressing out the whole entire time but little did we know these guys take such good care and love our babies like we do I absouletly can't thank you guys enough for being so good at yalls jobs and caring for our babies the way u guys do we 110% recommend Bark N Play for any of your pets grooming and boarding services also we can't go without mentioning Pagie she is so awesome she sends us pictures of our babies communicates with us the whole entire time our babies are in there care and loves our big babies just as much thank you Brittany and Paige and the rest of staff at Bark N Play you guys are the freaking best💞

Done a wonderful job on my boy's Zeus. I had to drive from Clarksville. Because I heard these folks were the best and I have to agree and so Dose zeus🐶 I took my boy back for the 2nd time and got hit summer time. Haircut so he can go swimming and hang outside I done a wonderful job thank you

This was my first time using Bark N Play and I have to say I am very pleased with how well they took care of my dogs! The staff was excellent and friendly. They posted pictures of my babies during their stay, which really put my nerves at ease. I picked them up and they were all in happy spirits. I would recommend them every-time.

The worst, so called, dog groomer I've ever dealt with. I was charged $107.00 for my dog to get a bath. That was ALL she did. Nails weren't trimmed, the hair between his pads was not trimmed, he hadn't been brushed. Nothing!!! He was still wet when I picked him up.

I have lived in Russellville for 1 year and this is the 3rd groomer I have been to and buy far the best !!! They did a fantastic job with my boys!!!

We had to leave our babies for the first time ever for a weekend away. We first booked a spot with our vet but could not imagine having our girls sitting in a cage all the time. But thankfully we came across Bark n play and we could leave our babies knowing they would have the freedom to play and a warm room to sleep in.It really comforted our hearts knowing our girls were safe, got played with and were in a room together and not a cage.The staff are super awesome and even took pictures of our babies for us!

I had called earlier in the day to ensure they could take our dog for boarding, and she said she had an opening and we told her we’d be there by 4 pm. We drove from Clarksville and got their at 3:30 and waited for 20 minutes, no one was there and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Keep in mind their business hours are 8:30-5pm. We ended up leaving and going to Parkway Animal Hospital for boarding and the staff was present and very nice. Wouldn’t recommend bark n play!

They were really nice, and reasonably priced. My only problem is that they seperated my puppy away from all the other dogs. He is 14 weeks old and had very little dog to dog interaction. So when he growled and back away from the other dogs they put him in the office for the entire day. They didnt call me or anything to tell me what happened. I wanted him at daycare in hopes of him playing with other dogs and getting interaction. To find out at pick up that he got none. I understand needing the safety of the other dogs, but I guess I expected them to try and maybe slowly introduce him to the other dogs, instead of throwing him in and after he growled pulling him away without another thought and not trying again. I'm just a bit disappointed in it is all. I don't think I'll be coming back here.Edit:Took him to a different day are and within 30 minutes he was playing with 100 pound dogs! Don't always go eith whT the first person says, he us being so amazing and social once given the chance

I paid $64 plus tax for my dog to get a bath, have his nails trimmed, and his hair trimmed out of his face. When I picked my dog up his hair was still over his eyes and it appeared that his hair had not been trimmed at all. He was also SOAKING wet when I picked him up. They informed me that he did not like the blow dryer and that it stressed him out. Yet, they never took the time or effort to try to towel dry him. It was less than 40 degrees outside and they sent my dog home dripping with water! When I talked to the employee (Brittany) she acted as if I had no clue what I was talking about. Please NEVER take your animals here. You will be wasting your money!

I love bark n play and my dogs do too! Really friendly people and they take awesome care of my babies. Nothing makes me feel more at ease than seeing my dogs so excited when I pull in to the parking lot there! I highly recommend bark n play.

I took my dog here a few weeks ago. I called ahead to see if they would take him as a walk-in. The lady said yes but she needed his shot records. I decided that was nice because most groomers don't ask for them. She said to come on in and she would call her groomer who wasn't there yet (at 1 o'clock in the afternoon). I showed up and the groomer still wasn't there, so I told the lady I talked to on the phone what I wanted. I said a somewhat short, summer haircut with only his face trimmed up.They call me to come pick him up 3 hours later. He had bald spots behind his ears, along his body, and his hair was WAY shorter than I wanted. His face also was not trimmed like I wanted: his beard was still long while his head and ears were shaved.I also noticed really long hairs under his armpits and asked her to cut them before I left. There was only one other dog there from what I could tell, also.Later that day, I found fleas all over him. I live in an apartment where fleas aren't around. And even if he had them before he went to the groomer, they should've gave him a bath to were he didn't have them any more.Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I normally take my dog to Canine Design, but they weren't accepting walk-ins that day. The Bark N Lounge charged me $5 more dollars than them and I was so disappointed. I will not take him back.

Last min had a funeral to attend out of state. And these people took wonderful care of our two heathen dogs. I much rather this then boarding at a vet. Way more activities for them vs just sitting in a kennel

When we turn the corner and our English Springer Spaniel spots the cemetery across the street, she starts crying and does not stop until we get through the door. She loves the owners and is spoiled by them. We are very pleased with her grooming in addition to boarding.

Took my dog for 7 days. He was very well cared for, I when to get him the lady knew him by name gave me updates on his stay. Amazing place, well worth the money to know my little guy was well cared for.
