Started when I called to see what time they closed a very scattered person answer the phone snap 9 at me and then hung up. Three people working, that we're all at the front of store, just ignored the line of 20 people. The one that appeared to be the manager seem to be so high she didn't know what was doing cuz she kept running back and forth not actually doing anything except chatting with another employee. Management needs a revamp.

While most stores these days close at 8 or 9 o'clock, thankfully for us rural folk, there's DG that stays open until 10pm. Thank you DG and my dogs thank you as well.

It is not convenient when there is a sign on the door saying "Closed 2-5". How can they do this? I managed a Dollar General for ten years and this was was never permitted

They have one self checkout that accepts cards and cash which is better than some of the other dollar generals and Walmarts that I have been to in the past.

Sunday I stopped by there at 3:30 and it said closed 2-5. Monday I was there at 4:15 and they were closed again. My sister went today after 2 and they were closed. What's going on. Such an inco.

$G are great & not so great. They have stores nearly everywhere and they are convenient and fairly cheap. But, it's hard to find help when you need it and they seem to have a high turnover of employees. You often have to enter stores at your own risk with lots of stock blocking isles, but for most Americans who want everything now they're great.

One of the more organized DG stores, with a friendly staff and shorter lines then most. Still, you should expect the isles to be filled with boxes and carts waiting to be stocked or re-arranged, but this DG handles the constant product replacement and turnover much more efficiently than other in the area (75 mile radius).

So cluttered you can't even get a small child down the aisles let alone a shopping cart. The clothing section ALWAYS has at least 2 carts full of boxes needing to be stocked. It's not only a hassle but it's also dangerous if the boxes were to get knocked off onto a person.

They have a lot of the items needed, my only complaint is you have to squeeze through the isle to find the thing you need. I wish they would put the thing on the shelves and clear the isle so a person could find what's needed instead of having to move the carts to find what they're looking for.

This store is so nasty and the shelves are. Never stocked for almost a year now and still the same and the new. Manager is lazy and the help isn't friendly behind the counter yet is overflowing with products that need. To be put away and the clothes are shoved done in a box hidden by other clothes always empty shelves and they can't keep help

Bought set of gaming headphones, they are set up for computer "Mic input" and "Speaker output" male Jack's. My Dad uses the male Jack for listening only, sounds Great, plenty of volume. Super Great buy at 12 dollars, they also have a Great selection of Bluetooth for 5 and 10, the 10 are great in the Billbong, only in Bluetooth only, comes with recharge batteries and charger and Would have bought them, prob still will after the 1st payday. Dad has a recorded book that has a small listen only type like an MP3 kinda setup from the library that must have a male headphone Jack to plug and play . Great Convenient store and Perfect location.

I just like DG. In and out really quick. They usually have what I'm looking for and they are everywhere now. Saves me trips into town and from the big 'W' superstore!

This store in Royal is the best one..they keep up with inventory & have a lot of choices unlike some of the other stores. Definitely my favorite!

Typical of Dollar General low prices on small packages. It never fails there is always a stock cart blocking one of the aisles I need to get in.

I'm glad it's in Hot Springs but the Dollar General on Airport Rd is much better.
