Excellent experience, 1st time customer. Took my Kenai for a self bathe experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back for goodies and food. Bring my little Daphne too. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Went to give our dog a bath. The bath area was in terrible shape. The hose was broken in the bath for our size dog, so we had to use the bath for very large dogs that sits much lower. The water was cold, the do not have clips to hold the dog in place (just leashes to tie to the rings), the drain is missing the cover so we had to worry about her stepping in it and breaking her leg and overall the area was just dirty and not kept up. We paid $15 for the bath.

Originally gave this place an outstanding review, but after my visit today, I am rescinding my recommendation for this store. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.Let me start by saying, I am not a "Karen" or a snob, by any means. I have already and would have continued to spend a lot of money at this store.My 3 year old daughter made a small mess on the floor; when I asked for a bucket/mop to clean it up, one employee told me they did not have one.Obviously, if they have a floor, they have a mop. Instead, I was given 3 paper towels and spray and wiped up their filthy floor on my hands and knees. Then I asked the manager for a mop, and she very begrudgingly brought one out to me; without so much as a word or a smile.Another employee was EXTREMELY rude to my 4 year old autistic son. Girl, DO NOT parent somebody else's child when they were already reprimanded. This is the incident that angered me the most.I strongly recommend going to a different pet store for your animal companions.That is, unless you enjoy being treated absolutely terribly by staff that are supposed to be hospitable and friendly. Also, they leave dead fish in the tanks to rot.Will never return.I will say the nice man at the cash register was the only good part of my experience there.

Good people that take care of the animals. They are knowledgeable and friendly while providing great customer service. Their store has a wide selection of products and they keep it well stocked. Due to the well-being of the animals I do prefer to shop here over other "pet..."stores.

The amount of how friendly there are is overwhelmingly positive. I feel so loved whenever I'm there. They literally bend over backwards to help me. And I couldn't be happier with what I came out of the store with. His name is brett and he is my fish and I love him so much

I went there to adopt a kitten. The adoption ladies were great and had no problems with them. But when I went to check out what I bought to go with the kitten, they had no idea what to do with the adoption money, and then when I asked about a good grooming brush the lady at the register said that that she has the same problem with finding a brush for my dog here. Really!? What kind of answer is that? And then the register ladies said I would be getting a discount for what I bought because I adopted from their store but that never happened either.IV never stepped foot in this store in my life and if it wasn't for the adoption agency I still would not have stepped foot in there. All the supplies are expensive I can get everything they have much cheaper at wm or Amazon.Love my kitty though

Drove all the way here from Fort Smith, it wasn't worth it because I could have seen more in my local Petco just down the road from my house. Staff seemed bothered by me, or completely ignored me asking for help. For example I was asking where something was and one of the women just said oh it's over there. And of course not knowing. I thought I was taking my children to see some exotic animals. They really didn't have many options.

I was searching for a dog food that was experiencing supply chain problems. I called the store and the young man on the phone could not have been more helpful. He retrieved a bag of the food and had it waiting for me at checkout. The young lady who checked me out was also very pleasant. Both represented this company/store very well.

I was greeted as I came in, had someone ask me if I needed anything, person took me to the items they referenced, explained options, etc. The best customer service I've had in a long while. Great selection, knowledgeable staff, service with a smile, and prices weren't bad either.

I never had to leave a bad review before until now. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with the staff that claimed as the store manager. Bad service, bad attitude towards a customer who wanted to return something(especially those are on sale due to near expiration date) My pet just would not eat it because it smelled bad! So I had to return, and I followed the return policy. And then the person said “Oh maybe don’t change your pet food so you don’t have to return.” And then took my receipt away and said I could not have it back! Wow……I’m just speechless. Please tell me if this is okay (:

I didn't even know this place was here until three months ago and they have been great. I switched my dogs food and they are the only place that carries it. They have been great so far and will continue to shop there!

Visited this store in hopes to find a variety of canary foods and nesting supplies. I did find more supplies and two new seed mixtures. Hoping to see better selection of nesting materials in the future since i have 12 pairs of breeding age canaries. My canaries loved the new seed mixtures I purchased.

Went to go shop this morning at 8:30am. When I arrived me and others standing outside were confused why the store was not open when both Google and a sign on the front door said they would be open at 8am. When I called they stated they would open at 9am. I asked why the sign said they would open at 8am then and person was confused. Poorly managed and very disappointing.

Great store with lots of options for our dogs. The pet wash station is great. They have unlimited dog washes for $20 per month. Great value and no hair clogging my bathtubs! Highly recommend.

This place is well kept and the price can be a bit pricey. They'll match price anything from online as long you show it. They offer great service for bath and grooming. We took our dog and she loves it here.

I am pleased with this store and it's service so far. They have all been friendly and helpful. if you are a member, which is free, you get discounted prices and they even deliver my pet food to my front door free of charge!!Last delivery they were out of a specific flavor I usually buy. They offered to give me a different flavor which is usually a few dollars more for the same lower priced item I originally buy.

Everyone was very nice and the store was very clean and had almost everything I needed. I was going to be ambitious and get a cat stroller, but they did not have one, so I assume that's more of an online purchase. Their prices seemed in line with the competition and I'd prefer to frequent this smaller business.

Great selection! They are close to my vet clinic Forty32 Animal Hospital so it’s nice to send people there for supplies so I can concentrate on the pets wellness

Ok u have a self wash dog bath and when we walked in the girl said yes there's an opening back there You can use it but we recommend you buying a card which buying a card cost me $41 (get free bath after 4)then when I got back to the back there was two huge dogs back there I had to wait for them to get done when we finally got our little dog in we notice the shampoo was no smell it didn't seem to do its job that's the only reason I gave us a three-star rating cuz the shampoo sucked. The after leaving conditioner was the exact same price there as it was on Amazon so I do give that a five-star rating they did have low prices on some of their products. And staff was super nice!

When buying fish from here, 96% of the time, we get dead fish, even multiples. Most often, the staff are not educated on the fish and misidentify/mischarge for fish, or they are not tagged correctly on the shelf. Get clarification before you let them bag and tag them. This has been a consistent issue. They definitely do not know cichlids.Their rewards program has to be activated through the email invite before you begin to earn points. Staff are not informed of this, or at least the cashier I spoke with when asking why all of the money we've spent hasn't accumulated points. Lesson learned.They have some things at their store not found in some mainstream stores, but they also don't have a lot of locations. You'll have to be mindful of this when deciding on continually buying a particular product sold here. Don't mind the drive or you're close by, then this is not a problem.I've never ordered anything online from them.
