I bought a dog from here the other day. Everyone discouraged me to buy him because of the price, which I’ll admit, their prices are very high in my opinion as well, but I love this dog. So far everything has been going well. Destiny did an amazing job helping me through the entire process, and explained everything. She was very sweet and very happy for me when I bought my big little guy. She helped me set up payments in a way that I could afford to pay, which was the make or break for me. Overall, a pretty decent experience!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Petland-Rogers. We went in the store to look around to waste time before a naturals baseball game. We seen a shih tzu we couldn’t live without. Eddie met us after hours and when the game was over to get our Ace fur baby. Eddie was so helpful & kind and went beyond what an employee should for us to get our puppy that day. The manager & Eddie were very knowledgeable and friendly!! Eddie has texted several times to check up on Ace and how he’s doing with our other fur babies. Thank you, Eddie & Petland for a great experience there!!

The puppies are perfect, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of supplies and fun things for your pet!!! (They also have cute small animals! And nice stalls you can interact with an animal you are interested in adopting)

Eddie helped us find our forever pet to add to our clan of fur babies. Now everyone has a fur babies of their own. He was truly understanding and kind. He helped my son find his soul puppy, one that chose him and spoke to him... I couldn't be more happy for him, and appreciative of how amazing eddie wad. I bought my family pet here in full and the pricing is ridiculous I paid 6X more than adopting a puppy from a certified breeder. The bond that we instantly had with our puppy and the support that was told to me that we would get from Petland helped us come to terms with the extremely high price. However the “support” we were promised is misleading. The first pet visit is not reimbursed in full. The reps on the phone treat everything as if they were simply transacting with no empathy or care for experience. I would never step foot back in that store nor refer anyone to this chain of pet store. Full disclosure I did not do any research before walking into this chain and had I did I would have never went in. We are lucky to have a healthy puppy but sadly this is not the case for most people.

I worked with Jeremy and Destiny. They were both very knowledgeable and loved the pets there so much. I’m old and disabled and decided it was time to have a new companion in my world to help me get my mind off of myself. I seem to smile more now, I am happier and this little Maltipoo has stolen my heart for sure! I want to thank Destiny and Jeremy for all they did to make this process an exciting one. I do not recommend. This place breaks my heart. As you can see the animals are sitting in filthy cages. You can see their bones. They’re drinking out of hamsters water feeders. The water is murky. There can up to 6 puppies crammed on one bed, and some are lucky enough to get a blanket. Not to mention, the beds don’t have any type of padding whatsoever. One person took out the dog and the entire time the dog was shaking. They don’t want people taking photos in store, because they don’t others to post the living conditions. This looks just look like puppy mills. Some of the puppy’s had bald spots. Eyes were red. Dogs didn’t have the proper self and care. Several works passed through this one cage, and did nothing about it, and I had to say something about there being pee on the bed. The only Reason I would shop here is to get these puppy’s out of this condition.

DO NOT get a puppy from here! My daughter wanted to go look at and pet a puppy for her birthday. The associate had me fill out tons of forms and by the time that I was ready to go, he WOULDN’T LET US LEAVE!!! I had to call my husband and we were still pressured/forced into buying a $6000 dog that’s worth no where close to that amount.They forced me to take out a credit card with a 29% annual interest rate and didn’t tell me the total price until the pen was in my hand. I was also told that the supplies was included in my dog’s price, which was also a lie. They don’t do a fixed monthly payment either and are super scammy when you ask about it. Never got an actual number on how many months it will be.And they also revoke all warranties if you talk bad about them on social media.This place is the biggest scam. They will take all of your money and leave you unable to leave without buying a dog. DO NOT GO HERE

Was impressed with the quality of animals, their care and attention, and the friendliness and willingness of staff to welcome and answer questions. Very engaging experience. My kids beg me to bring them here for the experience. Sounds like prior customers are also having great experiences. Pets get loved on, cleaned, played with, fed and well taken care of, even as you watch. There petting booths for special time to get to interact with any pet of your choosing. Ask about their pet warranty when you visit...very impressive. We'll be back!

For the love of gosh please do not come to Petland and purchase a dog!!! They should be shut down!!! I paid 13,000 because they put me in two separate loans for my French mastiff who was sick because these puppies come from puppy mills!!!!..they look healthy and then you bring them home and everything turns bad. I’ve spent 1,000s of dollars in vet bills which they say they pay for but here’s the catch only if it is an inherited medical issue!!! Please please please go to an actual breeder for your puppy needs!!! This place is an actual joke!

They have a really nice selection of dog breeds. But they will charge you a arm and a leg for one dog. Went there the other day and I was asking about the price of a pug puppy they had. But they kept telling me well get to that part in a second. They set you up to try and get you to buy and overpriced animal. The final total of the dog came out to like $5000. I get they are chipped vaccinated and dewormed but you can find something cheaper from a breeder. Ridiculous. The associates try to sell to you like car salesmen. So if you go get the price first before they try to get you to fill out stuff. It's a pressure strategy they are practicing dont fall for it.

Horrible experience, they lied about financing and now we ended up with a petland credit card and finance through some bank! They told us one price and now we have a credit card and a bank loan for the same amount!! Never told us anything about this petland credit card! Also have called the store numerous times and they keep saying they will get the owner to contact me, and that has never happened! Went through “pet solutions” they do the claims for the animals, have yet to contact me back about my issues! All they care about is money as these animals are way overpriced!!!

Such an amazing store!!! The puppies are so happy and you can really tell they are loved & greatly taken care of. I got my Pug from this location & he is the best thing that has ever happened to me, the staff is super friendly & answers any questions you have and the values & warranties you get as well are incredible!! I have never been to a pet store that cares so much about you & your puppy/animal!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

So sad that this is a store. These precious dogs are very obviously depressed as the climb on top of each other nonstop. It’s sad to see. This is a puppy mill that pays high rent. Simple as that. Nothing more. STOP giving this place your business so that its forced to close its doors.

Everyone who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to make the experience easy and exciting! This Petland is clean, the employees take good care of these puppies & all seem to be enjoying their jobs. Petland gets a lot of “hate” but first hand knowledge I have bought a puppy from them and she is now 3 years old. I have had ZERO health problems or concerns with her. She is an amazing dog, couldn’t have done better & I am so grateful that I did not listen to everyone discouraging me from getting my puppy here. She is healthy and happy & I had a great experience over all from the owners being helpful, honest and transparent with everything along the way. I would purchase here again when or if the time shall come.

The workers here are worse than any car sells men I have ever met, and I worked at a dealership for years! They don't care where the dogs go as long as they sell you one. I came in to look around and was visiting from out of state when they just handed me puppies and when I told them I wasn't wanting to buy one they started guild tripping me into getting one. I tried using my husband as an excuse and the lady started telling me to fill out the application and to just tell him when I got home that i got a puppy. They wpuld not take no for an answer and everyone was EXTREMELY pushy! I can't believe they look at these dogs like money makers and not living beings.

If you happen to lay your 👀👀 on this at first very SHY DOG to the outside environment once get to play with her, but is still very likes to be held ! Her eyes say alot about her character ! A black/white fur cockapoo, a Very playful pup once she see's that the person is very interactive & playful. Takes atleast 5-7 mins to get out of her comfort zone before being playful ! Still shy around the environment but open to learn. She deserves to be recognized along with all the other puppies !! They all deserve great homes with playful children to keep them all occupied ! The store provides great service & let you however long you want to play with the puppy of your choosing ! Great benefits along with them & can surely work a deal to take one home that EXACT Day !! Austin & Destiny were such a great team of employees, they together provided me with much information I needed to know about the pets. They bring such a WELCOMING experience whether it be your first time in-store or not ! They will be your go-to source when it comes to knowing about the pet you choose to hold out ! All you have to do is ask ! Please stop by to play with Cookie along with his other friendly companions of all BREEDS🐩🐕🐶🐕‍ 🐾
