I always look forward to going here when my husband sends me for farm supplies. Something for everyone. Today, I went for fencing supplies. As far as service, it's a hit and miss.. don't expect associates to offer help you gotta hunt them down. The grandkids enjoy the free popcorn.

Was fun, they had an event for a local animal shelter there in the front of the store and the inside was nice and clean and even served popcorn to guests, also the candy you could buy by the pound there was incredible.

Do not recommend this store at all. Was looking for shoes for the kids. Sign said bogo on hey dudes picked up 4 pairs got to check out to find out one pair did not qualify because of the fine print on sale sing even though the shoes where under the sign. Cashier did not care just told me that the shoes did not qualify because they cost less.

Have been great in the past. However last visit, after waiting in line for about five minutes, in order to pay cash , I had Fifty- Seven and change total and she wouldn't take a hundred dollar bill. Just said she couldn't do it. My purchase was a gift and I was in a hurry to get it where it needed to be on time, or I would not have used my card. UNACCEPTABLE way to do business! She was young and obviously inexperienced!Well it's been around a year and the services are worse! Won't go back.

Coming to this location in the summer is brutal, they have fans set up through the store but their AC doesn't work. So when it's a real feel of 125 out, it's not pleasant to be in that store other than a quick trip in and out.It's pretty run down and blah inside and there's always a smell. Not sure what it is but it's a smell.This store seems even worse after visiting the Cabot location. Now that store is impressive!

So I originally had a 5 star review but I went in to get a car battery and I have to use a crutch cane to walk because of a broken back and was struggling to get the battery out to get it in the buggy and the associate was 5 feet away and offered zero help and just looked at me. So I continued to struggle and finally got the battery into the buggy all the while he just looked at me. Still love the fact that you can find almost everything you need, just very disappointed and displeased by that associate.

We have had bad weather and the staff here were so helpful when I called looking for supplies for my animals. The staff takes the time to answer questions and be helpful both over the phone and in person. 10/10 store for quality staff, so neat and clean ..... Wonderful Employees 😊

Waited in line for over 10 minutes and no check out insight. Two checkers we're trying to take care of people that have some special requests. Checker called for a manager which was another five minutes to no avail.When I try to call the store on my cell phone to speak to someone in a management position the poor checker is Manning the phones too.I had a doctor's appointment that I absolutely had to keep so I walked out and left my stuff there. my card and goodies there

As for inventory, they have a great selection and the store is clean. Items are easy to find. However, I have to give a poor rating because the manager on duty profiled my friend and I. He called the cops and had us searched before leaving the store. He thought we were stealing knives only because we took a while admiring them, trying to decide if we wanted to buy any.

I Love this Store! All the stuff I need for my animals or farm is all in this awesome store! Even my spices for my canning and food preservation! Recommended for Country People! During COVID it was overwhelmed by city people that just wanted a place to shop and their citified stores were closed because their stores were not considered a necessity!

The store had adequate parking. Had bought about 100 In merchandise. Went to exchange a shirt $3 in Atwood's bag with sticky tag down front firmly in place.... A friend that did a pickup had the receipt .... Even tho In a bag with a tag. I couldn't exchange sizes without it. So I have to go 25 miles back with a receipt just to exchange sizes. Didn't want cash just exchange... That policy is quite old and inconvenient won't go back neither will friends I have talked to. Customer helper was rude and cold that didn't help

They were only place I found that had citronella plants. Also have fire retardent clothes. staff very friendly. Prices a little high but worth it.

In 2019, my husband bought me an awesome-looking pair of steel toed boots that cost $100 for my new job. I discovered very quickly that the shoes would need insoles because the bottom of my boots were just so hard. Another thing I discovered rather quickly was that my boots were not slip-resistant. I suppose that’s my own fault for not checking for that before making the purchase, and I also didn’t know I needed that because I didn’t know that my new job would involve me working with an oil-based solution, making floors and other surfaces incredibly slick. Needless to say, I slipped a few times in those shoes, but I still wear them because they were so expensive. This was the only isolated purchase I made there irregularly. I regularly visit this store once a month in order to buy specific items that I cannot purchase elsewhere, and I am generally satisfied with these monthly purchases. I was a thrown off a little when they reorganized the store, making it difficult to find my items. I have this theory: If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. There was nothing wrong with the old layout of the store.
