Horrible. I have been taking my babies three for 8 years with no problems. My husband called to get an appointment for my cat, was treated with no respect. He was told that we needed to get there in two hours. He explained that we needed to get a cat carrier first. Star told him that they wouldn't make a later appointment. I will never go back. Star you are very disrespectful and rude.

I have taken my animals to Dr Baker for over 20 years and he’s the best vet I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen many over the years. Dr Bittle, his new associate, also seems to be very good & caring. She’s got some big shoes to fill that’s for sure, but I think she’s up for the challenge. Enjoy retirement, Dr Baker!

Molly Sue apparently had a panic attack in the night. Dr. Bittle thoroughly checked her out for us to make sure it wasn't something more serious. Our regular vets were all unavailable and Dr. Bittle was so impressive! Thank you.

Great team. Took care of my cat with everything she needed and nothing she did not need.... Team did not have my info in computer after we have communicated via email. I normally would have knocked off a star or two for communication, but the doctor was totally up front about the shortcoming.

Dr. Baker is amazing. He always knows what to do for my elderly dog, Abigail. She has bad skin and Dr. Baker always knows what to do to make her better. They are extremely affordable also. Love this place. Highly recommend!

Took my dog to get spayed. I thought it was strange I couldn't just walk in but they do a great job of protecting their staff and customers by limiting how many people are in the building at the same time. The staff was friendly and my dog was ready to lick up 24 hours later. She was her normal self so I expect they took great care of her. Great job for a small town vet!

Took forever for emergency treatment, dog was in bad shape and didn’t tell us otherwise, instead of putting the poor guy out of misery they sent us home with 5 meds and showed us how to use an IV. Only for the dog to die not an hour later. Almost as if they tried to milk as much money as they could before sending us off. Vet doctor cussed like a sailor. Now we’re out $700 and a dead dog which we loved very much.

Dr. Baker has been my family's vet for many years. He has taken care of several of our pets. Dr. Baker has a deep passion for his work and love in his heart for the animals he attends to. He has a great personality and is kind to me and my family each time we are there. I have referred many people to him and without a doubt have nerves regretted it. On top of all of this he is the most reasonably priced vet that I know. I'm pretty sure he will never be replaceable. I enjoy his staff and my girls enjoy his gumball machine in the office. They had to make sure I wrote that :)

Had a great experience meeting my new Puppies vet today. He got Ciroc all taken care of and explained everything I needed to know. The staff is very polite, the place is nice and clean, and the prices can't be beat! I'll be bringing all 3 of my doggies here from now on

Well it's really sad that Dr. Baker is gone. I really liked him as our local veterinarian. He was an amazing pet doctor. I don't really know much about the new vet or the people working there.

There was a small wait but it was nice that day going in was pleasant and small very clean the staff was nice very caring about your pet. The vet was also caring and fixed my Poppy right up going back for poppys surgery but overall it was a very great place to take your pet

😁 I, can't say enough,' about Dr Baker & his staff. When I ,moved to Heber Springs (2008-2009) my [FM] Shih-tzu was about to turn 5 yrs old. And, as we all know..🤔, finding the right Vet, for your pet is 'Super important !'But, finding the right one on the '1st 'visit ...That's just pure luck! or a miracle. ☺️Precious, is 15 yrs old this year. Her son is turning 7. And, she is still keeping up with him, in every way. Most importantly to me though, is knowing that she is happy and loveing her life, everyday. .😊 And, she has been so blessed in that , if not for Dr Baker putting her, AND ,all! of his patients health and well-being ahead of , making it about financial gain , or how Large and comfortable his building could be .🙄We thank you from the bottom of our Hearts!!
