How is it that I'm just now writing a review!? My mistake!! Woof & Wander is the BEST! My two fur babes are healthy, clean, and happy thanks to their generosity and care. We've been customers and friends for ~7 years and look forward to many more. Highly recommended for dog care needs! We especially love their high- quality food/treats, amazing DIY bath station, and the sweet shop owners!! Please see for yourself and support this special local business!

OMG! If you have a dog, load ‘em up and go! Go now! NOW!!! We took our two senior rescue dogs yesterday, and they loved it-even the deaf, blind one🤟🏻. All sorts of treats, toys, gear, specialty food, and two (TWO!!!!) self-serve dog wash bays with towels. Best of all, though, was the proprietor. When I tell you they were GENUINELY HAPPY to be there, greeting every human and pet with equal enthusiasm, and not just tolerating the constant demand of a busy day, it was pure joy. PURE. JOY. This place is a slice of heaven for pet owners. (Yes, there is a Cat Corner!) I cannot emphasize enough how this place is WELCOMING for all, not just tolerant. There is a difference. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the vibe of this place! Very helpful in fitting my Mojo for his first harness. It has made training him to walk on a leash alot easier than ones I've had in the past. Very durable, so far it's held up to his baby shark teeth when thinks he can walk himself. When it's time to up grade, I'll be going back for another!

Highly recommend! We live a good 20 minutes away, but we would probably travel even further than that if need be! Great atmosphere, amazing friendly staff, the place is clean, items are awesome and fairly priced, such a large variety of stuff! Our fur babes loves our trips to Woof and Wander!

Our first time there! Naomi was great! We went to use the self service dog wash. Online appointment was easy, Naomi showed us how it all worked & was super nice & patient. We have a 50lb American Bully who is afraid of water & she did great! Awesome selection of treats, toys & dog food, but not crazy boutique prices! We’ll definitely become a regular!

I love this store so much! I love all of the healthy options. I will definitely be a regular here. I am excited to keep trying new things for my puppy and kitties! The only thing that I wish was different is that it was closer to me (45ish minute drive) and that it was bigger!

Such a wonderful shop! Our Cavalier and our grand dog Cavalier had the best time in store shopping! We left with several wonderful treats, toys and a new collar for our birthday boy!

Best dog/cat store in NWA! They are super friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy anything when you go in and they are still friendly even if you don't. Their prices are what you would expect for a small local business, not cheap but not outrageous. There is one employee/owner? with shorter hair that is awesome (not that everyone isn't great there) and they give great advice about supplies and behavior, you can really tell they know about dogs! I drive past all of the Bentonville pet stores just to visit this one because it is so much better and the people are so great here. Not to mention their selection of supplies is my favorite out of all of the other places.

I used the self-serve bathing for my 2 dogs. We were a disaster trying to manage the operation but the staff was kind and helpful. 11/10 paws!

I would HIGHLY recommend their do-it-yourself bathing stations. The store provides EVERYTHING you need. Groomer's leads, waist high steel tubs, spray nozzle, shampoo and conditioner, big and small towels, happy hoodies to protect their ears, high-velocity dryer, nail clippers, paw and nose balm, different brushes for post-bath, and doggie cologne. Only 12 bucks for 35 minutes! After his bath, they had a huge selection of treats and toys to pick from. Treats like tracheas and duck heads, treat-releasing toys to help bust boredom, licki mats, frozen and chilled food, and a bunch of other cool stuff. Lots of leashes, collars, and accessories too. Can't recommend this place enough if you want to show your dog you love them as much as they love you! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Cashier was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. They have two stations to wash your dogs, complete with shampoo and towels. Lots of dog and cat items at reasonable prices. We enioyed filling a bag of treats for a flat rate. The cashier pointed out that we had more room for treats in bag and we went back for another scoop- bonus, for every bag purchased some pound dogs get treats. If you bring the bag back you get a dollar off your next bag.

What a great place this is! Not only are the owners some of the best people who truly care about their customers and their pets,but they have an awesome assortment of everything you'll need for your four legged friends! I take full advantage of their self service tubs monthly to keep my two furry friends spic and span. If you're in downtown stop by and check this place out!

Recommended by a friend who knows the struggles my dog has. Great pet store, but so much more. Spoke with Naomi who was super helpful! My dog has a multitude of health issues and I have been looking hard at more wholistic approaches to help her feel better. She had a ton of information to share, was incredibly kind, and the store is full of great items for dogs and cats. Go check them out. You won't be disappointed!

Great staff, and our dog loved running around checking out all the toys and treats. The bath station made washing her a breeze and would be the best way to wash a big dog for sure. I think we are going to be regulars here for a while!

We were in town for the weekend and brought our sweet dog downtown. She is fairly large and not used to being around a bunch of other animals. The owner let us try out a couple of better leashes, and also showed us a couple of training tricks that made an immediate difference.This is an excellent store with wonderful people!

Brought my two doggies there, and Naomi was incredibly helpful with suggesting the right treats, dog food, and even probiotic supplements for them. She's super knowledgable and seems genuinely want to help you and your pets.They hooked me up with a free self-served shower for my newly adopted pup. The equipments (large walk in sink, apron, drying machine, towel, all kinds of brush, etc) and products (amazing shampoos and after spray) they offered makes washing my dog a breeze. So glad I found this awesome shop! Highly recommend!
