Really disappointed in the grooming. Petco was recommended and a particular groomer. My biggest concern is the wheezing / chocking sound she started making in the car on the way home??? I thought maybe water /soap up her nose or her throat but this morning just came back from a walk and still making it. I took all my records /shots were up to date so not sure what happened. She is 10lb, easy to groom but after they rescheduled her appointment needed to work her in. The groomer I really liked very nice so wondering did she from her or someone else? No sanitary trim and feet were halfway trimmed. Overall as I said this first time visit will not result in a second.

Posting this after my second visit. My golden doodle got his first haircut here and was a good experience overall. He looked great after the grooming session and also the staff took good care of him. and very recently took him there for a bath and brush out and they took care of all his curls and mats. Great service

Emily took time to explain the entire grooming process, as this was our first visit. Emily throughly answered all of my questions and was eager to give helpful information. Upon pickup Emily gave a detailed account of my pet's visit, along with tips for our next visit. The quality of this experience was excellent. I'm very impressed by Emily's professionalism and attention to customer service, even on a busy Saturday.

Was a first time customer at this location and grooming altogether! Seth was super helpful and professional with grooming my pup Benny! I’m in the Vetmed field and tend to do most things myself but my long haired chihuahua will not let me do a sanitary trim. With the help of some anxiety meds and Seth being so awesome he was able to get the trim done without any issues! Definitely coming back to this awesome location with great staff!

Worst grooming experience ever and would not recommend. I can’t even get a call back to discuss my concerns. They changed my appointment from a cut to a bath without my consent, charged double what the manager quoted and didn’t follow thru with what the promised. Highly disappointing.

Brought my standard shnauzer as I have before. He has no medical condition other than he's partially deaf and blind (he'd about 15 years old. He gets nervous and we made sure to ask our vet if he should still go to groomers and they said it was perfectly fine, not to worry. I take him in to his appointment only to get called less than 15 minutes later to go back and pick him up. I go and pick him up and they bring him out briskly (but thankfully) all shaven and his hair being choppy, they also nicked him and a skin tag he had so he was bleeding. They told me he was shaking so much that they didn't feel comfortable continuing the groom. Maybe because they literally cut him and freaked him out? There was no issues last time we brought him. We were not charged for this groom. Will not EVER be coming back.

My airedale is still pretty squirrelly when she is around other dogs and gets pretty excited. She also thinks groomers or the vet are not supposed to touch her rump.. I talked with your groomer to warn him and give him some ways to handle her. (She was in great need of grooming) He was very positive and took all info and worked with her. He had trouble with her nails but after we worked on it he was able to get it done. Great cooperative attitude and skills. Hope you don't lose him.. and we will cont to work on her.

Carrie was exceptional with our Bernedoodle. This was her first groom and we couldn't be any happier with the service we received. The store itself needs a little love, a lot of love actually. There were messy spots everywhere, boxes and product all over the place. A whole different experience from the one in Rogers where we normally shop.

I'm usually a straight in and out customer. Staff is friendly and love socializing with your pets. If yours are anything like my dogs, all they want is to be loved on by everyone around. Having the new vet clinic open up will be extremely convenient. I have never tried the grooming as I do not have a pet that requires it.

The grooming done to my dog was the worst that I have ever experienced. She didn't trim any of the hair around my dogs tail and rear end. Didn't trim hair on her feet and didn't trim her nails. Not happy at all.Sincerely,Doug Patterson

Jessica did a great job with getting our dog Leo groomed and eliminating several mats in the hair due to having to wait several weeks for an appointment. Also realize why so many groomers are not there ($600 per week unemployment, I have same situation with our business) we appreciate Jessica and the other two groomers for working instead of taking advantage of the UE.

The groomer we had, Heather, is super nice and knowledgeable. As soon as Bear saw her he started wagging his tail. She knew the best cut for Bear's breed, and she did an amazing job at it.

Wow, my wife and I are pretty picky about where we take our poodle to get groomed after having a bad experience for no reason at a Petco in Florida. We were really hesitant on going to another Petco, but I was very pressed for time and my schedule changed last minute for business and I needed her to get cleaned up before boarding. This location gladly took her in and while it took quite a while for them to finish (I don't rush their process, I get it) she was cleaned and cared for just how we liked. This location made the other Petco seem like a completely different company! Thank you to everyone that works so hard at this Petco. GREAT WORK!

The worst grooming experience we've had in 30 years of owning poodles. Our dog's coat was patchy and uneven. She had razor burn, they didn't follow directions and they used scented products, after being asked not to 3 times.

The dog came back with shorter hair and less body odor... but also several razor burns and atleast three locations where the razor knicked the skin. The cut isn't just uneven its sloppy and lazy. My son with three years kennel experience is absolutely appalled by the condition my dog returned in.

Good customer service. Left tail to long, so it gets stepped on. Almost touches the ground. Picking up leaves and stuff from outside carrying it inside which means the floors are always mess and need sweeping

I came in to have my dog's gland expressed, but was told I would have to make an appointment over 2 weeks out, but their website says that this is a walk-in service no appointment needed.
